Daily Details Uptown is the absolute best salon for a blow dry and nails. Im from Chicago and travel to Charlotte frequently for work. I actually *wait* to get my blow dry at Daily Details, rather than in Chicago. Sydney always makes my hair look fantastic and the results last for days! Get the Luxury Moroccan Oil blowout...you wont regret it!

Exceptional quality and service! Competitive Pricing! I come here 5 times a month for nail, hair, and facial wax appointments and it is the highlight of my week. They have early morning hours for busy schedules and honor appointment times. The staff are professional but still treat you like family. I always take my out of town friends here for pampering and they rave about it and ask to be booked the next time they are back.

Love this spot! So convenient to take my lunch and get my nails or eyebrows done. It is so nice not to have to spend two hours at a nail salon on the weekends! The appointment system really helps you get in and out! Every person I have had encountered has been friendly and professional. Services I have had include: eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint, gel manicure, regular manicure, and a pedicure. Everyone has been great but I suggest Brittany for eyebrow services. She is awesome! This was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. The painting of my nails -which Im very particular about- was fantastic and done with great care. Only took off a star because the bowls and pedicure chairs are aesthetically pleasing but not the most practical or overly comfortable. Not uncomfortable, but not the massage chairs you might be used to. Also Im a size 6.5 I couldnt imagine a size 10 in those bowls. They probably do fit, but visually it seems so small.Complimentary drinks are great, and the booking system is efficient and easy to use. But the best things were the Polish and unique massage included in the pedicure. The price wasnt bad either.

I booked a blowout and was styled Brittany. She was super friendly and gave me a great first time experience. I loved everything from the wash, to the blow out. She even included a brief scalp massage! She asked me plenty of questions about my wash and style routine and made recommendations based on my concerns. The space was so cute and creative. I can’t wait to go back! Super relaxing.

I booked a blowout, head massage, and leg/arm massage. During the blowout I was not asked which blowout I wanted, and my stylist just blew my hair out straight. I had come in to pamper myself for my birthday and straight hair flat on my head was not what I envisioned for my bday hairstyle. The receptionist was very nice about it and discounted the price when I explained what had happened. I would go back if it also had not been for the massage issue. The arm/leg massage is advertised with a scented eye pillow to accompany the massage. I did not get one, and it kind of ruins the relaxation when you are staring at the person massaging you for an hour. I had high hopes and unfortunately will not be returning. On a positive note the place was beautiful and the staff were so nice.

Love this place! First started going here out of convenience since its across the street from my house but now Im hooked! They are always on-time, always professional and do a fantastic job. My dip manicures last probably about a month. I enjoy the couple hours a month I spend here quite a bit.

Always my go-to nail salon. I love that they are open really early on weekdays so I can book online and get my nails done before work, or even during my lunch break. They are always efficient, professional, and accommodating. They have tons of dip powder and gel color choices too! And their prices are shockingly reasonable for Uptown. Cant say enough good things about this salon.

The Daily Details Beauty Bar- Uptown has become my go to place for getting my nails done. They are very professional, offer competitive pricing, and provide amazing quality and service. By far my favorite feature that they offer is online scheduling so you know exactly when to arrive (no waiting :)), how long it will take, and the exact cost. Highly recommend!

Love getting blowouts at Daily Details! Its so conveniently located in uptown, and theyre generally able to take my last-minute calls and fit me in to the schedule! Ive also gone for nails and she meticulously fixed my poor nails from a previously horrible manicure. I am grateful for an upbeat, nearby place to help me with my beauty needs and keep going back! This place is amazing, especially in comparison to the other nail salons in Charlotte. I LOVE that they require appointments because I never have to wait and I never feel rushed during my service. Their online booking tool allows same-day appointments and is easy to use. Briana is my favorite technician; she is attentive, positive, and talented. The only thing that made me give this 4 instead of 5 stars is two experiences I had with other technicians, who weren’t nearly as meticulous as Briana, and my overall experience just wasn’t as good as it could’ve been. However, I think that is something that could be fixed with a tiny bit of training and some practice.

I recently brought a bachelorette party to the salon to have a variety of services done and we could not have had a better experience!! The associates were wonderful, super skilled, and gave us some great advice about hair and hot spots around town. Also, these are not typical nail services, they go above and beyond to massage and ensure you have a great experience. Parking was easy and the entire staff had us walking away happier than we could have hoped!

Amazing experience every time! Tons of great colors for manicures and pedicures in a relaxing, clean setting. They have great massage benches for pedicures and really take time during the scrub and massages. The blo outs are perfectly styled. I even had them do a quick braid style to see if I liked it before I committed. They go above and beyond and their prices are very reasonable considering the service. The the staff is wonderful, professional, and very welcoming. It’s my go to glam spot!

As someone who doesnt get their nails done that often, I can be pretty picky when it comes to spending money at salons. Thankfully a girlfriend turned me onto The Daily Details and each time Ive gone, I had great conversation and great service from the manicurist. My nails stay nearly perfect up to 4 weeks even with a job like mine that can destroy the nails (bartending). I enjoy having a glass of wine with my session and love how if there is any imperfection to my nails they will fix it immediately or double check that I like the way my nails turned out. Making an appointment here is always followed with punctuality and a relaxing break from the stress of life. The salon is up to date and in a great location, just dont forget to get your parking validation before you leave! Another great perk of getting your nails done uptown. Timely and reliable, I am sure to always get great service and have lasting nails for an affordable price! Just be sure to make your appointment online ahead of time as they are popular and book up quickly, the salon is never too crowded or loud which is a definite bonus.

I work in the office building attached to The Daily Details and love the convenience of being able to get my nails done on my lunch break! The ladies are always warm and welcoming and their polish color selection is great and high-quality. Can’t wait to try their other services like their blowouts, makeup application, and waxing!

The nail service is good but the customer service is not. Front desk person in the Uptown location is always very snarky and cranky. She usually looks annoyed when a customer walks in. And I often have to wait minutes for someone to check me out.

I absolutely love TDD, especially my nail tech Kait! Everyone is always super friendly, professional, and the atmosphere is very chic and posh. I’ve been going since they opened and they’ve always been consistent in customer service and quality “detailed” work!

The services I received were just ok.I booked an extra head massage which I didn’t receive, got a basic blowout that didn’t even come close to the picture I picked.Do not get the magnetic lashes. They are low quality and the woman providing instructions couldn’t even put them on me with out them falling off 5 mins later.And to cap it off, the parking validation didn’t work, so I had to pay an extra 5$.

I had a good experience at the salon, but when I got my powder polish taken off at another salon closer to home there was mold on my finger nails. The tech said that whoever did my nails didn’t do the process properly, causing water to get stuck between my nail and the polish for the 3 weeks i had the polish on. I could see the water when the first layer was taken off. Huge bummer and now I’m having to do special treatment to make sure it doesn’t get worse.

I recently received a gel manicure and then gel removal from My Tran at the Daily Details Tryon location and I cant recommend her enough! She did a fantastic job with my gel manicure, and my OPI Candied Kingdom polish lasted for over 2.5 weeks without any chips or signs of peeling! Shes friendly, professional, and attentive to details - I will definitely be back when I need another manicure!

Great service. The shop is always very clean and the nail techs are quite precise in their services. I love that they can take care of my wild and wooly eyebrows and hair in short order.

The basic manicure and pedicure do not come with cuticle care, very misleading of them to call this a manicure when its really just a polish change and charge $15. When I asked to upgrade to the manicure that added cuticles they said they didnt have time and could only do the basic, yet they were 10 minutes late getting me seated. Will not be back

My supervisor gifted me one of her 6 pedicures apart of their Series program ( 6 pedicures for $160). First thing I like is the pedicure chairs are like VIP lounge chairs vs the traditional or expected pedicure massage chairs. They have a limited selection of colors but I still found some pretty colors. I wanted to add a manicure but they were booked for the rest of the night.Dissapointing for me but speaks well of the business. Jasmine suggested I come on Sunday 12-5 and Monday- Wednesday 2-4 for future reference; not as busy. The series deal includes hair and nail services as well; its really a cool idea. Jasmine also told me tips for my daily beauty routine which is always helpful.

The day of we switched around and added some services and Nicole was great about making it work in our time frame! All the ladies were fun and social and mine Kati was great!! BRIDES BEWARE:My wedding was in April and I reached out to them in February to rent TDD out for my bridesmaids the Friday before my wedding to get nails and blowouts. After giving head counts, times, and my CC for the deposit, I was told the prices of mani/pedi would be $60. Noticing on the site that they were currently $50 I asked why it was more expensive. They were raising the prices in April so that was the price I had to pay. Not only was she not willing to grandfather me into the original price she was extremely rude about it. Not wanting to lose my deposit, I decided to stay.TO TOP IT OFF: When we arrived, the place was not even rented out and there were other customers there. I asked someone about it (who I believe is the other owner) and she just gave me I dont know what to tell you lookHOWEVER - I will say the ladies that did the mani/pedis and blowouts were absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job.Not sure where the owners learned customer service, booking with them was absolutely terrible and they didnt even do it right.
