I hired tent guys for our outdoor wedding. We were originally scheduled for June and with covid had to cancel until September. Christy was excellent to work with. We had to make a number of changes and she was always available and helpful. They delivered the Tent with lights, tables, chairs, etc. All of our guests were impressed and everything was on schedule with no hiccups. I highly recommend them for any event.

We priced a couple different companies for a graduation party and decided to go with Tent Guys even though they were a little more expensive. it seemed like the communication was going to be easier.The communication after we signed the contract was ok.Christy asked if they could set the tent up on Wednesday for our Saturday event. I declined and she seemed fine with that. She told me they would be there between 11 and 2 on Friday. They showed up early around 9:45- not a huge deal although we had just gotten back from breakfast with family and had to scramble to move some cars around and make space for the tent. The setup guys were nice and patient with us and I gave them a good tip.Things did not go so well with respect to pick up. Christy told me they were going to pick up on Monday. Midday Wednesday came and I had not heard anything. I was trying to be patient, but since the tent was blocking part of our driveway and garage access, I decided to check in. Christy responded that the crew was on their way. They showed up a couple hours later.9 days later I got an email stating that some of the tablecloths we returned were had mildew damage. We would have to pay for the linens since Christy said we had not complied with an orange slip of paper warning us not to put them in the return bag wet. I responded saying that the linens were dry when we put them in the bag. (We had placed the bag on a table in the middle of the tent so they would not get wet if it rained). There had been some rain and high humidity for the first part of the week so maybe that is why the tablecloths got mildew- seems a little odd, but I had no choice but to accept their claim that the linens were mildewed when picked them up. I wrote in my email response that if they had picked them up when scheduled, there would not have been a problem.It was a little surprising to me that the reply I got was quick to start citing contract language (which I had read when I signed and was familiar with) I responded that the contract also states:a.) Linens must be returned in the bag provided (which we did)b.) The items must be available when the crew showed up to pick up or there would be a $95 charge. For this reason we had left the linens out because we were not always home during the weekday when the pickup was scheduled.c.) That we needed to accommodate an alternate pickup date UPON NOTICE from Tent Guys of an alternative pickup date. Tent Guys never contacted me saying they were going to pick up 4 days after our event. If Tent Guys had notified us per the contract, we could have easily put the linens in air conditioning for a few days- maybe that would have prevented the mildew we were accused of causing.I find it Ironic that the first response I received when responding to their accusation that we trashed their linens cited a bunch of contract language, yet their lack of notice about the delayed pickup violated the contract. It also seems strange to me that it took 9 days to notify us of the damage. If the linens were wet when the crew picked them up, we should have been notified immediately.After outlining the reasons that I believe we complied with the contract, I asked Christy to forward my email on to the manager. I told her if they believed the fault was completely ours, to go ahead and charge our card on file as the contract allows them to do. Christy responded and said they would do just that- disappointing that Tent Guys did not respond to my points or accept any responsibility.I don’t have a problem taking responsibility for my mistakes if they result in damage (I don’t believe that was the case here), but I expect the same of the folks with whom I do business. Tent Guys was not even willing to discuss responsibility, or that maybe there was some shared responsibility. In the end, it’s $56 and I am not going to fight with them about it. However, I will not be passing on Tent Guys name or using them for our next event and I certainly would not recommend doing business with Tent Guys.

I recently used tentguys for my wedding reception and they were so helpful. Christy was kind helpful and patient with me because I was a overwhelmed bride. I wrote her a million times and she responded right away. At the last moment I had to add another big tent to my venue and they did not have it so she called around to get me what I needed, and made a trip to my house to make sure the tents would fit perfectly. The team that came and put the tents, chairs and tables up made sure they knew exactly what I wanted and had absolutely no problem switching things around so it was exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and helpful, you can tell that each and everyone one of them care about your event and take pride in there work. I will use them again.

Marcus with Tent Guys was awesome! Very reasonably priced, and they worked with us with last minute additions for out wedding tent (to add walls just 2 days before scheduled delivery due to the forecast of rain). Would highly recommend the Tent Guys for whatever event you have!

A friend used these guys for a big party with multiple tents. The setup, in the dark, it was ethereal and I learned that they had the lighting too.We rented a very large tent for a Christmas party and they were able to rent us chairs, tables, the lights, AND pump heat into the tent. The guys who set it up were also awesome. Just a fantastic experience.About to use them again for my child’s birthday party.

Marcus and his crew are awesome. We use Tent guys on a monthly basis for our company meeting. They are very accommodating and affordable and so easy to work with. Marcus responds right away and is very patient with me if I have any crazy changes. We will definitely continue to use them for any other functions we may have in the future. We use Tent Guys on a regular basis for large events and even small one-tent orders. They have never let us down. Marcus is extremely easy to work with and every order we have ever placed has been accurate. We have had to make last minute changes and they are always very flexible and accommodating. We used to use one of the big-name tent companies but had some customer service issues and switched to Tent Guys about 3-4 years ago. Best decision we ever made. I dont typically leave reviews but Marcus and his team have worked so hard for us over the years he deserves it.

I have been doing business with this company for years and I would never use anyone else for my party rental needs. There have been a few times when I’ve needed items last minute and most companies would have just said no without an effort. Tent Guys bends over backward to make the seemingly impossible happen. Hardest working company in the industry. Bravo!
