We are a small company that did a google search for an employment placement service. Randstad seem to offer what we were looking for. Have been working with Amber Smith the past several months, and things have gone great. She has provided us with two great prospects for possibility of long term employment. Amber was quick to fill the two positions when they became available and handled the paper trail work for me with no problems. I have worked with this company for 6 months. Every person I have contact with is very helpful, and meets my needs ASAP. I love being able to work with this group of people on a daily basis. Tory is one of the main ladies I work closely with. If youre looking for an agency to work with that will show you support, compassion and always be available to help in any way...I HIGHLY recommend Randstad.

DO NOT APPLY HERE FOR ANYYY JOB!!!! Go to ANOTHER staffing agency!! I was an Army Veteran who worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Premier Transportation before being laid off due to Covid-19. They STEAL your money and they think you’re not paying attention because of the caliber of people that come through and work for them they take advantage of that and assume ALL of their employees arent paying attention. Well they didn’t pay me for two checks! I had to HOUND them about it, one specific employee by the name of Tori told me if you dont clock out you dont get paid. Mind you I had a death in my family which was the cause of that. I told my boss at Premier, he called them and they put the remaining balance on my check the next week. But LITERALLY the week after that I worked 48 hours 8 hours overtime and they only paid me for 26 which is fine because I have a recorded phonecall and I took pictures of the time clock of me clocking out on the days they didnt pay me and am filing a case with the Department of Labor. If you decide to work with this agency I suggest you take notes from me because they think black people are stupid but they got the RIGHT one! MAKE SURE you’re recording EVERY phone call and taking pictures of you clocking out or they WILL get you. This all took place at the N. Tryon location which is the only location I am speaking for.

I must admit that Amber which is my recruiting agent has been a big help for me accomplishing my short term goals because she has kept me with employment ... She has an awesome personality, good customer service, great hospitality, and she is very professional. I will recommend anyone to go to Amber and she will get you a job as well as keeping you working consistently.... THANKS AMBER FOR ALL YOU HELP HAVE A VERY BLESSED DAY.

I love Randstad. I went in to fill out an application during a job fair my first day and they found me a job two days later. They were the first to respond and have been efficient as far as finding me work. Sometimes Ill do day gigs with them just to make money on the side on weeks off my full time job. As long as you show up to work and work diligently they will continuously work with you. If you want to switch assignments they will do it no problem. The staff is amazing at what they do. Not to mention they are across campus so it was a no brainer. Highly recommend.

Penalized for being homeless. Sleeping in my car, during a Charlotte winter. Family decided it was best that I move back to Raleigh. I was assigned a job that went against my work history on resume. Was told by Morgan that she doesnt care if I was homeless and that I was assigned a good job. I was the only black person at the job and during my interview and first day on the job I was asked political questions. One of the workers talked about his disagreements with black people and stated that he is a proud redneck. I ultimately moved back to Raleigh because working a full-time job and cant bathe and living in car during a brutal winter in very hard. Went to a Randstad in Raleigh, NC and Morgan at Randstad N. Tryon said she will not close out my previous assignment and that I cant work for Randstad anymore. Once again she said she doesnt care about me being homeless... But some how was thinking about me and found me a good job. They only care about bonuses and making money off the client.

This place Is trash if you want work dont come here they need new and better people if you need employment go to different staffing agencies this place is a joke they need to shut down or get professional people and when they say they got jobs they dont when you ask about it they dont respond to emails or phone call this place dont even deserve a star

Their communication skills are very well pass poor the stuff including the branch manager are very disrespectful and ruled dont seem to care to much for their employees I was treated differently from anyone else their and I really think someone should look into who they have running their company and their not giving them a good name at all but Im goin to try my best to get answers and hope another doesnt go thru what I went thru there

My brother and I showed up for a walk-in and was told to wait shortly. Each employee was at their desk having a heated discussion about meeting a goal and bickering about cutting lunch hours and how others werent listening to his/her opinion. About only 2 people seemed to be actually working. This was very unprofessional. We waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. As we headed for the door, one guy jumped up and asked if we needed help.No thanks!

Sensationally unprofessional and infinitely biased. No diversity in the office area, lack of responsiveness and a bunch of total mean associates. They are worse than the franchise in Gastonia. All talk, poor performance and showmanship of deeply inferior abilities.

No diversity in this office whatsoever and it reflects in their attitudes. No job opportunities either. Go ahead and close this office because its trash.

Very professional and careing staffing agency. Ive been working with randstad for YRS and they always seem to come through with job opportunities. Long term or temp they are guranteed to keep GOOD, RELIABLE, HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES working. Never had a issue with randstad. I like the fact that they reward hard workers. KRISTEN is the best!!!!! Very nice lady who goes above and beyond to do what she can to provide work. I highly recommend randstad for your employment needs! If possible seek out lady by the name of KRISTEN HIPPS. You wont be sorry!

Met Erica at the Salisbury job fair and got me a job with hours I needed on the Salisbury bus line with great pay!

My experience was horrible, not organized at all. Today is also payday still no check. Never will I go back & work hard for them to disappoint me at least this location!

Went to a job fair andwas basically forced to take a job 3 towns away from were I live for only 10 bucks an hour needles to say I turned the job down now im labeled as a no call no show when I never confirmed with them please dont waste your time with randstad they are worthless. FYI dont come to my town in Salisbury and waste our time when we have legit temp agencies here like Onin the resource and Monroe staffing

I’m am very disappointed with my experience at the north Tryon location. The “manager” that I spoke with was very nasty and obnoxiously rude.

I gave 1 star because I had to, I honestly dont even want to give them 1 but zero stars. Beware this staffing agency is very unprofessional and dont know if their coming or going!!! From the very first day its been a very unprofessional experience, Lexi called me about a position mind you didnt tell me full details about the position. Just said that Id be answering the phones, She said as soon as we got off the phone she would email me details of the position along with pay etc. This was on a friday I start the position on the following monday, Waited waited waited all day never got an email, so I had to call them back and ask what was going on that I never got the email. The manager Summer rushed me off the phone saying shed send me the email. On monday Lexi called me saying she apologized and that apparently their were two people in the system with the same name as me and that she thought she had spoke with the other brittany. How weird and unprofessional and unorganized is that. Next, Summer the manager put me on another assignment where of course she Never told me full description of the assignment telling me it was a dispatching position when it wasnt even a dispatching position its a manfiesting position, 2nd shift where for atleast 2 hours your alone with truckers. I called her the very next day and told her I didnt feel comfortable and she understood acting as if she had my back as the employer. She said she would call the company to see what was going on and would get back with me. She emailed me saying the company said this and that and that you could start back that very next day couldnt even call me or face me as an employee. So I emailed her back saying i didnt feel comfortable nor safe, never heard back from her! I emailed her back asking what was going on never got a response and were they still going to look for more work for me? I kept emailing her & after Ive called twice she told me what the company said and that I didnt give a few days notice which i told her on monday the female leaving the company that was training me last day was thursday. How didnt I give her a few days! Thats bull this staffing agency is very shady they put there employees in harms way just for a dollar. It isnt right very unprofessional everything and every way they communicate 90% of the time is through email.They can never talk to you and give you clear info and be straight up. I WILL tell everyone about my experience along telling everyone to BEWARE!
