Anthony & Sylvan have been great to work with - from Ron who designed my pool to Adam who checked after every trade and made sure the job was up to par and Brody who “schooled” us on how to take care of the pump and water levels. He was patient and understanding and an overall great teacher!! The girls who scheduled everyone and most of the trades were great to work with!!

Our Anthony and Sylvan pool was recently completed. Our good experience was due in part to Warda Shaikh as our scheduling manager. She was very communicative and always responded right away to any questions we had. It was good to know that she kept on top of our construction project. After the long anticipation of getting ready to enjoy the pool, we had our “pool school” conducted by Geoff Van Leer at A&S. He was very friendly and personal. We appreciated listening to his wisdom and guidance with regard to the care and maintenance of our pool. He is the kind of person that is always willing to answer questions and provide his advice. We are glad to know him and consider him a real asset for Anthony and Sylvan.

Geoff was amazing in resolving an issue I was having with my spa spill. He is went over and beyond to help me clean my dirty filters very nicely (which is not his job btw) and reinstalled everything back together. I am extremely satisfied with Geoff’s workmanship and the fact that he went above and beyond to help me. Geoff is extremely knowledgeable about pool equipment and any related issues. My spa works great now. I would prefer having him back for any issue in the future.

Geoff at Anthony & Sylvan Pools performed our “Pool School” last week and did a wonderful job explaining our system, as well as the chemistry behind keeping our pool clean. We really appreciated Geoff taking the time to answer our questions and make sure our phone app was up and running before he left. We filmed the whole school and plan on watching it again to help us retain all the information he shared. We love our pool and have used it every day since it was filled.

After calling many of the pool installers in the area with many never even returning our calls or coming to give us a quote and never hearing back or finding out some were not licensed, and 2 deposits with other contractors gone, we finally met with Brian Montgomery and he was so easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and gave us a design that we loved. Once the dig date was set, everyone we came in contact with was so helpful and professional. Our project manager was Adam Talley who was super nice and just a good guy and all the schedulers including Warda, Emma, Kaitlyn, and Amanda were very responsive and professional, all the way to the contractors that were on site. They were all very respectful of our property and were appreciative of cold drinks and a hot lunch. Sabby Acevedo in Accounting was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Brian T came out to put in chemicals and Geoff taught us pool school. They answered all our questions and even questions we had after they left. Geoff even made some minor adjustments to our pump and jets while he was here. That made a big difference. We couldnt be happier with our pool and the process. Would definitely recommend Brian Montgomery and the entire AS team! Thank you!!!

We hired Anthony&sylvan to build our idea of our own back yard oasis. Brian Montgomery helped with guidance/ initial design and our project manager Jake driver diligently watched over the entire project. finally i get to the part that i met Geoffrey Vanleer he preformed our pool school/ salt start up. i cannot begin to tell you how intelligent he is. he went above and beyond to teach us how the pool works and the chemistry. he answered all of our questions and even put our vacuum together and taught us how to use it. Geoff hped us when our pool was broken. Our filter was broken and he came out first thing in the morning to replace it and get us back up and running. He stayed and taught us the new system and made sure we were comfortable. He was knowledgeable and kind and went the extra mile. Great experience!

Geoff is one of the techs who came out to help with a question on my pool. He has been the best addition to the company. He is courtesy, smart and always willing to educate and he even will follow up with a call a few days later to confirm all is good. With the few calls for service I have had to make I always hope its him coming!! We had a great experience with A&S from contracting through pool school and since. We worked with Brian, Jake, Geoffrey and Justin. They all were professional, responsive and informative. Their support/admin/scheduling staff were also great. The pool was completed on time and looks great. We had some minor issues post construction (… defective pool light), but this was quickly resolved by their warranty team.

Geoff was an awesome teacher for Pool School. He ran into some inspected issues upon his arrival and dealt with a messy situation with a smile on his face and a great attitude. And after that, went on to provide a thorough education on the operation of my pool equipment. He was very patient and kind.

We are very happy working with Anthony and Sylvan to build our pool. We had no prior experience with pools so we had lots of questions and needed lots of advice. Dale was our sales guy and was flexible with our schedule and more than willing to change our design for us several times. Jeremy our project manager was always there after each step of construction and really great about keeping us updated. Brody was our Pool School guy and was patient and thorough and kept it simple for us. He left us feeling like we knew what to do which a big deal for a pool newbie. We aren’t quite finished yet but they stayed on schedule and even went a bit ahead if they had a schedule change. We feel confident with the longevity of the company for our warranty. We would highly recommend them to anyone building a pool.

Kolby Wedow is our pool service tech and we couldn’t be happier. He is super pleasant and timely. If his schedule is going to be off at all he makes sure to text so we are in the loop. Our pool always looks amazing thanks to his help!

We did extensive research on various pool contractors in Charlotte and discussed with various pool owners and decided on A&S. From design through the final product, the process was very smooth and the communication was extremely well done. Our PM, Michael (Turbo) was excellent. He constantly communicated the process of the build as well as regular communication about next steps and he provided regular updates and was very honest throughout the entire build. Had an excellent experience with a warranty repair to my pool heater. Geoff showed up shortly after I reported the issue. He diagnosed the issue and the part was ordered same day. The repair was made in less than two weeks of me reporting the issue. Geoff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Overall an outstanding customer experience.

He kept up great communication throughout the project, addressed issues effectively, and made sure our build stayed on track.Dale Slabaugh was our sales rep and I cant say enough good things about him. Anthony and Sylvan really helped transform our backyard. With 2020 being such a difficult year for so many people we were fortunate to be able to enjoy a pool while trying to be socially responsible. Everyone was very responsive and helpful. Michael Turbeville who was our project manager was fantastic. He was very responsive and made sure we were always taken care of. We had a great experience using Anthony and Sylvan pools. Both our initial contact with Ronn Linn and our project manager Matt Rowe was a pleasant experience. Both were very responsive and they would always answer questions, meet with us, go over choices - (which you will have many during the process). We were very happy with how everything turned out and it was a very positive experience. Matt even stopped by after the pool was constructed to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was never in a rush and always found answers to our many questions. I hired them for a cleaning and consult appointment as i got ready to close the pool for the winter because I just bought a house with a pool. They sent one of their techs, Emily, round and the service quality was very good. Definitely very knowledgeable and professional. I will use their services in the future.

Had Anthony & Sylvan Pools build a pool for us last year. This year we had a sudden issue with the temperature sensor for the pool pump. I went online and requested a warranty claim and they sent out Geoff within a day. Geoff did a super quick job and had the sensor fixed in a matter of minutes. I was totally surprised at how fast Geoff was out there and had the issue resolved. Keep up the great work. Thanks!

I went with Anthony & Sylvan to build my pool...and then subsequently to add a pool heater to it a year after being built. Overall they are great to work with and did a fantastic job! The only downside to them is dealing with their schedulers...often times you have to follow up SEVERAL times before even getting a response. Their responsiveness could be much better. But my most recent interaction with Brody in installing the pool heater was great. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to walk me through instructions on how to use it. I would highly recommend them!

Wanted to update my experience with Anthony & Sylvan in the Charlotte market. I have nothing but great things to say after having my pool in service for a few months now. Geoff (the Pool School guy) has been great putting up with my questions, concerns (user error mostly), etc. The service (Jason T. and Tonya the service manager) and warranty teams have been great when I reach out. I talk to my neighbors using smaller, local groups and their experience is very different (not better or worse just different). For me having a large national group support me with detailed processes, workflows, etc. aligns very well with how I support my customers and provides me piece of mind. It was a great choice picking A&S-Charlotte back in Feb. 2020 and I firmly believe it to this day. Great job A&S (and great finished product and pathway to get to a finished product).

Backyard Oasis!! From the design stage, construction to reality. We first met with Ryan who came up with a great design which we still love. After the design stage we met with our Project Manager “Turbo” who assisted us throughout the project and would always answer our questions along with keeping us updated as to the progress. We chose Anthony Sylvan because we wanted it done right the first time and they were competitive in pricing which was also a bonus. We definitely feel we got our moneys worth and very pleased with the final outcome. We have even recommended friends which says a lot about our experience.

We used A&S for our pool last year. We finished up right before COVID hit which was perfect timing. They did a great job working with us through the process. Unfortunately we had an issue with a pool light over the Holidays but Justin Taylor responded ASAP and went above and beyond to replace the light immediately. We contracted with Sylvan in the late summer and they started in the early fall. They have had excellent communication and been great to work with. Ronn Linn was our Sales Rep and designer. We really appreciated his recommendations during design. The schedulers have been wonderful as well as all of the contractors. I highly recommend A&S. I’ve been in Sales and Sales Leadership my entire career and two of my favorite sayings are “buy once cry once” and “the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after then sweetness of low price”. This is a major investment, buy quality and reputation. The pool will be done in the next two weeks. We can’t wait!

We had a great experience building with A&S. Patrick Pisano designed a great pool, Ray Kennedy was a great project manager. The process was well explained and they kept on schedule. Very impressed with all the subcontractors and how hard they worked. We look forward to enjoying it when the weather gets a bit warmer.

Working with Anthony & Sylvan was a truly great experience. Designing and building a pool/spa is such a big project and investment and its easy to feel apprehensive. But every experience with A&S put our minds at ease. We started our process during the fall of 2020 which was an extremely explosive time in the pool business. Geoff performed my salt water start up aon my new pool. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and truly went out of his way to make sure I understood the salt process. “Unbuildable lot”That’s literally what another pool company told us about the prospects of a pool on the steep slope in our backyard.But when Tim Clark from A&S came in, he immediately had a vision for how to make it work. His design was gorgeous and practical, and addressed all of our concerns.AND it came in within budget. We looked at several pool companies and A&S came in at the best price—BY FAR. We were even able to upgrade a few things to make it an absolute dream.From start to finish the project took about 14 weeks. While there were a lot of great people from A&S and the subcontractors they hired, we thoroughly enjoyed working with our main A&S point of contact, Turbo. He was responsive and on the ball, and made the process fun.Our friends now refer to our backyard as a spa and resort. It is THAT I beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier!

Geoff was great! He came by and set up our aqua link service quickly and seamlessly. He was very professional and personable.

We were very pleased with the addition of our pool/deck from A&S, right from the beginning. Jake D was our PM and Tim F helped us with pool school and any other questions we had. They were both very helpful throughout the process.

We had a wonderful experience with Jason for design, Jake for project management, and Geoff for his great work with getting the pool up and running and his continued support and help. Awesome team there and we are extremely happy with the results and attention they have given to us!

1st issue with Pool in almost 2 years. Submitted warranty request and in less than 1 hour I received response letting me know than a technician was on the way same day. Geoff showed up and had it repaired in 15 mins.

Jason Turbeville is my service technician and does a fantastic job. My pool is always clean, the chemicals are perfectly balanced and he leaves it so I have to do very little, if any maintenance to my pool. I would highly recommend them and their service department.

We are so happy with how our pool turned out! Anthony and Sylvan did an amazing job and everyone was so helpful in guiding us through the process. After meeting with a few different pool companies we felt the best fit for us was with Anthony and Sylvan they really took any concerns we had to heart and walked us through every step. We have had a phenomenal experience with Anthony and Sullivan of south Charlotte NC. We cant imagine why anyone would choose any other builder.Ryan, our designer, did several re-designs until we saw exactly what we wanted. Warda, our initial scheduler worked tirelessly to make sure we were moving promptly and briskly while exceedingly passing all inspections. She was not only a pure joy to work with but extremely knowledgeable and patient informing us of the way the process works and why the time frame for each step is important. I cant recognize her efforts enough!!!! What a gem!Nearly person that we have dealt with has been first class, on time or earlier and their work done to 101% satisfaction.William, our production manager has been in constant contact with visits sometimes multiple times a day on weekends to make sure crews are doing exactly what theyre supposed to do, on time and to 100% satisfaction for both inspections and clients. Not dissimilar to their other colleagues, Kaitlyn And Emma have followed suit with being on top of everything. First class communication.We were dissatisfied by our outsourced grading grew but William took absolute ownership of the problem and held them accountable to fix it. This is so very different than the experiences our neighbors are having with other project managers and builds.We were told our build would take roughly 15 weeks. Our pool construction began March 17 and the water completed filling and is now swimmable as of TODAY June 30. That is amazing!!!!Anthony and Sylvans William, Warda, Caitlyn and Emma made sure that our work was done on time, and to the highest level of satisfaction.I hear horror stories online and locally about projects going sideways. I wholeheartedly recommend Anthony and Sylvan of south Charlotte, NC.

This was the second biggest investment of my life behind my house and it is worth every penny! Tim Clark is extremely knowledgeable and thankfully helped guide us in the design process with things we would have never thought of. Emma Snow who helped with the scheduling is a rock star. She was also extremely helpful in the build process and very responsive. We are super happy with the final product and look forward to many great years!

Had a service call for the pool and the next day I had additional questions concerning our hand held Jandy remote. The remote times were incorrect for pool/spa function. Geoff was able the walk me through the settings and discuss some additional questions regarding chemical maintenance. He was very professional and helpful with our concerns. I highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan.

We had a fantastic experience with Anthony & Sylvan. The design folks were very helpful in selecting our materials, particularly Brian Syvurd who helped design the pool. Our project manager, Ray Long, was the absolute best. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He stopped by frequently to check on the status. He gave us tips for maintenance. He is also extremely responsive. There was never a text that went unanswered. We would absolutely use A&S again, and we would definitely request Ray as our project manager - top notch!

The whole process was great for us with Anthony & Sylvan. Our salesman Ron was great. Our project manager Adam was very responsive and helpful. The other works Geoff and Brody were also great as turning everything on and teaching us about best practices with our pool. We would certainly use them again.

The entire process from start to finish was excellent.Brain was our designer... he listened to our ideas and was very patient with us has we made many changes. He always got the design back to us in a timely manner.Our manager Jake was amazing and made the process so easy. He was always available if we had questions or concerns.Jeff who did our pool school was amazing and made sure we were well knowledgeable in how to maintain our pool and was available to answer questions even days later when we had additional questions.Scheduling team had great communication and keep things running smoothly.I would definitely recommend them the friends and family!

We are very happy with our Anthony & Sylvan Pool. Our designer, Brian Montgomery did great job with our design and explaining the process. Jake Driver was our Project Manager and was extremely responsive. Tim Fornier took over after the pool was complete and he did a fantastic job with the pool School. Tim has also been there to answer any quesions from this new pool owner. I would highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan.

Im not one to normally post reviews, but this one is well deserved. Anthony and Sylvan Pools of Charlotte just completed our pool project, and we couldnt be happier. Thanks to Brian, our sales person, for considering all of our input during the design phase and producing exactly what we were hoping for. Our yard was a steep slope, so we wanted to take advantage and create a swim up bar. The outcome was perfect. Special Shout out to our Project Manger, Mike Turbeville. Mike was instrumental in keeping the project on schedule and keeping us informed every step of the way. Mike was great at making the entire process as stress free as possible. Thumbs up Mike. Also would like to comment on the professionalism and cleanliness of all of the contractors used on our pool project. Our project is an example of why Anthony and Sylvan Pools are #1.

We had our pool built this past summer (2020) by Anthony Sylvan Pools and we absolutely love it. Our salesman, Tim Clark, made the process so easy. Our project manager, Jeremy, kept us informed of the whole process and what steps were to come next. Emma Snow was awesome! We are more than extremely pleased with our beautiful in ground pool built by Anthony and Sylvan. Their entire team is amazing. They work collaboratively, efficiently and timely. We worked with Brian Syvrud on the design. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer all of our many questions. He has a great rapport and my kids really enjoyed seeing the whole digital process of our design. Ray Kennedy was our project manager. He was the best. He was great at walking us through every stage as this was the first pool we have built and we basically knew nothing. Again, he was always available for anything we needed. His office staff was excellent in coordinating all the necessary stages of the entire build. The excavators came on 7/20/20 and the pool was completed on 10/20/2020. It was actually amazing to learn and see this amazing transformation of our yard. After the build we were instructed in pool school by Brody. Brody knows everything about how to maintain the pool. Not only did we attend one pool school, but he came back for a 2nd pool school for my husband as he was not able to attend the first one. It is a ton of information. We requested one more pool school review and Brody showed up again with 2 other employees Jeff and Alex who ran us through the chemistry and filter system one last time. I was aware of the great reputation of Anthony and Sylvan as I did my research before we started our built and that is why we chose them. They have far EXCEEDED my expectations. I would give them more than 5 stars. I have had so many compliments of the look of this pool. I still cant believe this is our backyard. It is absolutely stunning. My family is looking forward spending lots of time and making memories right here at home. So if you are considering building pool....definitely choose Anthony and Sylvan.

I would like to think Anthony in Sylvan I’m making sure we have selected the correct pool for a backyard. I am most certainly more pleased with the customer service I received from Tim. To be honest with you on a pool is a bit overwhelming but when Tim Fournier Came by to do pool school I have learned a lot and I appreciate him the most. I would highly suggest once having your pool installed making sure you have someone like him come by and show you how to operate your beautiful pool

We used Anthony & Sylvan for our unground free form pool and had a wonderful experience. Turbo was our project manager and he was thorough in his communications and was with us along the way to ensure a smooth install and start up of our new pool. Even after construction he remains available to assist should we ever need anything.

Anthony & Sylvan recently designed and constructed an AWESOME pool for me. Brian Montgomery helped me through every step of the process from basic design to color and surface selection. The A&S team worked with me to ensure a seamless start-up and transition to regular use. The pool looks and works great. The thoughtful design also keeps maintenance to a minimum so I spend more time swimming and less time fussing with the details. We have been 100% satisfied with Brian and the A&S team and I would recommend them to anyone!

We used Brian Syvrud to help design our pool and he was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Hes very responsive even on a late Sunday afternoon! I would highly recommend him if youre looking to design a pool. He made the process so easy.

Overall we had a good experience with A&S pools. They did the design and construction of the pool. There were some delays in the design phase, but once construction started everything went smoothly. Warda Shaikh with the Carolina division, which we used, was our first scheduler during the process and she regained our confidence after some bumps in the design phase. Warda was responsive, kept things on schedule and was really friendly throughout. There were some various minor concerns with the subs used, and Warda and team helped with those. Overall great experience with A&S!

We needed to have someone come out to check out our Spa Heater sensor and Geoff came out to take a look. He was very professional, answered other questions we had and did a great job of fixing our spa heater. It was all very easy, and done in a timely manner. Just another great experience we’ve had since choosing Anthony & Sylvan pools. Highly recommend time and time again!

Anthony & Sylvan built and designed our pool and we were very happy! After trying to maintain it on my own for a month or two I decided to sign up for their service. Jason Tuberville is my service technician and has been for a while. He does a great job! He is very patient with my crazy dogs, is always very knowledgeable when I have a question and keeps my pool looking great!

I love Anthony Sylvan. They have created a place where my family & neighbors spend hours of quality time together. Lots of children have learned to swim in my backyard. I love Brian Reaves who maintains my pool. He is so reliable, friendly & knowledgeable.
