Demetri at Loft One35 is absolutely wonderful. He has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions, and never does so without a smile. He has an infectious positivity that you cant help but smile around him. I can only imagine how many responsibilities are on his plate each day, but he handles everything with such grace. He is a true gift to Lofts residents and staff.

Demetri McDonald has been so amazing to have working at our building. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. He speaks and is friendly every time he sees you. He is probably the main reason I have stayed at my apartment complex for the time that I have, and I will be sad to see him go!

Demetri the amazing concierge at Loft 135 has been outstanding the last several years! More times than I can count on two hands has he gone over and above to help us out! He is always extremely friendly and I am so sad Loft135 is getting rid of our concierge service! Loft 135 will not be the same without Demetri! Cynthia is the Director of Concierge at Circa Uptown and she is a phenomenal concierge. She is always professional and extremely kind and reliable. She is always there to greet residents when coming back home and takes service above and beyond. I can always count on her for anything, regardless of the situation. I love having Cynthia at Circa, it wouldn’t be the same without her!!

Joel, the Concierge at the Residence Southpark is absolutely THE best concierge I have ever had to pleasure to know. His professionalism is bar-none and he is simply the person you can always count on. I trust him implicitly. No request is too big or small, and he always truly makes it feel that it is his pleasure to help. I have had several corporate clients call in to send me things and they always remark that they would like to hire him as well. I have lived in luxury buildings in many different states and when I say that Joel should be training other Concierges...I mean it. Im very thankful for him.

The employees for CDS are top notch! Always very friendly and responsive no matter the situation. I needed some help the other day and Catherine was very quick to respond and got me the answers I needed. Couldnt say enough great things about her and the others that work at our building.

Hutch at circa is one of the greats! That guy is always working his tail off and is super friendly to me whenever I am down in the lobby! Whether it’s getting a package or letting me know when my dry cleaning is ready for pickup, Hutch is always there smile on his face ready to help!

The Residence at Southpark is the best apartment community in Charlotte but John, Joel, and Anitra make this an incredible place to live!! They make everyone feel welcomed, they go out of their way to help any resident (often times proactively helping vs waiting for a resident to ask), and they are always professional and smiling. Christopher is the concierge at my residence, Skyhouse Uptown Apartments South tower, and is simply amazing. He is always professional and extremely helpful. We have gone through many concierges since I have lived here but Christopher has proven to be the best of the best. I hope we never loosehim.

If Demetri is any reflection of CDS, then CDS deserve 5 stars. Demetri is singlehandedly the only positive experience living at Loft One35. He always goes above and beyond in making sure all of our packages are delivered to. He is always positive and friendly. I wish he worked where I am moving because his service will be tough to top!

Demetri is amazing at Loftone35, he definitely makes my experience more pleasant. He always makes sure that I get all my packages, he send email notifications and he had delivered to my apartment door. He always goes above and beyond, he is always wishing to help with anything, he had provided me great services recommendations ( dog walker, etc) and plus all that he gives a lot of love to my dog, that my dog adores him too.

I had the best service at Circa Uptown. During my visit, the concierge, Hutch went above and beyond to help me with information about the unit I was staying in and information around the city. He was very warm and personable, he was even patient with me trying to figure out the door lock. His suggestions for restaurants close by for my family and I were on point (down to the meal)! It was great to have such help at your fingertips. He seemed to handle himself well with other people at Circa as well, as he was always busy but smiling. Thanks for the great service Hutch!

Made my moving in easy by assisting with various furniture deliveries when I couldn’t be in two places at once. Very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with finest detail. All of the staff is able to anticipate your needs and that is amazing!

Cam at Novel Stonewall Station is extremely prompt, professional, and courteous. He always has a smile on his face, comes in looking sharp, and goes above and beyond to make sure I and other residents here have everything that we need. The building has recently gone through some changes (mailbox installation, construction, etc) which has required our concierges to take on a greater number of responsibilities than usual. The additional responsibilities, however, never seemed to faze Cam whos service has always remained quick and professional no matter what the scenario. I think Cam would be a top notch asset to any building or company for that matter and hes certainly elevated my living experience here at Novel Stonewall.-E

My friend petes car brokedown and jose and madison were so helpful...we were friends with a person who lived at inspire off sharon where they are the managers. They went above and beyond to watch the car, get us cables for battery and help us in every way possible...its so hard to find salt of the earth people that care...most people would have had had it towed...thank you from the bottom of our hearts....we made it to work on time....one luv and keep shining
