Waited 2 weeks for pay to find out I my labor was free. Defiantly should’ve taken negative reviews into consideration.

Its work cant complain. Theyve held me down with work and have money in my pocket. Big props for labor finders. There is always work to be done and offered.

I have used labor finders for Years and for the most part they do a good job for us. Lauren Hickey is my contact person with them and she is always trying to accommodate us and addressing any problems that may arrive. we have has some issues in the past but they have always been address, and we have had a long term company relationship and this is why we continue to do business together.

Not a lot of jobs for women. Mostly construction and heavy lifting. I have never seen or were given hospitality no environmental work no food service work no clerical work. Wondering how its still staying open.

Great place to work if youre looking to drink and smoke before work . Very unprofessional, rude staff. How do they have a 3.6 rating. Im calling corporate and never returning to this place. Only worked three days here and it turned into a hassle. I was treated like i was a junkie. Everyone that walks through those doors is not a junkie . Everyone is a human being. Only went here to pick up a gig between jobs. I have college degree and soon to be licensed in my profession. This was a very humbling experience and thats why I thank God for the many talents I have. I feel sorry for those whom are subjected to this work environment on a daily basis. Sad...

I schedule for a Traffic Control company and from my experience of doing this job I have learned a few things. As a sub contractor, you will always be at the mercy of the prime contractor and this makes scheduling very difficult. Having a reliable partner that is dependable and as flexible as you need to be makes things much more easier. Labor finders of Charlotte is extremely professional and reliable. They have became my # 1 office to go with even if its out of the way for my guys to go by on the way to a job. It is very, very, very hard to find good help these days and most of the younger generation seems to believe they are owed everything on a silver platter. The real world will show otherwise. The staff and management at this office is very easy to deal with and they always try their best to fulfill our company needs and they are just as quick to correct any problem that might occur and for that I thank them for their hard work because it is hard to come by.

I had a great experience using Labor Finders for my household moves. I got two men who were polite and did a good job. Of course, most are not experienced so it was up to me to decide how to load the truck and give them clear directions before they started. I had one Labor Finders guy out of Charlotte, NC who was better than any moving guy I ever ran into. Prices vary from area to area but I generally pay between $16-$18 per hour per man with a four hour minimum. So for four hours it cost me about $128 or $144. I also tell the men before we start that if they do a good job there is a $20 bonus for each of them and this get them motivated. Total cost about $180 or so. I am moving again and there is no Labor Finders close by. A local moving company is charging me $300 for two men for four hours.

We use the Charlotte office a lot and normally they do a very good job. We have had some problems with the workers being late but for the most part they are on time and do a good job. We are getting ready to kick off our season and look forward to working with Labor Finders again. Thanks for everything!

Was punched in the head by another employee ! The manager (Lauren) did not do anything. The police said that she was reluctant to cooperate with them. They are still working the criminal that attacked me. She said a week prior that she would have a weapon in the office if she was allowed so they have a dog instead. I have a witness and filed charges against the other worker. They do no background checks and when the Police pulled up his record it was long, Corporate office was no help either. They also ripped me off of 4 hours. I accepted an assignment. I went to the job but it was not ready. I met the 4 hour minimum. They wanted me to go to another job 30 miles away. I was not going to get paid for the gas. and they said I refused to work. NC DOL will figure that out. Also you are almost forced to take people with you for $5 that YOU have to collect. Be careful in the parking lot between the drinking and crack smoking and raw sewage pumping out into the parking lot. The police said Get a lawyer Myron, the President says he is doing you a favor by providing these jobs. Bwahahaha. More to follow

Very. Un-professional, clients & employees beware. You will get poor labor & If Liz doesnt like you, no work unless a client does and she is not on site. Office hours are optional and respect for good help is absolutely none exsistant, more than likely the reason for the.poor labor.
