Worst agency ever none of the workers were help especially Olivia they kept making up excuses.

Please people do not waste your time.They are very disrespectful.Said they was going to call me back for a phone interview in 15 mins.They never called back.I decided to call them back.They didnt even know what I was talking about and got offended and hung up.Remind you I waited 2 1/2 hours for the call.shame on them

I would like to say that I am teammate at Davita and over the week we attended a training at embassy suites the entire staff at Jennifer Temps is A Plus !! everyone was so professional so helpful and accommodating they all need a very hefty raise and very very large tips ! They have really made your company outstanding!

If I could have put no stars I wouldve! Do not contact this agency! I went to them for a dishwashing job. I was told that I had to buy my own clothes. 4 pairs of pants and 5 shirts. I had to buy slip proof shoes. I had to get shots. One shot was $147.00 and the other was $22.00. They sent me for a drug test and they told me they would do a background check. I called to check the status because I have never been to jail nor have I ever used drugs. According to them, it took 4 weeks for my background check to come back. They told me I would work at CMC Main Hospital. They called me after 5 weeks and told me a position came open in Pineville NC which is about an hour away for $9.00. So I told her no because thats not what we discussed she then hung up the phone.These people are crooked. Take a fools advice! Dont go to Jennifer Temps in Charlotte NC!!

Horrible they don’t care anything about you the only thing that they care about is if you can show up to work.Worked at UNCC when the shooting happened usually they would call or blow up your phone when you are working to ask if you can work somewhere else or always needs something But the didn’t call none of there employees to make sure that they are safe the only thing they ask was if I was going to go back to work. Money Hungary company disrespectful also.My car stop on my on my way to work while I was getting gas I called them to let them kno I would be able to make it because I had to get it towed they didn’t care caught a attitude and yelled .

Defiantly a shady company with no backbone or concern for their employees just beg u to work and if you have a issue hold your breath its going to be a month before anybody know anything and will give you the run around wont give you a straight answer about anything and talk about their employees when nobody is present I see Why you only have 2 locations and staff keep promising to keep you informed and never do only one person seem to be in charge here but I cant tell. very unprofessional management poorly ran and unorganized...

Very very very unprofessional! I tried my hardest not to do this but alaura is very disrespectful . I called the backup phone to let them know that I was stuck and ran out of gas and she constantly asks me am I still going to be able to come into work . She screamed at me and tried to over talk me . I spoke to her in a respectful way and she hung the phone up on me . Also to add I thought olivia answered the phone and she told me first of all this isn’t olivia this is alaura as to if she was important which she isn’t . Very shady underpaid temp agency . Idk what I was thinking coming back to Jennifer temps thank god I already have two permanent jobs now ! Will never refer them to anyone . Ms. Michelle isn’t even the owner it’s her sisters company hint hint Jennifer temps not Michelle temps ! Goodbye 😂😂😂

Very unprofessional, this agency doesnt deserve to be existed nor have dedicated, committed employees to work for them. Go the other way. I was wrongfully not eligible for rehire. When trying to dispute and settle the issue, the head boss of this agency Mitchell was very unprofessional and rude. Im now filing a complaint thats in ACTION against the matter.

I went there and applied, got interviewed, the process was quick and well explained, however the pay rate its low, staff is very courteous.

Extremely small office. Low pay for the positions offered. Staff however are very pleasant.

The starting pay should be more, had problems getting wage verification. I called on a Tuesday and they could not do it until a Friday. Very disappointed in my experience with this company
