Bounce house was great but the real stars are Antione and Aaron who had the unit set up in fewer than 30 minutes and loaded back up even faster. Two professionals!

Overall excellent experience! Great service, delivery persons were professional yet personable. They set up the unit and cleaned it thoroughly. My only slight was that they didnt really give a distinct delivery window, that kind of made us feel like we had to sit home until they came but they did come before noon so it wasnt bad.

Over the summer I used this operation 3 times. The first time they did everything pretty okay. They dropped off on time and picked up early, due to rain. It took some talking and additional messages, but we did get a discount, since it was picked up early, for a different day. So we rented it again about a month later. This time the drivers were rude when dropping off, wouldnt allow us to place it where we wanted it placed. When they came to pick up, they didnt have enough help. So me the homeowner and three additional friend had to help them to upload there item on the truck. No thanks or compensation. This last time rented on 9-5 has been by far the worst. We rented the item off the website for the requested price and had a scheduled drop off at 1030 and pick up at 8pm. After dropping off and setting up they stated they would pick up at 6pm. I messaged the owner to no response for hours. He finally said he agreed that my purchase is valid. They still showed up at 6 and took my sons birthday inflatable. They tried to give me 50 dollars to compensate but that was an insult. I have spent over 1200 dollars in three months and this co.pany will never get another dollar from me. The owner can not run his business, he lets his rude abrasive staff make decisions for him. They didnt want to work until 8pm because today Monday 9-6 is a holiday. Rude, unprofessional, liars. The drivers are the same with one (light skinned 18 yr old starting a fight with my family memeber.) if you want a horrible experience just rent from these people. Save your money and give to a business that appreciate s the return business. The owner never apologized just ran from his enormous issues like a coward.

We hired Now It’s A Party for our little guy’s first birthday last weekend (we have three kids 1, 3, and 7). I literally cannot say enough good things. The process for drop off and pick up were so smooth and easy. The bounce rental was in excellent condition and sturdy, literally a hearty adult male could get in there with the kids! The two technicians who came to us, Antoine and Q, we’re incredible!! They got that thing up and down so quickly, they were professional, they were careful, and just generally kind dudes! We cannot wait to rent from this company again!!

This was the best party weve ever had, and Ive thrown some pretty awesome parties for my now 12-year old son. We rented the water-slide, it was SO fun - for the kids, AND the adults (we had about 25 people total). Couldnt beat the price, and the guy who set it all up was very helpful. I was so lucky to come across Now its a Party website to create a great birthday experience for my daughters birthday party. She enjoyed every minute of jumping in the bouncy house then having sno cones & cotton candy. The delivery guys arrived early (a PLUS), set up the bouncy house & gave me quick instructions on how to operate the sno cone & cotton candy machines. I was also provided cups, cherry flavored syrup for the sno cones & funnels for cotton candy. Everything worked out PERFECTLY! The price was an extra PLUS for us. Best decision ever!It was very easy to make a booking via their website and the owner is available on text to answer any questions or to provide more information. Brian (the owner) is very prompt at getting back to you.I booked the Wet Adventure Combo Package (with the popcorn and cotton candy machines). The rental was for Saturday June 17, from 10.30am to 6 pm. I received an email reminder about the booking on June 13. The email had helpful tips and reminders to ensure that everything runs smoothly on D-day. I was pleasantly surprised when Brian called me on Thursday evening to ask if his crew could come and set up for the party on Friday itself. The crew of two was in touch with me on Friday to let me know what time I can expect them to come set up. They were very friendly and professional.The crew arrived on time and set up very quickly and efficiently. The inflatable was cleaned onsite in front of me and they did a very thorough job. The popcorn and cotton candy machines were very clean and they provided plenty of supplies (popcorn and bags, floss sugar and cones).Needless to say, the kids had a wonderful time playing on the water slide!! Several of the parents asked me where we rented the inflatable from and I was only too happy to pass along the details. I started my search and could not believe the prices, yikes! Then I came across Now it’s a Party and couldn’t help to think, “this is too good to be true.” After checking out the reviews I figured there was nothing to lose.I rented the water slide and bounce house combo with the popcorn and cotton candy machine. Ordering online was easy and gives you the option of paying in full or a deposit. Prior to delivery I received the contract and instructions. I reached out to confirm the weight limit (Hey! We are two grown adults!) as I just wanted to be sure.The delivery was great! They set-up a day before - I even got confused thinking I messed up the dates! The guys were super nice and helpful and showed me how to use the machines. Pick up was just as smooth and easy!We had a blast! Even my husband said he didn’t expect it to be so much fun and the best part was we didn’t even need to leave the house! We have a little boy and talked about how we can’t wait until he’s old enough to do this with him...and we will be using NIAP again!

We used their service for the first time and we are so happy with it. Yes it is true they only communicate throught text, but having 30 parents calling in,text is im sure the easiest way and it was efficient. Only draw back was they asked us through text to clean the bouncy house before pick up and i didnt see the text until way later in the night, so sorry about that guys. Yes its true they dropped off the bouncy house the day before which was great because the kids jumped on it and got to test it out before the birthday i mean they couldve jumped on it all night if I didnt have to work it was perfect. They cleaned the bouncy house when they dropped it off right infront of us. The bouncy house was clean and strong and held up with all the kids and few parents. The power source was the only small problem because our townhouse was strong enough to power both of the air blowers, it would trip the breakers. The solution was running one of the air blowers to the neighbors house which she was happy to do because her kids were in there jumping too. All in all it was a great experience we will always use now its a party for any bouncy house event and i highly recommend them, plus they are the more affordable option i think.

In last month we used Party Equipment Rental services for our daughters wedding. The event specialist answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. We had a double peak tent put up and the crew was very professional. The linens were extremely well pressed and look amazing on the round tables. 250 guests attended a beautiful, fairy tale wedding. If your looking for a low cost unit that you will probably get to use for at least a full day and you dont care about functionality, cleanliness, or service, then this is your place. If you care about a clean unit, easy to reach staff, and functions as advertised, then this is not the place I would use. Tried contacting by phone and was sent a text message. All contact with the owner was via text, even when we had problems. We have rented from other companies before and were completely satisfied. You could tell the units had been cleaned thoroughly before being delivered and the staff wiped them down once they were set up. The unit we rented from Now Its a Party had mud all over the bottom of it, and glow sticks and water balloons still inside it(which they just left laying in my yard when they set up). The unit obviously was not cleaned and sanitized after the last party. I rented a combo bounce house/water slide unit. When I went out to hook the water up to the misting system, there was no misting system on the unit. I contacted the owner(via text) and he advised me that the unit had no running water and you just put water in the pool at the bottom. Not real sure how you can call it a water slide with no water actually on the slide, just a slide with a puddle at the bottom. Luckily they did drop it off the day before so I was able to spend the morning before the party setting up tubing for a misting system for the slide. The workers that picked up the unit were kind enough to help themselves to drinks out of the cooler sitting on my patio without a knock on the door or anything too. You get what you pay for, a cheaper price than their competitors and a much lower quality of service.

Amazing amazing amazing! The customer service is beyond perfect! They delivered exactly what they said they would! I got the bounce house cotton candy machine and snow cone machine! They tell you they may deliver early which they did 9am but they didn’t charge for the early delivery and my kids enjoyed it for an extra couples hours! The cotton machine and snow cone said it was enough for 75 and we had more then half left over! It was great I will definitely use them again in the future!

Best price around. Im only leaving off 1 start because I had an issue with the bounce house being set up the day before and it down pouring before the bounce was was blown up. So check the weather yourself folks. But I called and they resolved it no problem. My only regret is not calling them sooner so thats my bad. If I called the day of the party they could have came and resolved my problem asap. So CALL THEM IF SOMETHING IS WRONG. Brian is really great.

Because of the weather my sons (turning 5 years old) birthday party was originally going to be cancelled, but then after realizing this weekend would be the only nice weekend in a few weekends we decided to last minute have the party. I contacted Brian after calling a bunch of other people and first off let me say he has the best prices around. I can promise you that because I sat in the lowes parking lot calling different bounce house rentals for a good hour or two.Brian asked when the party was and I quickly said tomorrow from 2-4. And to my surprise even with the short notice he somehow made it work at the budget I needed to stay between. His crew showed up to set the bouncer up the next morning. Were very nice and the best part is they did it so quietly and quickly that my soon to be 5 year old had no idea until I made him come outside. The look on my sons face was priceless and even though not many kids came to his party because they were sick my son said it was the best party ever because he had be coolest bounce house in his back yard to jump in. To me it was all worth it. The other moms even got his contact info to book with him in the future.My search for a party rental place is over I can firmly say I will be a repeat customer with now its a party. Brian & Nicholle Heath were absolutely wonderful, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They handled all of the arrangements personally for the large castle water slide we ordered for our 4th of July party.  He and his assistant also made sure everything was to our liking before they left. They made sure to arrive early so that we actually had more play time with the water slide than we had previously arranged. I had looked at a lot of reviews before deciding on which company to use and I am so glad that I found NOW ITS A PARTY. We are definitely going to use THEM again in the future! Our bounce house from Now Its A Party was a real hit. Two guys (super nice and helpful) brought it out a day early and picked it up a day late, which gave my kids lots of bounce house play without all the party guests. (My favorite!) We also ordered popcorn and cotton candy, which all the guests loved. I would have given five stars, but we didnt get quite enough popcorn included and a few of the cotton candy cones were dirty on arrival and had to be trashed. I have used Now Its A Party twice now, and both times I have been very pleased. They had the best packages for bounce house plus concessions and they are courteous and professional when they arrive. They are very attentive to the customer and try to make sure you are happy with your product. I will be using them in the future for any parties that require any of their services they provide.

We have used Now Its a Party for a couple of birthday parties for the kids. Equipment was clean, pick-up/drop-off times were on schedule, and service from the staff was great! Pricing for combo packages that includes a concession was unbeatable after checking around. Best prices around!

Now Its A Party made planning for my daughters birthday party a piece of cake. The delivery crew had our bounce house up and ready to go in 15 minutes and took it away in about the same time. The kids really enjoyed the cotton candy machine and are already talking the next party!

My children absolutely loved the bounce house I got them from NOW ITS A PARTY.These guys were so professional, the bounce house was clean and cared for. We also rented concession items, there equipment was clean. They set up the bounce and other equipment for us and broke it all down at the end. I recommend NOW ITS A PARTY,to all my friend girls. The joy on my childrens faces was priceless

We rented a popcorn machine for our trade show booth. The machine and the popcorn were a big hit and attracted wonderful prospects. The team at Now Its A Party! were great to work with too.

Loved the online reservation and being able to know if items were available instantly. The delivery guys were great and very nice and professional. Will definitely use for future parties!

Very disappointing customer service. Everything was done rather unprofessionally via text message. The company sent a text message on Thursday afternoon asking if they could drop off and set up the unit Friday for a Saturday party, we were fine with that except they didn’t provide a time they would arrive Friday, they gave us an 8 hour window which we replied we couldn’t do due to work and if they could provide a specific time we would make sure we had someone available at our house. They never responded and showed up at our house Friday when no one was home, text us again and asked if they could set it up in the driveway which we said no because it was a water slide going in the backyard. They left the unit with the fans to blow it up, extension cords and stakes in our backyard for us to set up ourselves. Email confirmation from the company for the unit states someone is to be present upon delivery so we can sign a contract and review safety protocols, that didn’t happen. Upon getting home Friday night from work to set it up, we realized they didnt leave us a tarp to put down. Also, inside of the bounce house part was not clean at all, mud and dirt all over inside of bounce house. Once the party was over Saturday (11-1) they were supposed to come pick up unit at 2pm. We tried contacting them when they didn’t arrive by 2 and got no response. At 9pm two men arrived, walked right into our backyard through the side gate (no knocking) unannounced, my fiancé and one of her girlfriends were in the backyard and I was in the house. They proceed to tell us we were supposed to clean the unit off before they picked it up and we explained to them they didn’t leave us a tarp, as they were supposed to, to lay down so there was mud on the unit from the kids going through the grass and down the slide. We received a phone call from the company, finally, on Monday to which we received an “apology” but the call was more so to tell us what WE didn’t do correctly and how we could have made the experience better for ourselves. Overall very disappointed in the level of customer service received (or lack there of) and would not recommend or use the company again.

AWESOME AWESOME!! Rented a bounce house with slide for our daughters 4th birthday. Flexible with weather conditions, Easy delivery and pick up and we had one very happy little girl come party dawn. Everyone it, including the parents. Cant go wrong renting from Now its a party!!
