Ive been a customer of Boost Mobile for a few years now and have been extremely pleased with my overall service. Im a disabled veteran on a fixed income, so having to spend a substantial amount of money on a new phone is just not something that I can really afford to do. I post photos and reviews for Google local guides and had been wanting to upgrade my phone and picture quality for some time now. Most, if not all businesses are extremely busy on or around the first of the month and this particular store was no exception. The two ladies behind the counter were both extremely gracious and polite. After speaking to the one young lady and inquiring as to whether or not if I was eligible for any type of upgrade, she directed me to speak with the other representative, whose name was Janet. Janet checked the status of my account and informed me that I was eligible for their Boost-up program. Janet took the time and explained all of the various phone options to me, the subsequent charges and graciously answered every question that I asked of her. Eventually, I decided to go with a Galaxy because of the picture quality. Again, Janet took the time to ensure that everything that could be transferred to my new phone was, so that I didnt lose any of my pictures or phone numbers. When I was getting ready to leave, Janet told me that if I had any type of problems whatsoever, to just stop back and she would take care of it for me. In this day and age, where customer service seems to be a forgotten quality and is anathema to most businesses, I was grateful and appreciative of the service that I received at this particular business and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an upgrade or to change their carrier. The was open i stood there for 20 minutes waiting to be assisted but no one came up i knew they was open because i seen a book bag and someones lunch sitting on the office desk
Friday at 6:45 at night went to buy a new phone and girl said she was closed. I say ok well can I ask 1 quick question & about the phones that were on this sheet & Ill come back 2mrw to buy the phone. But she with the nasty attitude said ever didnt I just tell you Im closed now leave. I will never ever do business with Boost b/c of that customer service I received right there. I have Metro PCS & was looking 2 switch carriers & buy a new phone but not now b/c at least you get treated like a human being a Metro.
