The staff was very friendly and did an excellent, thorough deep clean job! Our house smelled so fresh and clean! And Crystal, the Manager, stopped by a couple times to check on the progress. She was very friendly and professional, and made sure we were satisfied.

I usually don’t like to leave poor reviews because I believe in giving a person a chance to correct any issue . I have been using Molly Maid service for about three months . Every time except for the first time I’ve had issues or complaints . This photo above is AFTER my home was cleaned by two workers . They didn’t even touch the toilet in my guest bathroom. I let them know and hours after I had already cleaned it they offered to come out and reclean it . Too late . The last experience I had was they were scheduled to come out . I needed to change the date because my husband was coming home and I wanted the house clean . They didn’t have any availability and said they would call but never did . A week later they text me to say they were coming this week . I told them I already had the house cleaned . They asked if I wanted to be removed for that day or off the schedule . I asked them why didn’t they call and asked would they be coming next week . They text back to say they took me off the schedule . When I call or email or text no one will respond . Very unprofessional. I am paying for a service and I get treated like a number . They rush through the appointment and I have a 2900 sq ft home . They clean around trash cans and don’t dust . They never wiped the kitchen counters off . And there was alway dust on my wooden stairs. We have a hypoallergenic pet so dog fur anywhere . I gave numerous chances to correct this and they choose to ignore a paying customer. Thanks Molly Maid .

I worked for molly maids. They will scrub your bathtub with a toilet brush. They use the same rags on all services. They dont use the cleaning chemicals on the correct services. Thats not safe for your pets. Its overpriced and not worth it. Id never hire molly maids to clean my own home. The girls come to work coughing and sick. They still have them work. Stay safe if you do use them.

We scheduled an appointment weeks ago for a move out clean, even gave our card number and when the day came we called to see the time they were coming and they said there was no appointment. Come to find out the owner never even scheduled it. They said they would call us back about another appointment but never did. And we have called multiple times. So now we are stuck with only two days to find a new cleaning service and it is pretty much impossible. So I can’t say for the service itself. But the communication was not there and is very disappointing that they would not follow up or get another appointment.

I have been using Molly Maids for a little over 7 months. I get a weekly clean that’s a general deep clean every time. I have the same team of ladies every single week and that are amazing. They take pride in their work and always communicate with me when they are on their way and follow up if there is anything specific I’m looking for in each weeks clean. We have loved this team so much that we have them do a monthly clean at another apartment that my gf leases out. The value and service we get from Molly Maid is unmatched and couldn’t imagine life without them! Thank you.

Disappointing. One of my beds wasnt properly made. Shower wasnt wiped down thoroughly. Service was not worth the money I spent.

They sent a different team almost every time and the cleaning was not consistent. I ended up of think mold in my child’s bathroom after a year of working with this company and they were non responsive to the reported issues. They would sound nice say they will make changes but did very little to take action. Also the maids did not perform all of the services that you pay for consistently.

I have a dog so I knew it may be tough to clean, but my home looks like a dog never lived here. This was my first time using any kind of cleaning service but I will definitely be back. Wish I could give Molly maids zero stars. I hired them and the first clean was horrible the floors upstairs were still dirty as were the stairs with dog prints, the oven was not cleaned even tho that was supposed to be a part of the deep cleaning, the living room was never dusted etc, I called and they volunteered to come re-clean, they sent the same people out who did the bad job the first time, hence the re-clean was no better than the original. I spoke to the owner and was given a new team for the next clean, figured maybe I just got a bad team. They came yesterday and did another terrible job. The floors downstairs were not vacuumed, the stairs were dirty, the upstairs closet floors were covered in dust, the downstairs was never mopped. I started to look around there were cobwebs in corners, the kitchen and bathroom counters were still dirty. So after I paid alot of money to have the house cleaned I came home from work and had to start cleaning myself. I pulled up my security log and realized they were only at my house for 47 minutes how is a 3 bed and 3 bath home cleaned properly in 47 minutes? I called the office this morning and after tell them all of my issues the response was we can re-clean, well that is not helpful to me when nothing was actually accomplished last time. The response I than received when I said I wanted to terminate services was we have 600 clients, maybe you just cant be pleased. Excuse me? Because I want what I pay for to be actually completed? That is the worst customer service! Dont waste your money, I had a private cleaning woman before who was amazing, she moved or else I would have never had this horrific experience with Molly maids. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The below pic was my upstairs only 2 days after they supposedly cleaned from my roomba...

They are very thorough when they clean and Ive never had to call them back on something theyve missed. Not only are they thorough but they are speedy! This was my first time using a cleaning service and I was really excited. The cleaning team did not provide the services they were supposed to so Molly Maid offered to send the same team back. I declined and asked for a new team. A different cleaning team was sent to my home the next day to reclean. That team did an amazing job. While I appreciate the fact that my home was recleaned, I was was still inconvenienced. Also, the overpowering chemical smell of the cleaning products stayed in my home for several days. The price was very reasonable.

I have the most awesome Molly Maid team ever. Cheyenne (Team 11Cheyenne) comes in every week with a great attitude. You can never tell if she is having a bad day. She is always smiling and pleasant. I love coming home to her little notes and the house smelling so clean. They have really made my life easier. As long as Cheyenne is around Im a Molly Maid customer forever. Molly Maid is been providing cleaning service for the past 5 years for us. Their cleaning is thourough and very easy to give suggestions for the improvement. We had a quality manager today on surprise visit who went over every detail with their cleaning team. Most of the time team lead is very friendly and accommodating. Only remark I have for the company is we were not given consistent team but changed frequently.

They were prompt, friendly and professional, did a very thorough cleaning of our total house. Totally impressed. Would highly recommend.

I will never hire them again. I would give them 0 stars if I could. we are moving put and hired them for the clean up. they didnt vacuum, clean the fridge. they took our cleaning supplies and trash bags. paid 150 and they just clean 2 bathrooms. never again.

I cant say enough about Crystal and her team (Team 6!). They have been cleaning my house once a month for about two years. They do an amazing job every month. They are always courteous, kind and detailed. You will not be disappointed!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been with Molly Maid for over a year and I have been completely dissatisfied. I have spoken with different managers and the owners in the past in order to have things taken care of. Today i spoke with their quality manager (Ashley i believe) who just acted like she could careless about my business, issues, or resolving anything. The clean that occurred didnt include vacuuming, dusting, fans... just really really sad I trusted this company and they treated a good paying customer this way. They say they are going to show between a certain time and they do not. They come whenever they want. They also have rescheduled my cleans more times than not. Look for a different cleaning company. Further more my husband said our cleaner showed up last week and looked high on something.

Great service. They showed up during the allotted time and did my move out cleaning, cleaning it as good or better than I could have done myself.Moving out of a home is never easy but the folks who cleaned my home removed that one thing from my plate and helped me maintain a little sanity during an insane time.

First time the came for a monthly cleaning they left after an hour. I came home to find most countertops/tables weren’t cleaned, various hallways had piles of dirt in the middle of them, baseboards were dirty etc.I called to complain they said they’d have someone come back.On the return visit they stayed for 30 mins. Still not fully clean.For $165 a clean I was appalled at the quality

I wasnt sure I could afford the services of house cleaning and I called Molly Maid on Faith. I am glad I did because I really needed someone to help me. I have a bad back and some health issues. I always like my home to feel clean.They worked with me until came to something amicable. I was happy they could work sincerely with me, yes it meant taking some rooms off to get me in budget a little more. I truly thank God for them. The staff are very caring and nice about what they are doing. Team 10 (led by Heather) cleans my townhome every other week and does a great job. The ladies are efficient, thorough, and trustworthy. Im usually not home when they come by, but any special requests left via a note on the counter are always taken care of. They recently cleaned right before I had houseguests for a week. I have two cats, and one guest is allergic-- this was the first time ever that shes been able to stay over with no allergy issues!Its great that Molly Maid keeps the same team coming each time, and calls beforehand if that team will be unavailable. From reading other reviews it sounds like there are plenty of great teams, but I like knowing and having met the team, especially since Im usually not home when they come. I always know my house is in great hands with Heather and Team 10!The office is very accessible & the staff friendly, Ive never had any trouble getting in touch with questions or rescheduling an appointment.
