Blair is the best recruiter that eye have ever laid my eyes on. She has assisted me in so many ways via Jobs and transportation and just flat out being funny. she should honestly have a raise because of how good she is. and the thing is she doesnt just help me, she helps so many others like me and keeps her word when she states that she will find you a job, she really does, and shes crazy fast @ it. I spoke with Blair about 2 positions and have yet to receive a call back from her with an update on any of the two jobs I’ve applied for. I’ve called and left messages in the office as well no one has gotten back to me. I consider that to be unprofessional I won’t come back here or suggest this location as it is a waste of time.

As a former employee of Performance Staffing, I highly recommend the organization. The team was professional before, during and after my employment. It is unrealistic to expect any employer/employee relationship (or any relationship for that matter) to not encounter any hiccups...however, PSS addressed the few hiccups we encountered with a sense of urgency and professionalism that proved their intentions were sincere. I felt appreciated as an employee...and more importantly as a minority

Jaime, Rob and their team do an excellent providing us quality staff members in a timely manner. Their staff is very responsive to our needs. In a production setting lead times can be short, deadlines are tight, but Its good to have confidence that we will have the staff to get the job done. We enjoy working with them as does their recruits that work in our plant.

Ive been working with performance SS for 3 months now. Im an account executive for their internal HR Staff. So far, I really love working here! They hold you accountable to succeed! The sales director, TC, is absolutely amazing! Hes so chill and professional at the same time. Rob is so friendly and talkative. There is a clear open communication between us all. Never have jobs although the signs says 49, never give call backs for the next week when they say they have new jobs, can’t forget you NEVER get paid there’s always an issue with the card company and the company south office to be exact never have any answers on why your moneys not on your card on payday . Just a horrible waste of time .

Took a friend to get a job! From what I can see they have some good job opportunities. If you need a job and have Call Center experience. This is the place to come! They are putting people on jobs starting at $15.00 an hour. The place is in Rock Hill though, but the money compensated for your gas mileage. They also are putting people in Warehouse positions if you have No experience. Head there now!!!! They are accepting applications from 8am. Til 5pm.Go ahead, you can do it! Very Unprofessional and never heard anything back from Sharon, I called the Office 5 times and left my voice and she never returned my call at all. Then Reposted the HR Manager Position after I had my interview and had no intentions of letting me know they went with another candidate. The old saying, what comes around, goes around. I found me a great HR Manager Career making a six figure income. If you a looking for employment, never go with this staffing company. They are very awful. The reason why I did not get HR Manager position is because of my skin color.

Waste if time. I went in and filled out everything. I was told I had been hired for the Lash Group. I did my drug test and brought my information in. I waited and waited and never heard anything back. I called back to follow-up and was then told that the location I was originally hired for no longer needed as many candidates as they thought they did and that he was trying to get me in at the other location. Todd basically beat around the bush as to what was really going on. Again never called me to keep me updated I called almost every Morning and left messages and he still never called me back. Well today I finally got him on the phone just to be given a smart answer as to why I was left in the dark in regards to me having this job. Well they only needed 2 people and theyve been hired and theres no information for me to give you... Dont waste your time or gas!

I called today at the south location in Charlotte, NC a Woman answered the phone and she was very rude. Not helpful at all. I was trying to find a decent job. Something temporary or long term. Let’s just say I’m disgusted with her service. They can keep them $10 a hour warehouse jobs.

I just called to get the companies they are hiring for the call center position, because they are holding a job fair. I wanted to know to make sure it is in Charlotte and to make sure it isnt a companc I already worked for. The lady that answered the phone, Im sure she could have provipro me with the infoinforma, but she transferred me to a general mailboxmailbox. Not professional or a good look for the company. I will see if someone calls me back.

They never have your paycheck ready and dont call you r tell you nothing about n when you going to get it.

I WAS CALLED by Edgar he ASSIGNED me to a position for a company in South Charlotte from 930a-5p told me to arrive 9a-915am & on the first day as I’m pulling into the parking lot @845am i receive a call from one of the recruiters @849am telling me that they switched the start date to the next day ... next day came & they called & claimed it was the next day .... The recruiter Edgar told me to call back for several days to see if they had anything ... NOTHING happened ...so all in a nutshell i wasted time even registering with them & wasted gas going to a job & they were very inconsiderate of my time ...DONT WORK FOR THEM ! Start a business of your own if you can ... these agencies are a waste only having assignments that last 1-2 days or weeks if you’re lucky!

Good luck with these people. The reps are terrible and just never bother to respond.
