Was the BEST housing arrangement for being new to the city! Enjoy the community feel and diversity. Due to our weekly and seasonal events I have made some genuine friendships and felt welcomed from the start! I always feel safe in my house and communication between all tenants has been key. Community Room Rental not only gave me a great place to stay but also introduced me to a bunch of like minded folks like I immediately connected with established a social life in no time.
