Absolutely fantastic job and I cant say enough positive things about this company and their staff. Its family-owned and operated business which is lovely. They did a top-notch job on our master bath shower and double vanity. If youre looking to have refinishing done I wouldnt go anywhere else. We had our kitchen sink resurfaced from black to light turquoise for a vintage color update. The new look is beautiful! The color was made custom for us for a small fee. The match was perfect to my request. From the job estimate through the finish, we thought the entire experience was A+. If you’re considering resurfacing, go for it. You won’t regret it!

So incredibly happy with the look of our new kitchen counters. I wish we would have done this years ago. They quickly sent out someone to give us an estimate and assist with picking a counter color. We were then quickly scheduled for refinishing. The tech that did the refinishing was polite, friendly, and professional and had the job done in 2 days. We are very happy with the end result!

I’m a contractor and was looking to subcontract a company to repair a cracked shower pan and a tub.I spent almost 3 months trying to find a company to do these tasks. Miracle Method did an amazing job repairing the hair line cracks in my fiberglass tub/shower enclosure. Plus the fiberglass had been scrubbed off most of the bottom. I was so worried I would have to replace the whole thing.When Armando Garcia came in and said no problem we can repair the hair line cracks, sand it and then well refinish it. I was so relieved. Daven came back 2 days later to do the job and had it done in just a few hours.It is beautiful! Never thought my tub could look this nice again. Everyone was very nice, Daven cleaned up everything before he left. Removed old shower doors and frame around a fiberglass shower and patched the fiberglass. The did a wonderful job. You cannot tell that a shower door was ever installed. Updated the bathroom so much! Very pleased with there work.

We have a 65 year old cast iron kitchen sink that had many years of wear and tear. During a kitchen remodel we decided to keep the sink as replacing a 42” sink would be super expensive. I found Miracle Method who came out and quoted the job at just over $500 which was a lot less than a replacement sink of our quality.Although we had to take it to Charlotte ourselves (it had been removed during demolition) and pick it up, it was the right process because they could fix all the nicks and scratches very efficiently. They also filled in an extra hole seamlessly.The surface is now very white and very smooth and looks great in our kitchen.. The owner and his employees are very professional and were quick to get back with us about any concerns.

I found Miracle Method to be prompt and professional. The work they did on refinishing our bathroom vanity counter tops is excellent. We had a vast selection of colors to chose from which made the choice rather difficult. My wife and I also liked the price and warranty on their work.

Our cultured marble vanity top was damaged when acetone was spilled on the top. It is a custom sized vanity and $1200 to replace. Miracle Method was able to apply a coating which completely covered the damage and updated the look of the bathroom.

I had an employee that put a hole in the side of a bathtub while we were doing a remodel. If it wasnt for miracle method it would have been a $2,000 repair. These guys showed up ahead of time did an absolutely fantastic job that you cannot even see.I would recommend these to any homeowner contractor or anyone that needs this service they are absolutely amazing five-star all the way.I have referred them to three other people in the last two weeks .

I have an old cast iron sink that needed to be restore. I really wanted to use my sink. So after researching. I found this company and Armando gave me a thorough consultation. From that point I knew this was the company to refurbished my sink. I am enjoying my beautiful sink. Thank you so much!

I hired the team at Miracle Method to refinish my cast iron tub and the tile shower walls. The cast iron tub glaze was chipping and was in need of repair and the shower walls were bland. The Miracle Method technician stripped the old glaze from the tub and sprayed a new finish and the tub looks brand new! For the tile shower walls I chose a speckled finish it looks fantastic (previously white)!! The entire process took 5 days, but it was worth it. The cost to use Miracle Method vs say Bath Fitters was significantly less. My project cost less than $1600 and includes a 5 year warranty.The owner Armando and his technicians (Alec, Gavin and Devin) were very polite, prompt and professional. They all answered my questions and cleaned everything up after they were done. I highly recommend Miracle Method.

The technicians that came out are extremely polite and prompt. The cost to resurface is certainly cheaper than a new tub or Bath Fitter type options. The tub resurfaced looks much better than before. HOWEVER, the taping around the tub to protect the wall during the process destroyed the walls all the way around the tub. I know have to get the bathroom repaired. I brought this to their attention and was met with a simple that happens sometimes and it is a disclaimer in the quote. I paid for the work but was not prepared to know hire someone new to repair the damage they created....in a nut shell they resurface very well and the technicians are nice but be prepared for the additional cost that can be created.

Resurfaced to bathtubs that were worn and grey. I considered replacing but received 3k a piece to replace. I had both bathtubs resurfaced for less than the cost of replacing one bathtub. PLUS the warranty is 5 years! You cant beat that and the bathtubs looked fantastic!

I initially did this myself by buying epoxy glaze from a hardware store for my bathroom tub and tile walls thinking how hard could this be? It took much longer than I thought as epoxy does not spread like paint and was very messy. It also dried off white with a dull sheen. Fast forward 2 years and the bathroom looked worse than before with parts of the epoxy flaking off on the walls and tub. Finally fed up I called in these pros, they cleaned my screw-up and put a stunning new glaze on the walls and tub. This product and process exceeded my expectation and would recommend to anyone looking to refresh their bathroom without the cost of demo and rebuild.

I looked into replacing my countertops from four different providers. The less expensive could not guarantee and the most expensive was twice my budget of $4000.00. The counter refacing was perfect. Ive seen their work before. They added a bull noise detail and gave me a refacing frankly I could not have imagined. I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and have to go to the kitchen just to lokk. I cant believe this is my kitchen!

Alec did the refinishing and applied the product to our two ugly sinks. They are concrete sinks and had developed many pits and holes needing grinding and smoothing out. The result was excellent and we are quite pleased. Would recommend them for a resurfacing job. Alec was polite, efficient, on time and kept it as clean as possible.

If a business website says that they repair porcelain chips and cracks then this means that if a customer calls for a repair of a porcelain sink they should be able to do it. Well this business will tell you that they cant do it because it wont last and recommend that you replace it.Dont advertise a service on your website if you cant do it!!!

Miracle Method did all the Tile in my master bath. I had white tile, except for one accent row of dark green and green grout. I chose a bright white color to cover all my Tile and grout. It looks like an entirely new shower and tub surround! Everyone has been amazed!The only down side is the odor from the laminate spray. While they are working, they use a fan that moves the odor outside the house. But the odor was still strong for about two to three days. We used fans in our bedroom windows to help pull the odor out of the house for several hours.The young men who came to do the work did a great job and worked on their own. We had painters and HVAC people all working in the house at the same time, but it didnt seem to bother them!

Had tub surround coated in plain white. Love it!!! Workers were very courteous and cleaned up all messes. All surfaces not being coated were taped off. We are very pleased and will have another rub surround coated soon.

This an update from my prior 5 Star rating:And Im very sorry to say the warranty isnt as expected. Most reviews are based on the initial experience which was great but when we had a small stain on our vanity I was surprised that it would be $325 to recoat; the same as we initially paid. I admitted that sunscreen (a common household item) caused the stain but in reality their warranty on covers if they make a mistake and does not cover chemicals. Chemical is a broad term that doesnt include most common household items.It didnt even last a year. Miracle Method is great if you are doing a quick update to sell a home but if you plan on using it in a normal manner then maybe save your $$$ or go with a cheaper company.Miracle Method did an outstanding job of helping us spruce up 2 and half baths in our new but very outdated home. The home needs more work than we anticipated so we were so happy with what they were able to accomplish in so little time. Armando was quick to respond to any questions and gave us great suggestions. Every employee that we had interaction with was top notch. Thanks again for everything!

Miracle Method of Charlotte did a great job of repairing the cracks and building up the base of both of my tub-shower units. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent. After the patio was washed it was determined that the concrete slab hadnt been sealed there for the moisture would be coming up through the grout. Miracle Method Surface told us they couldnt put their sealant on it, because it wouldnt stick to the surface. We appreciate them being honest.

Miracle Method did a fantastic job on my 2 tubs and surround tile. The end results were very professional and the tubs look brand new! The resurfacing they do also helps with mold and mildew and the grout stays nice and clean! I would definitely recommend Miracle Method!

We would highly recommend Miracle Method of Charlotte to anyone. They did an excellent job of building up the bottom of our tub and then resurfacing it. Matched original tub color. Performed work as promised and within the timeframe promised. Very courteous and professional.

We remodeled our guest bathroom and got quotes to replace the bathtub as well as a quote to have it refinished by Miracle Method. The cost to have it refinished was about 45% difference in cost and the final result was excellent. The tub looks brand new! I highly reccomend.

Armando came out to provide a quote and ended up asking, well, whats the max that youre willing to pay? At first, he quoted me over $3,200 for a small bathroom and reduced it to $2,500 which is more than I had expected to pay for both a full and half bath refinish. I definitely felt like the job was overcharged relative to the amount of labor that it required and am not sure how long the spray will last.

They were incredibly prompt and professional. Im sure it made it easier on everyone that I was no longer living in the house. The one thing I would advise is to make sure you have an exhaust fan where this will take place. The smell was unbearable and they didnt have any type of window fan to leave running over night.

Miracle Method saved the day! We needed a blue sink and the color needed to match other finishes so this was a perfect way to achieve the look we wanted. The process was easy for us, and quickly completed once the paint was available.

We had our Shower Pan coated to a different color. Having Seamless Glass installed. This company knocked it out of the park. Estimator on time, explained/colors/answered questions. He left with a order. Gavin was our professional installer. He called before coming/answered our coating questions/job was done right/cleaned up after. They refinished a bathtub that every other company told me they would only replace. Saved me thousands of dollars and the bathtub looks great!

We had a leak in our shower pan and were told by multiple plumbers that there were cracks in our shower base. I hired Miracle Method to resurface our shower base. I explained to them what we were told by the plumbers and they just took the plumbers word for it and reglazed the base without ever looking at it in full. I asked MULTIPLE people from their company to look at the bottom of the shower pan for a full evaluation (dry wall had been ripped out and you could see it) and they just didnt care to see it. I had to basically beg Armando to look in my laundry room where it was leaking. After it was still leaking, they blamed the plumber. Biggest waste of $500 with never an apology or money back.*even if the leak was a plumbing issue, I feel as though Miracle Method should have told me that instead of taking my money without even looking or evaluating my shower pan.
