I found a property under listed that I truly loved. I attempted to reach out to the listed rep, Daryl. After 3 days of calling and texting, I finally recieved a response and he offered me to come view it. Upon viewing it was still being gutted and cleaned from previous tenants. To my surprise there was alot of property damage including bullet holes in the windows. I called Daryl with no answer. Then texted to ask when the property would be move in ready and what they would be replacing before hand. Daryl finally responds with Youd probably be better suited passing on this property. He was the most unhelpful, rude, lazy rep I have dealt with in my entire moving process. How are simple questions responded with denying a tenant a property. I have screenshots proving this conversation. I would never rent from this company. They obviously dont want any tenants who ask questions. SLUM LORDS
