Great place very friendly & great service

Cornerstone is probably one of the best staffing agencies in Charlotte. I went in for an interview on a Thursday and started work the following Monday! The process was quick and easy, Brendan and Wendy were very helpful!

I was considering applying to this place when I came across it online. However; after reading the reviews I definitely wouldnt refer anyone here. The reviews and responses are horrendous.

Highly judgmental and dismissive of a staff at this staffing agency. Discrimination at its finest in a professional manner. The ladies will smile for you when you leave letting you know that you wont be hired and will be humiliated afterwards. Scorn and spite is their true intentions with all of the sinister pleasure of gossip and social torment. Dont let their smiles fool you.

Just moved here Should have read the reviews down below before I applied here this place is supposed to help you. Find work Not look down on you for god sake people our looking for work they will smile but it’s nothing genuine about it they will not really try to hire you if you don’t fit a certain discrimination they are very judgmental worst experience ever

I was between jobs and waiting for some immediate employment. Bills were piling up. As I was paying my rent next door I took a chance on this staffing company...expecting the usual runaround at most agencies.Wendy and Nancy contacted me immediately with an assignment and it was everything they said it was. I was warmly introduced to the job contact and wasnt left in the dark. They even followed up with me to make sure eveything was okay.I would use this company immediately and recommend it to anyone who knows me or looking for a no non-sense approach to getting you work with no games or company catfishing

The entire staff is racist. They turned me down then lied saying that the position I applied for wasnt available but actualization they gave it to the white man that came in after me. They racial profiled me, treated me unfairly and spoke to me as if I was less than a person. I will speak to someone higher about this situation.

I have been done a application never have they called me and every time I call always update on availability list I mean I just dont understand this place

Got call to this place through Craigslist for an position they never called to update me about the interview or any other job leads.

Seems like all they hire is white people...
