Excellent customer service

Great price and they had everything ready for us to pick up. They helped with loading and unloading. Pretty close location to uptown. If you have a trailer is hard to go in and turn around. However the staff is friendly! I recommend if you want good priced party rentals.

These guys are always helpful, and pleasant to talk to.

They have many items to rent reasonable price. Excellent customer service. If they dont have they will give information as to where you may be able to find it.

Customer ServiceAt Thomas Rentals we do our very best to make sure all customers enter and leave our facility happy. As far as a cleaning charge goes we do ask that aerator come back the same way they go out with the tines clean and that is to help the machine preform as its best and this also helps prevent future problems down the road. we only charge a cleaning fee if there is excessive amount of twine and dirt around the tines and we still give our customers a chance to use our water hose to clean the machine. NOT SAFE! They loaded me with a 3000+ lbs piece of equipment on their flatbed trailer. They secured it with 1 chain and one worn ratchet strap. I had to buy more to secure it. The trailer had no brakes, (trailer and equipment weighed roughly 5,000 lbs) no lights, the coupler lock was messed up, and don’t get me started on their “safety chain” One was completely missingI admit I should have never left their yard, but the fact that they send customers out like that speaks volumes.

I am doing a vow renewal and need to rent a tent. I have went to multiple websites and most have their prices available on the website. In fact, all of them have their prices readily available except from this company.For me this is in huge inconvenience because I am not available during the day, I cannot call. So I am writing this one star simply because they do not have their prices available. Not to mention, I also think that looks very shady in my opinion. I have not dealt with anyone so it is not based on people whatsoever.

Good ppl...but equipment NOT always the best

My recent experience with Thomas Rentals was excellent. Patrick and the Thomas team were friendly, courteous and helpful while we decided which pressure washing equipment we needed and throughout the entire transaction from pickup to return. It is a pleasure to deal with such a professional company, and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Really great service from the young man at the counter. I was able to get last min table and chairs and some extras. Loaded and assured me theyll pick up. No muss no fuss. Absolutely recommend.

This place is a rip off. Called to rent a skid steer and quoted $250. Once my business partner gets there they load one and said it was actually more, $290 and a tooth bucket was an additional $15. We put 3 of our 8 hours on the meter and take it back early but right before they closed. We called to let them know we were coming and feeling up diesel and they said they closed AT 5pm. They told my business partner it would be $30 a quarter tank. We had used a quarter so we agreed to the charge. I get my final bill for the rental and its $392!!! A $30.50 damage waiver fee we were not informed of before we rented was tacked on. Do not do business with this company. We rent ALOT of equipment from different companies and what we are quoted when we arrive is same price we pay when we leave and we have never paid a damage waiver fee. Thomas Rentals has too many additional charges. We will not be doing business with them again.
