Recently moved to Charlotte and have been applying to many places. I have not heard back from most places, but Debbies Staffing reached out to me very quickly. The time it took for me to apply and get started working was super quick! Plus, the staff was very friendly AND it was a temp to hire job! I have never felt so appreciated as a worker in any other job Ive had. My first day was very rough and I almost gave up and quit but Mark the supervisor from debbies kept me motivated and supported me through my 12 hr day. The job got easier as days went by and his encouragement has definitely helped. Now I enjoy going to work and I am there to stay. Thank you Mr. Mark.

My friend just moved to Charlotte. I looked for staffing agencies and Debbies was one of the many ones he applied for. Debbies was the first one on calling him and offered him a temp to hire assignment. His application process was all done very fast and he started working within a week.

Great professional staff, was able to help with the process every step of the way. Was able to accept a position that could go full time with benefits. Easy to use website application process.

Ms. Monroe was very professional and knowledgeable of her job. She has a very beautiful smile and is a very nice person. Also Ms. Shelly was very nice and compassionated.The both of them are AWESOME

They are good for stealing money from your check and then lie about it. If you decide to stay with them keep up with your hours and get signatures for anything even if then tell you not to worry about it. They took $20 from me last week. Im in the process of reporting them to the department of labor.

The most unprofessional staffing agency. Every time I call Im placed on hold for 30 minutes or longer. I went there yesterday June 23rd and no one was in the front desk or available to help. I only heard laughter and talking from the back of the office. If you call around 3:30 to 5 you wont ever get an answer. I wouldnt refer this place.
