Working with Addison has been such an amazing experience. I was contacted by Michelle and I got an interview with a company the very same week and started working the next. They even gave me tips and helped me practice for the actual interview. Throughout my entire contract Michelle has been absolutely wonderful, always staying in contact and being there whenever I needed anything. I have completed my contract and was hired on fulltime at the company. This was my first time ever working with an agency and I could not have had a more pleasant experience.

There was no support. When I first interviewed a year ago the rep said he would call me back and never did. I kept calling but no response. I recently got a call a year later to work the same position. I quit a job making 19 an hour that was contract to work a 14 an hour temp to perm job with Addson. I was fired after 2 weeks of training at Meduit for taking too many restroom breaks due to my health. Addison relayed the info to me and didnt try to fight for me. I lost another good job offer while wasting time working for Addison and Addison was around just long enough to see it through. Now the holidays are coming up. Im without a job. Lyndsey and Donna did not help me. I felt treated like I dont matter and inhumane. I was supposed to be paid every week and have worked for three weeks without being paid. Humiliating experience.
