This company is very unprofessional on all levels. I understand that were in a pandemic and some locations are working from home. At the same time when you leave message(s) on there voicemails and you dont get a follow up. How can a company justify that issue. Its not once but throughout the week leaving multiple messages.Dont return phone call, Dont response to emails. You leave several voicemails and still its NOTHING!🤔 I decided to write this review to let other people know of this company shady actions. They say they have work available, so why isnt no one reaching out to put people to work. Very unorganized company!

Hello!I wanted to give a review regarding Randstad staffing agency. Randstad treating me with respect and dignity from day one. We discussed my expectations and my experiences we partnered together, with my skill sets to find the best fit for me!Rebekah & Jake made me feel like they were cheering me on from day one, I never felt like just another person walking through their door. The most valuable asset is the open communication we have, we went over key things step by step and what questions may arise when meeting with the client and how to answer.I was also briefed on the closing technique this was something I’d never done before. Randstad employees do not always follow up with applicants to let them know why they were not selected for position(s). In addition, the job description posted does not always have pertinent information about the qualifications required for specific positions that would otherwise keep most applicants from applying and/or wasting their time applying. Moreover, one of my worst experience(s) to-date is with a Randstad recruiter who had me take an assessment, told me that I would at least be interviewed but never answered my email once I forwarded my resume. I tried to contact her several times, and she would not respond to my email(s). I think it is both unprofessional and poor service when someone takes the time to take assessments, fill out information and send their resume upon request and talks of scheduling and interview, and the communication just goes cold.

Gaining employment through this company has been far from ideal. This company is disorganized and sadly untruthful totheir employees. This branch cannot determine which recruiter will act as your liaison, and the lack of communication is profound. The only person that seems capable of doing their job is Hannah Christi. She is a fantastic recruiter and person. She was personable and attentive during my on-boarding process. She completed weekly check ins and gave me genuine feedback on my job performance. I was amazed that Randstad employed someone who cared about people and not numbers. Dealing with their corporate office, on the other hand, has been a nightmare. I have not received a follow up in a month concerning documentation that is needed, and there is NOT ONE employee that can direct me to the correct department or person. I am highly disappointed in the lack of support or empathy concerning my inquiry. When I attempted to call HR for the first time, the representative insisted on interrupting me every five seconds, and prematurely answered my question without understanding my full inquiry. I know there might be an influx of calls during this COVID-19 pandemic and could overwhelm anyone, but BAD customer service should never be the goal of any company or employees. I would highly recommend going to a different employment agency if youre looking for individuals that CARE and want to help you. This company is only looking to fill positions and nothing more!

I was recommended to this agency by a few friends. The first shot was a breeze when i spoke with Jake Walker. After speaking with him seem like it was a blow off from there. Sending e-mails/ leaving voicemails & getting no response back is very unprofessional. Most businesses require a grace period to respond back. Ive left several voice messages and emails inquiring about employment opportunities and no one has ever responded back to me. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. If I’m not leading you on don’t lead me on. I’m actively looking for work so of course I’m gone show it.

The Randstad (North Lake) team is very helpful and a lot of fun. They do everything they can to get you employed and the team work is amazing! I would definitely refer them to anyone.

This office is a joke I had initially posted this below however this was the initial experience but it was just a ploy to get there numbers up and get commission they are not concerned about you as a Ranstad employee.THEY ARE A JOKE I had an issue concerning the way I was being treated unfairly at the company and Randstad Victoria basically said just take it if you want a job.Just beware if you decide to work for them.Victoria was very pleasant, professional, she worked very hard to sell me to her client. Everyone in her office was so pleasant they gave me excellent information regarding the client they placed me with. They were able to negotiate an excellent pay rate. She takes the time to meet each employee at the client, she checks on you to see how things are going to make sure you have no questions or concerns. Just an awesome experience. Well, what do you say about walking into an office with no expectations and walking out with a feeling of wow, I didnt expect that to happen . As a teacher one of the hardest things to do is to find summer work that is fulfilling and meets your time frame. Jake Walker from Randstad didnt expected me to walk in this week but when I did it was just like I was his next appointment . I went through Randstad in 2017, Nic handled all of my queries. This office is so much fun and full of the nicest people. I remember going back to the office after I got the position for my drug test - everyone was so friendly and talked to me like I was their friend rather than a client. Im not sure how well their service is to their clients, but I interviewed with them twice turned down both time.. The first time was justifiable due to lapses in my employment at that time.. The second time, I had the experience with what the job consist of because I did it before with Aetna Insurance, but the recruiter told me because I had on jeans and not 2 yrs experience she could not extend a offer.. Im like ok, why not tell me about having two yrs job experience when inviting to come and interview and why not explain dress code in the email as well.. Secondly, Im pretty sure me wearing jeans will not affect my ability to do the job just like that hair with red that looks like a mop and wont affect your ability to do yours! Sending the wrong message you can have wild looking hair, but not wear jeans?? Also this was not with the company it self, it was with Randstad...Not sure if its the client that is so picky or that temp service, but I know Adecco dont have any problem giving ppl a job! Which is something I need and want! Randstad kinda sucks to me..

I would not recommend this staffing agency, I worked with Hillary woods for over a month about several position that I was qualified for. I followed up frequently and every time it was a excuse or no response at all. I finally got a call for position and was interviewed I was denied the position asked Hillary could she provide any feedback from manager. Hillary response manager did not have any feedback and good luck with your search. Unprofessional as it gets
