We recently had our newly installed marble bathroom floors cleaned, polished and resealed by Pete at Restore Tile & Stone.When we couldnt get thinset residue removed from our floors we reached out to multiple tile stores who all told us we would never get this off of natural stone.Our last ditch effort was to Google tile restoration...Restore Tile and Stone came up. We filled out the contact us form and within a few days Pete responded. The next day he came to see if he could help and give us an estimate. He was confident he could help us and remove the residue. Two days later he came to restore our marble floors. Our floors look amazing! We are so grateful that Pete was able to work his magic and save our floors. Much like everybody else, I just found Pete via a Google search and saw all of the positive reviews. He lived up to the hype. He did an awesome job on our shower and bathroom tile... it looks new again. He deep cleaned, polished the shower glass, and re-sealed everything (title and shower grout). I will definitely be having him back soon for some additional work.

Weve been using Restore Tile and Stone for a few years and have been very impressed by their professionalism and skill, and their work is reasonably priced. Pete managed to restore a dull and soap-etched marble shower enclosure to its original luster. He also replaced the cracked grout around our bathtubs, in our kitchen, and around our bathroom floor tiles, and the new grout has held up beautifully.

We bought a house where the counters had not been taken care of over the years and the marble especially was in very bad shape - dull, stained, and etched. Now it looks brand new and beautiful. Pete was able to really clean up a 40-year old bathroom used by boys. I thought I might have to do a total bathroom re-do based on the age and condition of the floor (white tile and white grout) and shower, but he cleaned, re-grouted a couple missing spots in the shower, caulked, and then sealed the floor grout. I’m very pleased.

Looking for contractors is tough in Charlotte. If you’re reading this review stop looking and bring Restore in. They did a fantastic job and it was the first time I was glad to pay a contractor for the work performed. Attention to detail and professionalism, as well as transparency on how much restoration he could do on the stone was paramount. We were so impressed we did 3 other surfaces before he left. Our marble floor was in bad shape and he was able to remove the sealer which was peeling and cracking And bring it to near new. Pricing was very reasonable and will absolutely keep using Restore for the stone in our house.

Peter did an outstanding job of refinishing our stone surfaces (granite kitchen countertops, stone shower floors and patio flagstone) at a fair price. Our travertine floor was streaky from improperly applied and excessive sealers. Pete diagnosed the problem and did an excellent job fixing it. He did the work himself and worked very hard to get it right. He has obvious expertise and experience working with stone floors.He came to house within a day of being called and fit us in to do the work about a week later. He came when he said he would, and the price was very reasonable.

We called this company to correct the finish on some travertine floor tile. Some of ithe tile was glossy and some had no shine at all.Pete, the owner, was able to create a beautiful, uniform finish. Awesome results! Better than new! I can highly recommend this company.
