The two ladies who cleaned our apartment did an amazing job! They worked really hard and were so thorough with their cleaning. Our bathrooms are spotless and the kitchen looks cleaner than when we moved in! Excellent work, right on time, very sweet and professional.

Where to begin….so to start the clean was supposed to be at 9am the maids arrived at 9:20 with no type of courtesy call to let us know they would be arriving late. They pulled up in an unmarked vehicle unlike the instagram advertised with tina maids cars, vans, etc. all on the instagram page, instead an unmarked car with abortion stickers on it. They then got out of the car and unloaded nasty used dusters, rags, a small handheld vacuum, and old off brand cleaning supplies. so speed up 4 hours later (supposed to be 1 ½-2 he clean) and after 2 walkthroughs which we had concern about almost every surface was still not clean. the cleaning products left a film on EVERYTHING. You couldn’t even see your reflection clear in the mirrors i have no idea what type of glass cleaner they used. My socks were black from walking on the hardwood, would makes sense seeing the dirty mop before the started the clean. On the instagram they showed all the nice cleaning products but that’s big CAP. All the door never got cleaned the carpet and rug still had stuff on them which makes sense, the handheld vacuum looked old and in efficient. The cleaner was so rude and would huff and puff and then pause a while before answering each of my concerns. one being the bathroom floor was still so dirty but she said she doesn’t clean tile (which in my initial consultation no one said they don’t clean tile and the clean was supposed to be a deep clean ceilings to floor). Apparently the owner was the other lady cleaning she had taken the second girls place. The owner never introduced herself or said anything to us. I paid and sent the cleaners off because i was tired of going back and fourth. Ended spending the rest of my saturday cleaning over their awful job. I then called customer service explained the situation and sent photos of the job. She was in agreement and was shocked to see how bad of a job they did. She said she would have the owner call us right away after hours of waiting the owner finally calls was rude dismissive and very unprofessional, in an attempt to get me off the phone she said she’ll figure out a solution and call me back by monday, it is now thursday and haven’t heard from anyone. So all that to say i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The only person who was helpful and empathetic was Tamara the customer service woman.

Tina Maids did a great “move-out” clean for us. It was very easy to schedule and scheduling was flexible. They arrived on time and cleaned the home to our satisfaction in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

We are in the process of selling our condo and had completely moved out so we needed it to be cleaned. Tina maids fit us in last minute and they did an absolutely amazing job. They went above and beyond what I expected and it looks brand new. I am very grateful for them because I know I wouldn’t of been able to get it as clean as they did. Definitely worth every penny. The girls introduced themselves, they were polite, very friendly, professional, they came in ready to work, and had everything they needed to get the work done, and they work great together. my husband and I felt like we could breath better after the girls finished there work in our home, they were excellent.

This was such a pleasant experience. I never dreamed that anyone could get this house so clean. The young ladies that cleaned were all very polite, respectful, and hard working. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and cleaned well. I can’t recommend them enough! We will definitely have them back. My whole house is so clean, even my oven and my windows! They did a great job! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I noticed a few things left out. My French doors in my kitchen were not wiped, the glass had fingerprints, and the blinds and window sill in the master bath were not wiped down. I would have told them during the look over but I didn’t notice it until they were gone. Otherwise everything looks great!

The cleaner was over an hour late after already needing to schedule for a later time. The reason was out of their control, but not following up or reaching out even after I called multiple times on my own was most certainly something that was in their control. Mary finally reached out and made sure our difficult clean was spotless. In the end I was disappointed in the customer service but extremely satisfied with the actual clean.

My expectations were exceeded! I am so thankful for the extra hours this has saved for family time. Definitely check out Tina Maids!

Cleaning companies are tough, and you never really know what youre going to get, but Tina Maids was awesome. The crew did a great job cleaning, better than my previous 2 companies - my shower floor is FINALLY clean! I also love the fact that you can schedule, pay, message, etc. through their online portal - so convenient and I never have to worry about having checks or getting out cash. Overall a great experience, and I look forward to them coming every other week to make my life easier!

My usual cleaning lady had an emergency and had to skip cleaning our Airbnb. I panicked and went in search of someone who could quickly fill her spot. I found Tina Maids online, and was lucky enough to get a deep cleaning scheduled that same day. I was blown away at how deeply they cleaned.They wiped down the inside of the kitchen cabinets, cleaned inside the refrigerator, and even the coffee pot!
