So I planned on doing my own epoxy garage floor coating. Being the perfectionist that I am, I did a LOT of research. I watched videos, read articles, & read reviews. The more I learned, the more I decided that I didn’t want to deal with it. I read all the google reviews and called several companies. Talking with Ryan I asked him about their prep (the MOST important part), & the products he used (also important). What I came to realize was, that to do it right (with purchasing high solid epoxy, renting a grinder, etc) would cost me about $200 less than having them do it for me. They showed up when they said they would, did all the prep I would have, and did a better job than I would have (& I’m pretty particular).My floor is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results & I didn’t have to spend 3 days pushing a 1500 lb grinder around, eating cement dust, dealing with muriatic acid, racing against epoxy hardening, or breathing fumes. DEFINITELY worth the extra $200!They do the prep right, which means my floor will last, which, after talking to Ryan, made my decision.

Had a great experience with Ryan and his crew! I knew I didn’t want hardwood or tile flooring. I happened to look on Pinterest and discovered epoxy floors. Once I looked at numerous pics of other people who used epoxy flooring methods inside the home, I knew THIS is what I wanted for my floor. I contacted a couple of specialists but United Floors had the best looking finished projects in my opinion. I set up an appointment for an estimate, Ryan came out (on crutches after an accident) to give me an estimate and I was set! Now, the project took a little longer than expected due to cold weather and curing time but the end result was more than I expected. Plus my man Adam keep me posted with their progress with pictures daily once they were finished for the day. As Adam was sending me pictures of the days work, I was sharing with my friends and family. Everyone is amazed at how this flooring project turned out! I live in Noda/Charlotte, and a few of my neighbors and I decided to epoxy our garage floors. Luckily, someone referred Ryan with United Floor Coatings for the work. United Floor Coatings put flake epoxy floors down in our three car garage of our new house. Timing was very important because we needed the floors to be completed before we started moving things in and storing them temporarily in the garage. Ryan was very professional and his team of workers were very polite.All in all it was a three stage process, so it took a bit of time, but I have been incredibly happy with the results. The floors are very durable, Ive spilled multiple things on them over the past several months and it just wipes up with a damp rage. Cannot say how happy I am!

Surface prep, crack repair, and follow-on epoxy and protectant resulted in a finish that could rival any high-end sports car showroom. You will be hard-pressed to find a flooring company as food as UFC.

United Floor Coatings applied epoxy flooring to my garage floors in Charlotte. They look great. The installers did a great job and I was impressed with the customer service from beginning to end.

The trash rooms in our condominium needed cleaned and coated. United came out the same day we called. Ryan explained the options available and provided understandable advice on what we should do. The price was very fair and we scheduled the closing of each the trash room for 24 hours each. Uniteds team arrived both days on time, completed each room on time and cleaned up after themselves. The rooms look fantastic and should last 15-20 years. United is a very professional company from our experience on this project.
