Worst staffing agency in the world. DO NOT WORK For these people. They lie to you about everything. Pay isnt what they say will end assignments without giving a reason. Just dont do it.

They post job opportunities, but then abandon many applicants. The process of hiring, firing, and updates needs to be changed for this company!

Would NOT recommend. Andrea? and Chris Barber have both contacted me about positions they’re looking to fill, and I reached back out... NO RESPONSE. They’re completely unprofessional. As an HR professional (more qualified than them), simply looking for work... I can assure you, you’d be better off using another staffing agency. They’re poor “recruiters”. If I was their manager, they’d be fired.

I would not recommend working with this staffing agency AT ALL. I was offered a position through Randstad for a job with Teleperformance. I received my offer letter, work schedule, everything. They kept delaying my start date and eventually I never heard from them again. Ive never dealt with anything so unprofessional in my life.

Recruiters are not responsive. They ghost candidates after submitting them for jobs. Its common courtesy to just respond to a email or return a phone call. Its very unprofessional not to respond to an email. Common workplace etiquette is to respond to all emails with 24 hours.Be grateful that you guys have a job but dont be so insensitive to those who are out here searching for work. Remember you was once a candidate to.

Worst place to work for, First she claimed she had plenty of work then after speaking with me for awhile she claimed she had no work and hung up with out even saying goodbye. How rude was that!! Run from this place as fast as you can!

Ive juust recovered from the mess Randstad put me in back in 2015.Having a dedicated recruiter means everything.I worked with Diane who hastily placed me in a role at WF that did not speak to my degree or experience what so ever back when they were located on Park Road. It was a very horrible experience which was after I was lied to about a permanent role at WF which happened to be only a contract role which also put me deeper in the whole for a few months.Messed up my credit and set me off on a very depressing experience. Bankruptcy Specialist and Mail sorter are two completely different roles which require a very different set of skills.I never heard from them again Im sure theyve left a note in their system to avoid but I wanted the public to know at least the head ache Ive been dealing with because of the poor match.Im doing much better now after having to work multiple jobs at once but please take the time to ask people who have worked with staffing firms to find out the quality of their recruiters. I will avoid and make sure all professionals I meet stay clear of Randstad as well.People are people not numbers.
