At first, I thought I had gotten a reliable and reasonable quote for an initial deep cleaning and bi weekly service. The team came and did my deep cleaning and there were definitely issues with the things that are listed on their “checklist” that were not done. In addition, one of the cleaners broke several wine glasses I had on display. I was able to connect with someone from the company to arrange for them to come and “fix” the issues. During that call I was told that they had misquoted me and instead of the $100 for each biweekly cleaning, I would now be charged $35 per cleaner per hour since they misetimated the size of my house. She told me I told them 1 bedroom and there are 5. I did tell them 1 bedroom because that is the only one I wanted them to clean. They did not clean the other 4 and going forward I still did not want them to. The person I spoke too said they would honor the original biweekly quote. The team came back the next day to finish what they missed. Fast forward to time for my next cleaning and I get a text saying date and time and also informing me that the price again was misquoted and it would $35/hr per cleaner. When I disputed, I was told that the original person who quoted me as well as the one who reconfirmed honoring the original quote was new and had misquoted me. I immediately canceled my cleaning and any future services with them. Very poor customer service.Response to company reply: I did specifically outline the home size and actual bedroom (that needed cleaning) as well as the bathrooms. I have the emails to show this. In addition, the original quote was confirmed not only via email but via phone call when discussing issues from first cleaning.

After showing up late to my home, they REFUSED to clean it and then lied about their reasoning to refuse. I was communicating with Carol and she just stopped responding to me. I was left with no clean home, lies, and TERRIBLE customer service after already explaining my frustration with working, traveling, and having kids and needing some assistance!!! THEY DID NOT MENTION TO ME ABOUT COMING BACK. I specifically stated when setting the appointment what I needed done and they mentioned carpet when I never said anything about cleaning my carpet. That wasn’t even part of the package so why would I expect it. They keep switching their story on why they refused so clearly no one communicates with each other.My house is sparking clean by another company now!!!

Hired DJO Home Cleaning with one day’s notice for a move-out cleaning in Matthews. They were prompt and friendly, and their work was outstanding. They did a very thorough job in the 3000 sq ft house, leaving it clean and smelling good for a showing. No corner was left untouched. I was afraid the price I was given over the phone might be bumped up after the actual onsite evaluation, because the house hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. But the invoice came in exactly as quoted. I wish I could find a crew like this in Woodstock GA - would hire permanently!
