I have had a great experience working with Staffmark for employment.

THE STAFF THERE IS HORRIBLE, ACTUALLY THE LADY ERICA IS. SHE ACTS UNINTERESTED AND AS IF YOU ARE A BOTHER BY COMING IN THERE. DEFINITELY DIDNT MAKE IT APPEALING TO COME IN THERE OR EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO TRY AND HEAR ANYTHING

I will NEVER attempt to work with staffing agency again! Ana has been completely difficult to work with, and every time I call or go up to the office she gives me excuses about how busy she is assisting other people. Yet the office is always empty except for the staff working there & the last job assignment she wanted to place me at was Morris Costume warehouse. I drove by the warehouse, and it looks abandoned, there was vandalism & graffiti on the walls, and the warehouse has only one usable drinking fountain with no a/c or fans! Now granted I did go to this staffing agency for assistance with helping me find work. But I am not desperate, plus my credentials on my resume are far beyond any position offered to me from this organization. I really recommend that the management at this company reevaluate their staffs employment, because their customer service skills are completely unprofessional, unorganized, and distrusting. As recruiters, I am more than certain they are not making much commision off of any employer/employee job placement. Next time, at least attempt to get to know your applicants before you just place them anywhere & doing anything; at least then you may have more success stories with temp to perm positions. Recruiters like Ana are losing your company revenue, clientale, and potential business relationships because of their lack of work ethic, unprofessionalism, and lack of motivation to service clients. Thankfully, this is not the only staffing agency in Charlotte; but I will NEVER recommend or give my business to this agency again!

Anna or ana was rude. I cant tell if its sarcasm in her voice or shes just on medication. Either way, shes very unpleasant.

Everything was fast and easy
