I cannot say enough good things about Naturally Clean. I have used four different cleaning services in the last few years and Naturally Clean is the best by a mile. They are polite and conscientious and so thorough. Our house is always spotless when they leave and I love that they use natural cleaning products! Our house smells clean and fresh but not like chemicals which is so important to us with pets and young children. I would (and have!) highly recommend them to anyone!

My first time was a deep clean and it was the best and so was the price compared to others I’ve tried in the Charlotte area. The 2nd time I had a regular clean and it was good. The 3rd time was a disaster but who doesn’t have a bad day at work sometimes. I wasn’t home and my son said they were very young, prob. early 20s. Also it was after the reopening after COVID-19 so they were prob stretched thin. They did not charge which I appreciated. I finished off what they didn’t, at least I didn’t have to do it all. If I could change anything is to have the same people all the time so they get to know what is important to me, maybe if I was regular/consistent this could happen or I could be fit into the same people’s schedule. I hate house cleaning, always did/always will, so I definitely appreciate those for whom it’s their profession.

Our family has been using Naturally Clean for a little over one year, at both bi-weekly and monthly frequencies. The cleaning crews are thorough, personable, and trustworthy. I was specifically searching for a cleaning company that offered non-toxic products and have been very happy with the results. We have two large dogs and two small children, and they do a great job!

Jesse came by himself to clean my apartment because a lot of staff had to call out that morning due to schools being closed. He did an AMAZING job and was super efficient. Every team has been very professional and now its clear to me that Naturally Clean values every customers business and time.

Huge rip off - consider this your warning. Natural Clean is rude, unprofessional, and has been the biggest headache to deal with… They’re NOT worth it. What they charge is a huge rip off for the quality of work received. In addition, I was charged for double the amount of time that the cleaners were actually at my apartment. Such a scam. They reduced the invoice a bit, but was still way overcharged compared to the market rate. I suggested a time to chat on the phone with them about the bill and they refused to respond. In return they resorted to threatening to take me to small claims court. Incredibly rude and unprofessional, but also against their own policy which states they do not turn unpaid invoices over to small claims until 90 days past due (it was well before then). Naturally Clean is the WORST. Take your money somewhere else!!!

I used this service today to have my carpets cleaned and I was thrilled. They did an awesome job for a great price. I would highly recommend Naturally Clean!!

Naturally Clean did a move-out clean for my house ahead of putting it on the market. Jesse, Octavia and Thomas provided wonderful service. They were very thorough and efficient with their time. They didnt flinch when my crazy dogs barked at them, and were great about keeping me informed of the progress. I would definitely recommend Naturally Clean!

Extremely rude and poor service.. GO ELSEWHERE! Naturally Clean charged me $150 for a mediocre 1 hour clean of my ~600 sq. ft. apartment. After being appalled by this outrageous invoice and calling the Company, Naturally Clean admitted that that the cleaners clocked in way earlier than they actually arrived and clocked out way later than they actually left our apartment and they charged us for 2 hours of service versus 1. They reduced the bill to $96, which was still way too high for the quality that they delivered, and told us to “reach out to discuss a solution”. My husband tried calling 6 times during business hours – not a single one of his calls was answered. Naturally Clean continued to harass us via email and were extremely rude threatening us with an unfavorable report with the credit bureau or going to small claims court… All while not answering our calls. We ended up paying in full bc they weren’t worth the time or stress anymore. Natural Clean was an absolutely horrible experience… seriously.. go elsewhere!

Angel and Patricia have serviced our home and they are a pleasure to work with. Angel goes above and beyond and puts extra finishing touches on everything she does. She has excellent work ethic and does an amazing job throughout. Patricia is an excellent communicator and will make sure you are satisfied with everything before she leaves. Recently, she was unsure if she completed something in my home, so she returned to our house simply to make sure it had been done. That is the best example of fantastic customer service and a dedicated employee.

Every year, my mother-in-law gives me a house cleaning for my birthday. This was our third year using Naturally Clean and they are wonderful! It is such peace of mind to know that the house is not only clean, but also non-toxic. The whole process is always easy and the cleaners are always mindful and attentive to our small, crowded space.

Fourth time using this service and the detail has gone way down. They didnt clean the stairs, top of the fridge, front of microwave, they didnt mop the tile floor (can you believe that,) they went into rooms when I specifically asked to stay out of if the doors are closed. I will never call this company again and will echo this to all of my friends. It appears the company has grown and with that came more crews; real lazy crews. I could have called within 24 hours to have them come back and finish what was missed, but I shouldnt have to. Get it right the first time or lose my business forever. Hire quality cleaning staff.

I work for a property management company. Naturally Clean offers cleaning at a low price - check around and they are more than affordable. Theyre work is top notch. If you need carpet cleaning, go to them. They were able to clean my carpet that I was thought was beyond hope. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Weve used Naturally Clean for about a year and couldnt be happier. Its really great how they use green alternatives to harsh household cleaners so nobody is breathing in harmful chemicals. Jesse and the office staff are very quick to reply to calls and emails whenever we need to reach them. Our favorite team member is Hope, who always shows up with a smile on her face and is particularly detail-oriented.

Very Disappointed. Not worth half the cost of what they charge to clean. Amateur at best. STAY AWAY !!!
