I contracted with SSG to fulfill a Controller role in a rural GA manufacturing location. The search was ongoing for 6 months with multiple recruiting firms when I decided to let SSG join in. I was skeptical of the SSG group initially because they are outside of our geography range, but they went above and beyond and searched their extensive network to find me someone who was willing to move to our area. Everyone I worked with was incredibly impressive, professional, down-to-earth. They take the time to really hear what you need. The value you get for the price you pay is well worth it. I would recommend starting with this group; dont waste your time with other recruiters.

I reached out to Search Solution Group in need of an engineer. We talked at length and then entered into a contractual agreement. They then told me that my requirements werent realistic. They sent me a few candidates that had no experience. They eventually just became unresponsive, not answering my emails. So, overall, we invested thousands of dollars for nothing. We did find a GREAT engineer on our own... so lesson learned. Hopefully, if youre reading this, you are doing your due diligence prior to taking their word for it and paying them a retainer.

I have had an excellent experience with Search Solution Group. After sending my resume to Tanner Randalls Hunt. I received an offer in less than 48 hours. The opportunity was well presented and informative. Recently, I had a question regarding end of the year information, the response once again was exceptional. The recruiter called me and scheduled an interview. I was unable to make the interview due to timing and personal issues at that moment. I was told they would not allow me to come in and interview with them. Basically wrote me off permanently and saying they only give people 1 chance. How are you trying to help people find a job by blowing them off and not willing to work around their schedule? I tried to explain my situation to one of the recruiters and they acted like they didnt care. I even said Im seriously looking for employment and the recruiter never responded to my email.I would never recommend this staffing agency to anyone. Especially if they treat people in this manner. If they treat those who are simply trying to find work like this I cant imagine how they treat the folks that are actually working for them.

This recruiting company is by far the best recruiting firm in Charlotte. After having such a hard time with other companies, they came and saved the day. Working with Stephanie Salazar has revived my confidence in my experience. She has worked so had to find me a position that is suitable to my needs. I was contacted via e-mail from a recruiter (Ryan) with this company about a potential job opportunity. The recruiter asked that I send an updated resume and some times to discuss. I responded back with the requested information. Never heard back after a day and sent a follow up e-mail the following day to no response. I found this to be very rude since the recruiter is the one who originally contacted me.

This company is the top notch recruiting firm to work with in Charlotte. Their team is second-to-none--responsive, efficient, and dedicated to proper follow up. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole interview process, from prepping to following up and updating me along the way. Danielle reached out to me one day and two weeks later I received a job offer! SSG was very professional and dedicated and I highly recommend using them to find the perfect company or employee.

I was interviewed for an internal position at this company. I was told in two weeks they would let me know if I was selected for the next round of interviews. Never called me so I followed up with them after the two weeks. I was told they needed extra time and would follow up with me the next week. Never heard back again. I understand not getting picked to move forward with the interview process but the fact that they didn’t take two mins to write an email to tell me their decision is rude and unprofessional. Their job is to be the experts at the interview process yet they can’t extend really basic follow up says a lot.

My interview process took about 1 week. I first applied for the position on LinkedIN and shortly received a call from the companys founder, Jeremy. Jeremy did ask me a few personal questions that put me on the spot, and did make me rethink my interest in sales. All in all, Jeremy did set me up for a face-to-face interview at the Charlotte office with a few different recruiters. Preparing for the face-to-face interview by practicing behavioral questions helped me out in the long-run. The recruiters will definitely put you on the spot with questions that can get a bit personal. After my face-to-face interview, I did have to set up reference calls. After my reference calls were made, I was invited back for a half-day, where I received my offer.

I am going on 2 years with the company and it has been a great journey full of professional, personal, and financial growth!
