Rude and nasty. I dont care if your do the best nails in town. When Im treated with rudeness from the moment I open the door, I DONT come back. IF YOU ONLY DO NAILS BY APPOINTMENT THEN STATE THAT ONLINE WHICH IS WHERE I HEARD ABOUT THIS SALON! I was told that I needed an appointment and sent out the door. The salon was open for another 2 1/2 hours and you still had no time for me? What if an appointment didnt show you then wouldve had a spot. I think this salon needs to hire more staff to accommodate walk-ins and maybe their scheduled appointments. Proper amount of staff may change their bad attitude.

I booked two appointments for me and my wife on Saturday morning. They did a fantastic job on my feet. My wife loved her nails as well. The place is clean and feels relaxing with the jazz background. The staff were so professional and gave us an excellent service. I highly recommend Vintage nail. It was our first time today and we will be back!

Mary is the best! I have not had an amazing pedicure like this in a very long time. She gave the best massage, she was so kind and painted one nail and asked if I liked the color before she painted the rest. She didn’t rush me and she was very patient. I enjoyed her a lot. Everyone go see Mary!

I just recently moved to Charlotte and found this place right down the street from where I lived. I walked in for a pedicure and got seated immediately with a complimentary glass of wine. The manager is super nice and made great conversation. My toes look wonderful and 10/10 recommend this place to anybody. I will be definitely return!

Services were rushed and the technicians were rude; she wouldn’t accommodate my preferred length and shape. They actually rolled their eyes at me and I had to go home and file them down myself. The tips also weren’t applied flush to my natural nails and the cuticle area cracked off immediately. On top of all this, the services were done in tandem while they talked about me. And I KNOW they were talking about me because they were looking at me and laughing before asking my age. I was in and out under an hour for $120. After sharing my experience with some coworkers I learned that this has happened to them there too... so I felt obligated to leave a review.

I visited Vintage Nail Bar with high expectations after reading other reviews and because of the location and price, I expected a top quality manicure. I was traveling and had some time so I stopped in for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was great. The young lady was really attentive and precise. The manicure, done by a different nail tech, was probably one of the worst I have received. My cuticles were not trimmed enough, likely because my hands werent soaked to soften them and I had to get the attention of the tech several times because my nails were uneven after filing. She did do a fantastic job actually painting my nails, however, two days after my mani, the polish lifted and came completely off one nail and has now started lifting on others. I have left a message for the manager to return my call so I can ask for a refund. Unfortunately I am from out of town so its not like I can go back in to get my botched mani fixed.

Vintage Nail Bar is amazing! They have the best customers service and the staffs are extremely friendly plus they did awesome jobs. Ive gone three/four times now and I can honestly say this is my new go-to nail spot. This place is clean/sanitary, and the service is efficient but NOT rushed at all. Also, this is definitely the best because they are using vegan products for your hand and feet. The ultimate pedicure that I got was phenomenal and my gel nails last for three weeks already.

This was my first time visiting and I definitely recommend! I got my old SNS removed and received a SNS manicure. They did an excellent job and paid extreme attention to detail. The only drawback is the seating was uncomfortable (I sat at the low bar near the door) which wouldn’t be that big of a deal if I wasn’t sitting in that seat for the extended period of time that I did. It is a tad bit expensive but my nails look amazing and the service was nice.

Had a wonderful gel mani experience with kelly. She was meticulous, quick, and looked great! Walked in the door, immediately sat down, and was out within 30 minutes! I will definitely be back!

Amazing service! We walked in and they pointed us a menu of services. They did not pressure us into anything, just let us choose what we wanted before they started the service.They dont rush you through the pedicures and take great care of you from start to finish. Nice touch to offer free glasses of wine or mimosas.The SNS manicures are amazing and great attention to detail.The pedicure was also excellent, and we felt so pampered! First, I am not one to give reviews but this is necessary. I would not recommend this nail bar to anyone. I visited my friend in Charlotte and we decided to get our nails done together. We made our appointments, arrived early, and were greeted with annoyed attitudes. I asked for an acrylic fill with gel polish and was told they do not do this service but can do something better. The man who did my nails, named Chewy (I think) continued to fill my nails with dip powder, carelessly filed my nails and cut me three times, once with the drill. He painted my nails with gel and charged me $60. My friend received a manicure and gel polish, which they charged her $40. After both of us being disappointed, my friend and I arrived home where I washed my hands and the polish on one of my nails fell off in the sink. I started looking and the polish was peeling off. After two days, all the polish came off and seven of my nails cracked. I have never been so upset about a nail experience and I would strongly suggest finding somewhere else, dont go here.

Vintage nails bar is a wonderful nail salon. I got the shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. The service was great, and the staffs were attentive. The inside is spacious and relaxing to enjoy pampered pedi mani. I will bring my husband next time for the service since I saw a lot of male clients during my visits. The nails tech are gentle and give a great foot massage. I stand on my feet a lot for work, and this just the thing to make them feel great. Will be return! Thank you Vintage staff

Wow! Thats all I can say. Amazing experience at Vintage Nail Bar! I have been looking for a nail place since moving to Charlotte a year ago and now I can end my search. Vintage does really great pedicures and manicure gel. The price is fair in the area for the excellent job. The staff is all super friendly and professional and makes you feel so comfortable. This cozy spot also has very relaxing and is always exceptionally clean and sanitized. Cannot wait to come back!

The gel polish didnt even last a whole week before it started peeling off! I paid all that money for gel polish and it didnt last a week. The service was good their product is not. I could have gotten regular nail polish and it would have cost much less for a weeklys worth of wear. I remember when gel polish last two weeks. I will never waste my money like that again!

Vintage Nail Bar is the best. They do excellent work, have tons of nail color options and they are all so nice and accommodating! I am very picky about how gel manicures look. My friend recommended this place because her gel nails always last a long time! After having many terrible experiences at other nail salon places. My gel manicure looks perfect, and the girl who did my nails is so meticulous! Will be coming back!

Vintage Nails is by far one of the best salons I have been to in the South Park area. I have only had one small issue during my time going there and the lady who checks you in (I cant remember her name) was quick to get it fixed. I admit - I can be a pain and always try to match my SNS to regular polish for my pedicure which can be difficult since they are different brands but she is always friendly, patient and helpful. She always makes sure clients leave happy!Tammy & Kelly are two techs who have done my nails in the past and have always done an excellent job ... my SNS is thin like I prefer it to be, perfect nail shape no matter which one I request and never a flaw in the SNS. Although I get my SNS thin I have never had a nail break or chip. These two are very good and are appointment based. I was a little nervous when I walked in and realized I wouldnt be able to get either of them but Mei is fabulous as well. She is gentle and my nails look wonderful ... the color, shape and SNS are all perfect. I will definitely be seeing her again in a few weeks!Many different techs have done my pedicure and they always do a great job! Ive never been unsatisfied no matter who has done them. Im not very good at catching names because Im usually chatting with the person doing my nails.I have ventured out a few times and tried somewhere else just because Vintage Nails are so popular and can be very busy. Occasionally Im just not up for a crowd but its a mistake each time! No other salon does as good of a job. I have found going morning - afternoon during the weeks helps me beat the crowd. If youre looking for a new salon check them out ... you wont be disappointed!

The staff here are absolutely amazing! My husband and I came here every two weeks, and we loved it. All of the employees were very nice, polite, and welcoming. The salon was very clean and I would recommend it. The prices were a little bit higher than others nail salon, but not unreasonable. We very satisfied with our experience.

Best nail place in Charlotte! Location is so convenient, right next to Whole Food grocery store in the heart of South Park. Honestly, one of the best Ive been to - period. Staff was friendly, environment is inviting and clean. Mary did my pedicure, and unlike many experiences Ive had other places, she took her time and was meticulous. She also gave me the BEST foot/ leg massage... I almost fell asleep. Kelly did my gel manicure. She was also great! Ive never had someone give such attention to detail. Definitely recommend -- especially if youre as picky and detail oriented as I am, without having to blow your wallet.

I got a pedicure that lasted approximately 15 minutes. She rushed through it didnt even fulfill all steps and put gel polish on my toes and I was charged $61. Worst pedi experience I have EVER had!

I came to this nail salon on a Saturday when other salons were completely booked. They took me in immediately for a gel manicure. I was so happy with the results. I had one of the best gel manicures I have ever had here. The customer service was amazing. Steven was so kind, and he was very easy to communicate with. They were packed as well, but they were able to accommodate me. I was also very impressed and appreciate my nails technician. She was very meticulous. Love this salon, it was so clean and there was a Best selection of colors. I will definitely be coming back soon.

I walked in asked for a vintage pedicure with gel polish. Simply don’t think the service was up to par!! I did not get a pedicure really he simply changed my polish. I was offered a drink I asked for water it was never delivered. I asked to set an appointment with a specific worker and she laughed and pawned me off to someone else! I paid for my cousin and my niece $122 for two pedicures and felt lack luster service at the most!! I would never return to this establishment again and I will never recommend services here!

Their mimosa is the best, and it is my favorite one. The salon is a beautiful, clean and delightful environment. I gave this salon two tried and was unfortunately disappointed both times. The first time, we were seen right away, but the technician who did my moms nails cut 5 of her fingers while there and then gave my mom attitude about it. My nails came out good that day, so i decided to go back. Then on the second time, we made an appointment, came right at 4 pm for our appointment, and they kept taking other walk ins before even starting me. I sat with my nails wrapped for 50 minutes before they started me. I found a salon with better customer service that i will be going to instead! Sad to leave a negative review, but it was not a positive experience.

I went here for my birthday for the first time. My experience was incredible. I got a dip mani and the hot stone pedicure and the eyebrow wax and all of the services were excellent. I was absolutely blown away with the quality of services. The atmosphere of the entire place was more than appeasements. In fact, the salon was so clean. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. I got offered the drink immediately as soon as I sat down on the spa pedicure chair. The guy offered me mimosa!!! Loved the service!!! It is so wonderful to have mimosa while getting a pedicure. This salon is so clean and well kept. Plus, they have done an amazing jobs. Today was my second time here and this is officially my go to place. I went to another nail salon for a gel manicure (to be cheaper) and they were horribly done. I called in and Steven said that they would be more than happy to fix it and got me in right away. When I came back, Steven recognized me right away. I love coming somewhere and having personal interactions with the workers and myself. Kelly did have another appointment but she thankfully fixed my nails and made them 100x better. The salon is on the higher end scale, but the experience, treatment, and work they put for it is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Amazing place! Staff was skill--very kind and welcoming.This nail salon is so busy, but they are accommodated so well. We got gel manicures and gel pedicures. The polish was well-painted and the nail and cuticle care/shaping was superb. Finished with relaxing and thorough foot massage. We all got services done at the same time.They really do give the full service with a foot soak, hot towels, hot stones, and lotion/massage. They also have beer, wine, and offer you a beverage.We had a great time. Much appreciated! Will be back soon!

The nails tech here are very sweet and kind. They did an amazing job! I loved my entire experience. They took a lot of time to make sure everything was perfect and I really appreciated it. Just moved to Charlotte 3 weeks ago. I was a little picky about the cleaning and sanitizing at the salon during the pandemic. However, this nail salon was above and beyond my expectation. It was spacious in the inside, and it felt so safe to be 6 feet apart with other people around me. The pedicure that they offering me was amazing. The vegan spa I guessed, and I liked the individual package per each use. Mary did amazing job on my pedicure, and it was so relaxing. Kelly did my gel manicure, and it was attention to details. Well worth the experience as well as wonderful job on the mani & pedi. Will definitely come back here regularly.

This is my sisters favorite nail shop in Charlotte. We each got a vintage manicure ($20) and a vintage pedicure ($36), aka regular mani-pedis. You get complimentary drinks, including wine. If you are not getting gel or SNS, there is no drying bar but they do have a fan.When you first check in, you can get 20% off the second service, so the coupon says. When I asked for the discount, I was told I had to get a gel service which is not on the coupon.They completed our service in a quick amount of time and were super nice. Each time Im home, Ill try to make it here.

Vintage is the Best nail salon in South Park! I was desperate to get my nails done one day and decide to give them a shot and I have no regrets! I will continue to go to them for my gel manicure and pedicure. Nail tech there is so nice and friendly. They are very professional and paying attention to detail. I came here with family and friends before my wedding for a pedicure and gel manicure. They were very fast and accommodating of our large party. I had one person doing my manicure while another person did my pedicure. My gel lasted several weeks! Very happy with how it turned out for the wedding.

I got a dip powder manicure (first time with the dip) and they did such a wonderful job. I set an appointment and they took me right on the dot. Im hard on my hands and pretty active so I asked for a shorter natural length and it turned out beautifully. She took her time and shaped them perfectly. Very detail oriented. The ladies at this place do a great job, but last time I went, the guy who did my manicure took well over an hour and they look HORRIBLE. Should have had 3 coats and he only did 2 super splotchy bad ones in GEL! My pedicure was good but after that manicure and overpaying $91 dollars, I’ll never go back. Had to go back to my usual place the same day to get them redone.

Their gel removal liquid was watered down, so they scraped the previous gel off of my nails, which damaged them. Then they did not coat my nails with enough polish, so my nail is peaking through the polish. They were nice but poor quality nails.

Vintage is right behind my apartment which is super convenient for me. I love to come to here, great color selection, helpful technician, clean space, decent waiting time on a busy day, and great customer service. A pedicure with good message and glass of wine after a busy working week, what else can I expect? Highly recommend!!

This place is awesome! This was my first time here and got the Ultimate pedicure was $56. I worthed my every penny. I was a runner, and my feet were rough. Ive never been to a salon that does so much for a pedicure. Mary was really sweet and did an AMAZING job. I didnt want to put her name in here because then shell be booked! They offerred free wine and mimosas plus organic tea with lot of flavor options. My feet felt so soft and moisturize. Best experience I have ever had! Excellent SNS nails done by Tammy! I was at the mall and looked up salons in the area. I came here for the first time today merely off of the reviews and they were accurate. The salon is very clean and beautiful inside. I am very picky and get frustrated when the service is rushed and sloppy. Tammys attention to detail was perfection! I have been staring at my nails all day. I have never had anyone twist and turn my finger in every direction to make sure the shape and thickness was perfect!! She was very professional and my nails look amazing. I will drive all the way from Indian trail just to see her from now on. Yes, its pricier than other places but I truly feel I got what I paid for. Worth every penny to me.

My first time at Vintage Nails Bar was 2 weeks ago. Hands down the best service Ive ever gotten! The level of service and attention is hard to beat. I first sat down for my pedicure and they offered me a glass of white wine. After the pedicure they moved me over to get my manicure at the bar. Both nails tech were extremely talented and were able to de exact design that I wanted for my vacation nails.Also, TWO weeks after my gel manicure.. everything is still intact and the gel is not peeling at all! This place is amazing! I have been here in the last couple of months already. I have had a lot of different nail techs, and they go above and beyond. However, Kelly has been doing my gel manicure for the last couple of times and is phenomenal. She is very detail oriented and meticulous. My gel manicure turned out amazing. Beside the quality of manicure gel and pedicure, the atmosphere is so pleasant. She said they opened more than two year, but the salon is so clean and sanitized. I always recommend Vintage Nail Bar!

Unimpressed overall. Pedicure was $46 - the water is flat and does not have jets so your feet just sit in water. When I walked in several employees just sort of stared at me blankly and finally asked what I wanted. They do NOT massage your feet, just rub them lightly. The two things that were nice is the decor and cleanliness and they let you add tip the credit card, where so many nail places are now demanding you pay tips in cash.

For the last year, I have driven 25 minutes out of my way to come to this nail salon. They are that good. Customer service is great. Super friendly staff. I’ve always been satisfied with quality of work.

Went in to get a Mani/pedi before a trip out of town. The shop was clean and I was the only customer there. The thing I didnt like about the shop was the employees unprofessional behavior. There were probably 7-8 technicians in the shop and aside from the 2 working with me, all the rest were literally either talking loudly on their phones or actually sleeping in the massage chairs. Neither of the technicians working with me said anything to me at all (except what they had to say to complete the job) and they actually seemed annoyed that they had to wait on me. To top it off the polish job was not the best and was very expensive! Would not recommend and definitely wont go back!

I want to make a shout out to Steven who was the one who does my gel manicures. Steven does such an excellent job I request him specifically. I dont think out of my 10+ years of getting gel manicures have I had such a perfect job done where the paint covers my entire nail, my cuticles are cut perfectly and there is not one flaw. If you decide to go to vintage request Steven!

Ran in at 6:30 for a pedicure. Fortunately they are open until 7:30. Great service and pedicure. The prices are in line with other nail salons. Will definitely come back.

I would give them 10 star if I could. The job is well done. I got gel manicure and gel pedicure both services were amazing. They are so meticulous. They offer wine, beer, and mimosas.The salon itself is so clean and relaxing. Surprisingly the salon didnt mell any chemicals. They dont offer acrylics for better environment which I like. Parking is so convenient in SouthPark area, you can park in the garage as well there are five story garage. Thank you so much for the best service. I will definitely be back.

Love that they dont do acrylics so there isnt dust and chemicals everywhere. My gel manicures last at least 1.5 weeks and normally they would last a week at most before peeling. They take their time and do a really good job. Everyone is very polite and they dont sit and talk to each other loudly in a different language while ignoring customers which is a huge plus to me.

I went in for a gel manicure and was asked to pick out a color. The colors are hard to see especially if you’re short because they are behind each other and up high..I asked the lady at the front if they had a light pink..she was so rude and came from behind the desk got in my face and said “these are all the colors..and these and these” i told her she didn’t have to be rude and she said well you deserved it. I’m sooooo glad I didn’t waste my money and time. The place was also empty when others were busy and now I understand why. Don’t waste your time. Prices are high too!

This nail salon was so relaxing and clean. What a great find! We came in to Vintage Nail Bar yesterday because it was close to our hotel. We were thrilled with the service, the friendly staff, and the facilities. We enjoyed our mani/pedis so much. They did an amazing jobs. You have to give this place a try - you wont be disappointed!!

I have heard a lot of good things about this salon. So I decided to take a chance at Vintage Nail and it was a great experience. I called on Saturday as soon as they opened to see they could squeeze me in on the afternoon. Luckily, I had an appointment so I did not have to wait for long. when I was arrival, they were packed. However, a guy came out asked me to pick a color and getting a chair ready for me. As soon as I picked out the color and they were starting me immediately. I was really impressed their customer service. They arranged staff work in order for appointments which was a plus.There was no chemical smell on this salon and it was refreshing on their product with aroma flavor. I have a lavender relief, and it was so soothing. With the essential oil blend in the moisturize make my skin feel so good. Kelly was my nail tech and she was amazing!!! She is not only professional but thorough detail oriented. I like the way that she did my nails. I enjoyed both of my pedicure and manicure services, and my gel nails turned out perfectly. So if you want to treat yourself give this place a try, and you wont be disappointed. Loved it definitely going back! Thank you Kelly!!!

This is my first time to Vintage Nail Bar! Zi gave me the best pedicure. The salon is so clean and sanitized. I like that they used liner for individual customer. The price is so reasonable. I would definitely come back and recommend this place!!!

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Pricing was over priced was charged $91 and my hands weren’t completed. Nail tech took over a hour to do gel on my toes. I got ripped off and services weren’t even performed. Please do not waste your time.

I had a great experience today at Vintage Nail Bar! I needed a fill-in for SNS nails and many websites do not indicate if they do this--I called and made an appointment for the same day. The Salon was beautiful, clean and the employees were friendly. We were offered a cold beverage upon arrival and had pricing list pointed out and services clarified. There was a large screen TV playing a restful, waterfall video with nature sounds, as well as soft jazz playing in the background. TAMMY did a beautiful job and did exactly what I requested as far as length and shape. Such a relief and a bonus!! The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 is that the price was too high. $55.00 for a fill-in?! Plus a 20% tip...dont think I will be able to afford to make this my every 2.5 week re-fill station, but delighted to know that there is a quality nail salon nearby!

I got a gel manicure and had to go back just a few hours later to fix a section where the polish had chipped off. I was also asked by the owner/manager what did I do, to cause the chipping. Now 5 days later I have multiple areas on multiple fingers where the polish has chipped off. Extremely disappointing. Not worth the money for the quality of work.

I came in with my mom and two of my sisters on Mother day without an appointment, they helped us right away and the staff here did an amazing job! We got both mani and pedis and our nails turned out great! I love they use high quality product including scrub and lotion for the service. One more things I really enjoy here is they dont have the strong chemical smell like other nail salon normally do. Ill make this my regular spot!

Decent service but price difference between men and women is outrageous. They charged $35 for a standard Womens Pedicure (with nail polish) but $50 for a Mens Pedicure (without nail polish). There was no difference between the Womens and Mens Pedicure but the Mens was $15 more expensive with even less work due to the fact that no nail polish was applied. Will not be going back.

New place, they do have a new way of doing ounk/white nails but from my knowledge only 2 people who know how to do them. After the first set which the guy rushed through, didnt listen to length and shape I wanted because he was paying attention to everything else but me! Second time the woman who did the fill in was fantastic, thorough and friendly. I just had a pedicure on Saturday and it was fantastic!

I will NEVER step into this salon again. I had gotten my nails done at another salon that were damaged on my part. It was convenient to go into vintage nails. They told me that it would be $10 per nail to fix, but the lady was unsure and told me to speak with another technician. The 2nd technician told me they were busy. So it felt that I was discriminated against and they didnt want my business. Save your money to go into another salon with better customer service. I would have given them a zero if I could.

Nice area, but parking can be limited because it is in a shopping center. Customer service was great. Didnt have to wait too long on a Saturday morning without an appointment.

I moved to Charlotte almost 2 years ago and in the beginning I tried different salons and nail techs, after I came to Vintage for the first time I never needed to go anywhere else. My absolute favorite nail salon in Charlotte. Not only is their quality of service and products amazing their customer service is on point! Their prices is reasonable for excellent jobs.

I totally recommend if you want to walk out crying. I was bombarded multiple times with misleading SNS promotions, even after I had declined because the price was the same (after doubling my regular price to end up at $80 for THIS before I even tipped!!!)I have never before received demeaning or RUDE comments about my nails, that they cannot even make suggestions for with 8 color choices, because simple red nails was not an option. After 3 hours, I walked out with this manicure and tears, for it only to streak and crack-off in 2 days, as shown. Youre better off getting drugstore stick-ons - at least the cashier will say Have a nice day.

Glad they opened on the 4th of July, came here with my girlfriend had a great experience. The folks are friendly and gave us great pedicures. We will be back.

I came to Vintage Nail Bar two weeks ago to get my gel mani and deluxe pedi. Kelly did an amazing job on my gel nails. They look great after two weeks. Mary gave me the best foot massage ever. She used sugar scrub massage, mud mask massage, moisturize massage, hot wrap towels. The price is unbeatable. Supposedly you get what you pay. I think I should pay more because Im so appreciate their hard work. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Came here with my mother and sister-in-law for the first time to get our nails done before my wedding a couple weeks ago. First time there, the place is gorgeous. Very friendly, lots of colors to choose from, and my gel manicure lasted a long time. Will be back!

Unprofessional service from younglady who overcharged me. I asked for the charge of a specific service before i sat down with her. She did my nails and then over quoted me at the register. I asked her why she quoted one price at the door then overcharged at the door and then tries to pretend to speak less english. I reportes her to the BBB. This business needs better business practices for people OR to fire that younglady. I went through last couple ofweeks and Ashley ( if thats her real name) was still there and someone else was complaining about the same mistreatment of being overcharged. They apparently do not understand when this happens people talkin this area and refer elsewhere...

Took them 15mins to even acknowledge me. Then didnt know how to do my nails in the way i asked . they wont tell you the price they just do work and charge u for things later.
