We had plans to have a large wedding at a venue in the mountains. When COVID hit, we decided to scale back and have a wedding at my family’s lake house where my parents got married 32 years ago. Lyndsay at party time was super helpful and easy to work with. They used 3 20x20 high peak tents to create a beautiful large covering for the patio space we would use for the reception. We also rented lighting for the tents, chairs, linens, and farm tables from them. We were happy with the way it all turned out. It was absolutely beautiful. The team that installed the tents and dropped off the other rentals was very professional and kind. They wanted to ensure that I was happy with the way things turned out. Everything about the aesthetic of the day was above my expectations. They really helped my dream become a reality. I would definitely use them in the future for any parties or events. This was the place to go when my friend had her wedding. They literally had everything for her wedding that she was looking for as far as table cloths and napkins and glasses etc. She absolutely loved this place. The staff were very accurate and professional and even offered suggestions. Some of those suggestions were better and she went with those. The place looked beautiful with there equipment and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend this place for all your events

I am an event planner with an event this Sunday. I was thrilled to find a place to rent tables from so I called to get more information. I was happy with the rental price but, what stopped me from renting were those rude, unpleasant, disrespectful employees that behaved as if theyve never spoken to a customer before in their lives. Particularly, Meredith cut me off several times as I asked for information regarding my rental. She was extremely condescending and even yelled twice before completely hanging up on me. I guess theyre trained to hang up on the customers they dont feel like serving? I called back and spoke with Heather who was automatically defensive after I mentioned that her coworker hung up on me. I guess its a trend there because guess what? In the middle of me placing my order, she hung up on me as well. Your employees are incompetent and due to that, they have NO reason to even begin to be rude to a customer.Please train them to learn how to speak to people...ALL people.By far, the most disgusting service Ive ever gotten. Thanks for providing that!

I was referred to Party Time Rentals from a neighbor who had used their services for their daughters wedding. We needed rentals for my parents 50th anniversary party. When I called I initially spoke with Meredith, who couldnt have been any nicer! She took the time to listen to my needs and suggested I come in to see a table set along with some additional items she new I may need, which was great because she thought of things I hadnt even considered. When I came into the showroom I was promptly greeted by Meredith and Heather, another associate, and I immediately felt at home and welcomed. Over the course of the next hour and a half, they both took the time to show me several options and we talked through everything. They also showed genuine interest in my parents story and before long, it seemed as though I was with friends, laughing, crying and sharing funny stories. I ended up getting exactly what I needed and the party was a perfect success! I highly recommend Party Time Rentals and will definitely use them again!

The company went above and beyond to make sure my order was right, even after I accidentally ordered the wrong things. They even refunded the non-refundable deposit even though it was my error. I had to call several times to get a quote and email three times in order to get a final quote from the representative. She always seemed to have an excuse. When she would respond it was always late in the day after I had called repeatedly. We paid our deposit and everything seemed fine. She was to get the Zoning Permit and Fire Permit as I presumed they have done many times. The tent went up on a Friday and at 4 p.m. after the tent is already up I get a call that the Zoning Permit was denied and she needed a letter from the owner of the property. This is **AFTER** the tent is up and the day of. I had an hour to track down the property manager and get a letter signed and to the City Zoning Office. While I was doing this she called and asked for payment?! I had less than an hour and she was concerned about getting paid over doing what they should had done a week prior. Instead, she waited til the afternoon that the tent was going up to get the Zoning Permit. The excuse was that it was a Christmas the day prior even though she should have got the permit a week prior at minimum. To top it all off, her boss calls to ask why he was not paid yet?! He proceeded to call my client and tell them that he was not paid. All the while we still do not have the Zoning Permit. Totally unprofessional, very unreliable. Be wary.

I would give Party Time Rentals 0 stars if I could. This company just about ruined my wedding day. We rented chairs for the ceremony from them and had set everything up months in advance. We confirmed the week of the event that they would arrive and have the chairs set up more than an hour before the 5pm ceremony started.On the day of our wedding, they showed up at 5pm! Whats worse is the workers had no sense of urgency. One of them sat in the truck as my guests set up the chairs!! This set our whole day back and cut into not just the ceremony, but also the reception.I cannot express how awful this company is and how badly they ruined a day that cannot be recreated. I detest this company and I implore you to NEVER use them.
