Had a 3-year promise of work with this company. Two of my employees and myself were trained to support their client. When 1 of these employees was terminated, he went to them directly at a lower rate. They still call my office looking for him but refuse to honor any promises made for the 3 year commitment. Because of their lack of integrity and their refusal to talk to my company except to look for this former employee, we do not accept any work requests from them.

Was scheduled for a State Farm new site. Once onsite I called in and explained that this job was going to take at least 2 twice as long as originally expected as construction wasnt done, no power, etc. Was given the all clear via email and numerous phone calls. Now We did this job starting May 3rd 2019 and completed about 2 weeks later (construction delays, made multiple trips back without being able to complete work). And no matter what we do we can not get an answer from these thieves.Beware. The will blow up your phone and email expecting almost non-stop communication from you. But then when its time to close out and get paid. They are nowhere to be found.

I love working for this company. Good Tech Support, I always get paid on time and the customer service is excellent. I especially like that as a technician, the hold times are minimal. I hope to keep working with this company for a long time.

I went out on a job for them late in the evening. They had me paired up with another tech to do another part of the job along with me. TeamNetview had everything accounted for as far as hardware and site expectations. The other tech was knowledgeable and easy to work with; the kind that makes the job go so much better. Phone support was excellent and there was no pressure from the remote support guys. Great experience.

My first day was rather hectic, However, I enjoyed it.Teamwork is a priority and the overall day with the team was amazing. You deal with people in the team and in command center who are more than willing to get you through the day as effective as possible.Overall this job is great.Quick note, only negative side of this job is the amount of time they take to pay, but the pay is worth it, not to mention the experience you gain.

As a veteran I learned firsthand how rewarding it is to be conscientious, supportive and helpful to my colleagues, It created the spirit of camaraderie. Netview is the antithesis of this concept, a horrific company to do business with.

Scheduled a job with this company where i had to travel quite a distance. They wanted me to pick up parts from the local Fed-Ex. They had not shipped the parts. I asked for an was promised reimbursement for lodging expenses since this was an out of town job. Management would not honor the agreement and refused to reimburse me for my expenses or pay me full amount for traveling to this site. be careful with this company, they may not honor their agreements.

Issues if any are presented and resolved on a timely matter. As long as NETVIEW has available projects, I will continue offering my services to them.

I have just completed my first project with Netview for a customer changing over their VOIP system. It is my first hand experience that they are structured and professional treat their customer and contractors with respect. They also listen to feedback they get from field staff and take prompt remedial action. I look forward to working with them again, should the opportunity present itself.

Very poorly managed company with no integrity. I read negative stories about this company before accepting an assignment, I thought it may have been an isolated incident; that was not the case. They had me three thousand (3k) miles from home and did not have me a room for 12hrs and they didn’t answer their phone. Very in experienced project managers. The last thing you should have to worry about is a room when you are out of state working on a project for a company. I filled out and submitted a direct deposit slip and they mailed my check to my house. Ok… we all make mistakes. They wouldn’t cancel the check and wire me my funds. I had to wait until I went home on project break to get my check. They do not have their contractors or customers best interest at hand. I was asked to email my report about issues found on the network to the director prior to sending to the customer. I guess they wanted to edit the Doc instead of making sure the techs understand their job and the importance of testing. Upon leaving the project, I still tried to make sure the ball wasn’t dropped on issues but they didn’t even pay me for all of my expenses and salary. They don’t even have a time sheet. I was told that you accept the good and the bad. I thought “damn” why didn’t they tell me that before I came out here. If I work an hour, pay me an hour. Shady, shady company. I guess they must be friends with the folks that reward them contracts. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. I know work is slow, but keep looking. There are some good companies out there starting to hire again. Stay away from NetView. keep looking and keep applying things will happen for you.Good Luck!

I was hired by this company in 2010 to work a California contract. They do not communicate, they are inept to say the least, and apparently they hire people before they have a contract. I gave up several good opportunities to work for them close to home. I purchased several needed supplies based on their instruction and never got their promised reimbursement. Im not exactly sure what it is they believe they are doing, but I do not believe that it is running a business from NC. The only thing that makes them seem legitimate is that they pay for drug testing. On some of their advertising Geoff claims to be a University of Phoenix graduate, I think that he didnt learn much if he did indeed attend UoP. I would not recommend working for this company, and if you decide that you must, call the company they are allegedly contracting with and verify that they are the company hired to do the work. Protect your personal information, and be sure to verify everything they say. Again I would avoid this company at all costs.
