Wonderful. I needed to get the diamond on my wifes ring tightened as it was starting to rattle (yikes). Its the Friday before a holiday weekend and when I called my usual jeweler I found out that he had taken off early and was closed. A quick google search and I found Pavels listed for jewelry repair and he was conveniently on my way home from work. Called him up and he confirmed that he was open and could do the repair on site while I waited! Stopped in on my way home, he fixed the loose setting, cleaned and polished the ring and re-plated it in under 45 minutes while I waited. It is really nice to find like minded people who put their best efforts front and center. It is so rare these days to find good people with strong conviction for craftsmanship and pride of work that when you do they really stand out. This wont be the last time I come to the store. I went to get my rings appraised and cleaned and polished.. Sad thing, I just had them cleaned elsewhere a week before..The staff there are wonderful..They even have a guard dog on staff too. Cutest and quietest dog ever. Waiting on my paperwork, bit they were so kind and wonderful, a great place. My rings look like when I first got them 10 years ago.. I highly recommend them.

Took my baby id bracelet to have her name placed on it. What I received was HORRIBLE!!! I have Never in all my days of living seen a baby Id bracelet look this way. NOW I HAVE TO SPEND ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO HAVE SOMEONE CORRECT THE ISSUE, Idk if it’s even possible. I looks Like a child scribbled the name. It now has scratches on the surface. I came in around 2pm on Thursday with my Great Grandma’s ring. The owner and his wife were super nice and understanding of how much the ring meant to. They were able to resize it and replace ALL of the prongs for an amazing price! I picked it up the next day!

I took him 4 rings to resize and it wasnt easy since I have psoriatic arthritis, but he patiently worked with me to make sure they would all fit perfectly. Yes, hes very reasonable and chill to work with. He had all 4 fine in less than 24 hours plus they looked amazingly beautiful. I also appreciate his honesty, I asked if my prongs needed repaired and he said no not quite yet just keep an eye on them my prongs needed repaired and he said no not quite yet just keep an eye on them.. I asked a jeweler about 10 years ago about the same rings and they said that they were terrible and The stones were about to fall out, I knew that wasnt true because a family jeweler told me that they were just fine for the next few years.. because I dont wear these rings often he told me I could get more use out of them before I replaced the prongs.

Amazing service and work! At nine months pregnant my fingers swelled up over night and I was unable to remove my rings. I went to Pavel’s and he carefully cut my rings off of my finger and told me to come back after baby to get them fixed and resized. Four months later I go back and he and his wife were beyond sweet and professional. He put the rings back together, resized and found a way to make the rings not slide and turn while on my finger. The rings were especially shiny and beautiful. And the best part was how quickly he completed the rings. I was expecting to wait a week or so but one day and they were done. Again, AMAZING! I can’t recommend Pavel’s Jewelry enough to anyone who needs any work done on any jewelry!

I am more than satisfied with the service I received. I had a watch that I had sent in for repair but when the cost was as much for the watch itself I had them return my watch.. I was determined to find someone locally. I searched the web and came across Pavel’s Jewelry. I read the positive reviews and decided to visit and see what they would charge to repair my watch. Needless to say I initially took a couple of watches to replace the band on one (it was a complicated band) when he saw it he said it because it takes two people to do it. The other watch needed a battery. After speaking with the owner he impressed me so much about his passion and ability to do what other jewelers don’t that’s when I brought in the watch I sent in for repairs. I have just made Pavel’s my go to jewelry specialist. I first went to them to have my battery replaced in a watch I purchased online. This watch was one I have wanted for years and I got a gr8 deal on it, I was so nervous about what might be wrong with it but they replaced the battery and it worked like it was new. I then returned a few days later and let them clean the band and replaced the pins and it looks like a new watch all around. I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service. The latch broke on a special silver bracelet I had gotten in Krakow, Poland and was the only souvenir from that trip. I had checked with several jewelers but none could help me since I was told the amber would be destroyed from the heat. However, I was overjoyed to learn that Pavels said there was with a special procedure using a laser that would safeguard the stone. It turned out beautifully and will be reminded both of the creative craftsman at Pavels as well as fond memories from Poland whenever I wear it.

What I can say is that I have never received service that has been professional and personal at the same time. Dima and his wife Natalie take your concerns of your jewelry as if every piece is priceless. They give great care to your jewelry needs and repairs. I took some watches to get batteries and some new bands, I also had a sterling silver and platinum necklace cleaned by which turned out amazing and still shining. The watches were returned with great warranties on battery expectancy with a cleaning to each watch. The prices are very reasonable. This is what you want from a jeweler, that the pieces you have are as important to them as to you and I took a workout watch that was from Wally World Market ( you know Wally World) and it was cared for as it was expensive. I will keep going to Pavels.

I banged up my wedding band pretty badly while installing shelves in my house. Dima was able to get my ring back into round and fix a small crack in the edge. He even polished it up for the first time in over 20 years. All this while I ate lunch.

I have been taking my jewelry to Dima for about 25 years. Hes even custom made a diamond and emerald wrap for my engagement ring that matched my wedding band perfectly for which he had to go all the way to NY to get just the right emeralds for. I dropped my ring off with the owner Dima and he cleaned my wedding set and dipped it, then he sized it and also got the oil based paint out of the underneath of the diamond that kays jewelers couldn’t get out twice and he rebuilt my prongs so my diamond wouldn’t fall out.
