Just hire Wendy Dickinson already! Trust me. I cannot recommend Wendy Dickinson enough!!! I have dealt with 3 other realtors for previous home purchases and/or sales but now after having worked with Wendy, I see how sub par each of them were. Wendy answered every pesky question I had and kept me calm during the Covid-19 stress. She negotiated an offer higher than listing price. If I had worked with the first realtor, I think I would have mad $30,000 less on the sale of my home. Shes the absolute best and I am a very critical consumer.
