We were referred by Chris Rogers (1-800-Packouts) to Daniel Ray, Director of Business Development of Preferred Floor and Tile. They just completed several months of major repair and restoration of our entire downstairs wood floor, as well as upstairs flooring and bathroom tile floor after damage from a water leak. Daniel Ray was most helpful throughout this process, given his extensive knowledge of wood floors and how Preferred Floor can accommodate our needs. Highly professional in his advice and in dealing with us. His interpersonal skills enabled a smooth process, one that was difficult for us especially during the pandemic.The completed floors are stunning, more than what we had expected. Were most appreciative of Daniel and the professionalism of the Preferred Floor team - most of all Site Supervisor Kevin Wellman, the installers headed by Moses, including Guatemalan Ime and his brother and friend, as well as Marco and another Brazilian who did excellent sanding and staining. They were all highly efficient and did quality work, aside from being nice, amiable people. We also appreciate the work of Jeff Ferro, Amber Ramey, and all the talented staff at Preferred Floor & Tile.Unquestionably, we highly recommend Preferred Floor & Tile Co.

We first met with Daniel at Preferred. He was so helpful in helping us design and choose flooring and tile for our new home. He designed the shower bench and shower door exactly how we pictured it.Then I met with Kevin on site to discuss how we wanted the tile and he has been the most detailed and easiest person to work with that I have met onsite for our entire project. I really appreciate how detail oriented he is about even the smallest details and he truly cares that the finished product is how I want it to be.The LVP looks amazing! Those guys (the two brothers) did a GREAT job installing a 3 size pannel design for our LVP flooring.Also, Ernesto is executing the tile shower like a boss! So far it exceeds whatever expectations I had. It looks even better than what I have imagined. Its my favorite part of our house so far!Its nice not to be worried about the tile or flooring and knowing that it will be perfect!This team is awesome! I would recommend them to everyone looking for flooring and tile needs!
