Allyson was a tremendous help and really fought for us throughout the whole home buying process. I highly recommend her and will definitely come to her in the future.She stays on top of her business and always responded to us very quickly and if she didnt know the answer to something, she would find it very quickly and would give us enough information to make more informed decisions. By far, the WORST rental experience of my life. Rent at your own risk, but be warned: The management team is incredibly unresponsive, terrible at addressing any issues, and do not believe you when you have cockroaches or mice. So feel free to rent if youd like, but expect to have a horrible experience.

Allyson goes above and beyond for her clients. My husband and I were very pleased to work with her and she expected our expectations. We couldnt ask for any better and I would not hesitate to recommend Allyson to any of my friends if they were in need of a great realtor!

Al Savelle, Allyson Ward is a highly respectable agent and broker in this community. It is very unprofessional for you to take out your anger on someone that has never done anything to you or even spoken with you. Your beef was with me. And, for the record, you NEVER called our office trying to rent a vacation rental in Myrtle Beach and No one ever tried to sell you a corporate rental. We dont sell corporate rentals. We try very hard to do the best we can do and make everyone happy but that isnt always possible. If you are unhappy with me that is between us but to go on someone elses page to cause harm to their business is just wrong and very unprofessional of you as a fellow business man.

I was personally involved in Chads incident with Allyson. Allyson and most agents who use Craigs list as one of many resources to list homes are inundated with fake replies to the ads, usually people stating they are overseas, or exchange students and needing property. If you follow these fake post they eventually will ask you to take a cashiers check for more than the amount due and then return money to them. The problem is the cashiers check is a fraud and by the time you find out, your money is gone. Many unsuspecting consumers get hit with this scam. Realtors ads get cloned and used by the scammers too. She had had enough of this behavior, and I can tell you that 99 out of 100 foreign exchange students or such replying to Craigs List are fake. In fact I never had a real one in 12 years that I was in business. Chad was the 1 in 100 that turned out to be real. So Allysons intent was actually to protect herself and her clients from the frequent scammers. She has a heart of gold and a tireless work ethic would be the first person Id turn to with any Real Estate needs. Many attempts to explain this to Chad and apologize were made but he would hear nothing of it, or even accept the fact that his original inquiry did sound exactly like one of the thousands of fake inquires that come through Craigs list daily. Chad, she had a bad day, and she apologized for that multiple times. Your efforts to ruin her career are duly noted. Whos the bad guy here really?

Was not impressed with Allysons professionalism, but that was due to a misunderstanding on her part. She thought I was a scammer and although she acted in a way I never would, I cant blame her for being annoyed at what she thought was someone wasting her time. I cant comment on her actual services because I chose not to work with her after the initial incident. This review has been updated from a prior review where I left one star.

After speaking to Allyson Ward I found her to be very knowledgeable and kind hearted.
