I rented a GMC Yukon for 11 days. I returned it with a full tank, after refueling right down the street on Little Rock Road. I was then charged a refueling charge for $22 and some change because their electronic tool said the tank was only 5/8 full. That is B.S. All you have to do is look at the guage to see it was full. So, I called and told them, and they said theyd remove the charge. Of course, they did not. A manager better call me right away.
I would highly recommend these guys! Kevin was super helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. He made a last minute booking smooth and painless, very efficient! Will certainly be using these guys more in the future!
I rented a car that was to be used for my wedding. However I received a call from Kevin the day before I was supposed to pick up my reservation to let me know they were going to be closed that day which is a Sunday. Mind you I had made this reservation at least 2 weeks prior. To make matters worse Kevin called me after they had closed for day and left me a voicemail stating I can reach him back to make other plans knowing they were closed for the day. So I was never able to talk to anyone at the office and never got the car and this was going to be a $750 reservation. I was highly disappointed and had to desperately find another car to use the day before my wedding because of this situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their poor customer service was a big inconvenience.Update as of 10/19/20I have yet to hear back from any one on their management team. I have only received emails telling me they have transferred my concerns or questions to someone else nothing about this matter has been resolved or even taken into consideration I am beyond disappointed at this point.
Kevin went above and beyond to get my girlfriend and I a great car to take on the Blue Ridge Parkway for the weekend. We were kept well up to date as some changes to our reservation occurred in the days leading up to arrival, he was flexible with calling vs texting based on my work availbility, and made the check-in process a breeze! Appreciated being able to talk about car options on the lot :) thank you!!

Poor customer service. My husband hasn’t been contacted back about enterprise canceling our rental the day before our wedding. The reservation was made weeks prior for a Sunday pick up. The day before our wedding AFTER they closed my husband was contacted saying he wouldn’t be able to pick up the reservation because they are closed on Sunday.
Enterprise saved my vacation. CLT was very busy and I had booked with Hertz to pick up in the city. Upon arrival in CLT, I learnt via voicemail from Hertz that they cancelled my reservation because they had overbooked. Hertz was unwilling to even try to find me another car, they said I was on my own. I spoke with John who wouldnt even give me his last name and was very unhelpful. The worst customer service. Enterprise on the other hand did have a luxury car available. It cost me an additional $150, but they couldnt have been nicer. I had a home booked in the mountains and would have lost $2k if I hadnt been able to get there 2 hours away due to Hertz incompetence and lack of caring about their customers.

Anthony was so great. I was a bit difficult as a customer and did not pre book my rental. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to get me in a beautiful corvette stingray convertible. If you want to rent something a little more fun I wouldnt hesitate to recommend coming here.

Always excellent service. I rent with enterprise regularly. They are always quick to fix any problems I might have and have great customer service. Cars have all been reliable. The only issue Ive had is one didnt have a working air conditioner, but they promptly made arrangements with another vehicle and even offered to upgrade us for the inconvenience. We denied the upgrade, but it showed how much they value their customers satisfaction.
Rented GPS. Discovered Chevy Impala On-Star was operational after exiting the Charlotte airport. 2 attempts to contact your office using # on contract with no call back. 3rd attempt was successful and the GPS charges were not on final bill.Overall experience was favorable but it may prove beneficial for your staff to know that the On-Star function is or is not working in your vehicles.Will continue to rent through Enterprise though as overall experiences have been very good.
2017 Impala was clean and comfortable with poor rearward visibility. V6 not very smooth. My flight got cancelled while I was en route to the airport. I called number on receipt to get instructions on how to extend rental another day. No answer. I decided to just drive in since I was heading to airport anyway. Manager said their phone system doesnt work very well and that best way to communicate was via email. Turned out all I had to do was keep the car another day and it would get automatically charged from incidentals held on the credit card. Now I know for next time and not to bother calling for anything.
Just wanted to say that Nick and Taylor did an awesome job with their customer service. We came to the airport and our flight got cancelled. We were trying to get a vehicle for a week and they searched their whole inventory and finally found something for a family of six. I have never seen two people that worked so hard to make sure the customer got what they wanted. Thanks Taylor and Nick!! Keep up the awesome customer service!!!
Enterprise makes it VERY easy. If you have a debit card only make sure to call and listen to the recorded info on what you need to bring/know to rent. However, the process was easy and the staff was very nice. After about 1 week of driving my car a change oil light came on. So I emailed the local email address on the phamplet they give you when you leave (dont throw it away) and I got a response within a couple of hours over a weekend! Jennifer was wonderful! She looked up the maintenance record and saw that it wasnt due for an oil change for another 1,000+ miles, but still said I could swap the car if that made me feel more comfortable. So I swapped the car and she even marked my agreement so I could return the car on EMPTY for having to wait! With gas around $2.39/gallon, I was delighted! Great experience and would DEFINITELY rent from them again!
Right off the plane I found my way to the customer service kiosk. There I was greeted and had all my info for my reservation confirmed. Was sent up an escalator to the garage. Was given a very spacious, new, mid sized SUV. I was on my way. All the staff was attentive and smiling. I will definitely do business there again.
Very friendly staff and prompt service! We hardly waited in line and once we were booked, we got into our rental vehicle very quickly. Returning the car was quick and painless too. I really like the new rental car garage. Very convenient.

Because no matter how hard they try, Charlotte Douglas Airport continues to create a cluster out of most any situation, and this is coming from someone who lived there for nearly 20 years. Tighten up your entrance/exit from the car service to the airport, and youll find an improved experience.
Rented an Elite Exotic SUV from enterprise and the car was dirty inside and out and had a check engine light on!! Normally Im VERY happy with Enterprise so I will rent another one in hopes that this was just an accident.
Initially I was very pleased with Enterprises service. Then I returned home, realized I had left an item in the car. Called Enterprise the same day and spoke with someone who took my information, said that I should expect a call. I then left an email referencing forgotten item. I then left another email that after a week I still hadnt received a call. Received a generic response that it could take 7-10 business days to receive a response about the item. THEN, 12 days after my initial 2 contacts (today) I receive an email asking for me to rate and review Enterprise! Well, to say the least, I do not rate Enterprise as a service I would ever use again! And I have accepted the fact that the item will never be returned.Lisa
Always in and out. Staff are always pleasant and assist you timely. Never spent more than 10 minutes from check in counter to departing with my vehicle selected. Cost is always great and competitively affordable. Choices are cars are always clean and up to date.
Overall I had a pretty good experience. The check-in process was simple as expected and the car drove fine. The only downside was that my vehicle had definitely been smoked in recently. That wasnt pleasant to drive in for a few hours.
The last trip I had to Charlotte NC. was great. The transaction was easy and fast. The counter person to the exit person was ever energized even through they were working.The last rental in Peoria, IL was very eventful. The rental store was 5 or 6 blocks from my work, so my wife dropped me off at work and I was going to walk to the rental store. I walked to the store and what did I find, a sign saying they moved to East Peoria. I did not get any notices indicating the move. I got on the web and the store was still open and did not says anything about being closed. I had to call my wife to pick me up. Called the other rental store and they had my rental request but no car for me. The East Peoria store was going to call around to find me a car. They called back and said the Morton store had a car for me. I live in Morton and I could have walked to a the rental store from my home. I get to the store and they did not have the standard suv we reserved. We finally settled for a mini van, but what an ordeal.
1. They were able to get me the specific vehicle that I wanted. If all locations had direct contact be it by phone or email it makes renting easier.2. The check out process was very smooth and quick provided that you have the things you need prior to reaching the desk.
Quality customer service very quickly. Renting a car can be a painful process but not at this location. Enterprise will have my business again. Their prices were about the same as the others but their service is top notch.
From beginning to end, our experience was perfect. Enterprise @ Clt has a flawless system of renting, picking up and returning. We find the prices comparable to others, but we love the customer service we get. Everyone is pleasant, and a pleasure to deal with.

Our one-day car rental from Enterprise was convenient, efficient, and economical. Our return was especially pleasing as the signage and process enabled us to quickly handled; we had been delayed by road construction and were concerned about making our flight connections. We will continue to use Enterprise for future auto rentals.
While I am a loyal Enterprise user (my company has a contract with them) this is the first time (Rental at Indy International Airport 8/15) when I declined ALL additional coverage only the collision waiver was declined, Roadside and some other silly coverage added. I known, my fault, I should have checked, but having been doing this for over 10 years did not expect this to happen. Hopefully someone at Enterprise will read this and offer to fix for me. Until then Im moving to our Avis contract.
The only problem I had with this location was the gentleman who was helping me tried to downgrade my car options. I had ordered premium elite and he was trying to walk me through the lot and give me their standard SUV vehicles. I had to tell him 2 times that I had ordered Premium Elite to finally give me a car that was of the class that I ordered. When you prepay for something, you expect to get that and nothing less.
The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. The young man that drove the SUV around for us was exceptionally nice and patient as he had to keep changing the vehicle for various different reasons without grumbles or complaints. He was also very expedient. I always use Enterprise or all of my rental car needs.
I rented a car from the regular Enterprise at Charlotte Airport. I had reserved the car on Friday, June 9. The vehicle was ready and available when I arrived. Everyone was kind, helpful and the car was clean and worked great! When I returned the car, all were helpful and went without any problems Thank you, Enterprise Team. You met/exceeded my expectations again.
Nothing but good on this experience. Unfortunately, I did not write down her name but a very attentive young black woman took outstanding care of me on my return at 0730 on Monday 1 May. She immediately took care of all my questions and got me on my way to the terminal. She could not have been more pleasant or helpful. A credit to Enterprise.
Staff efforts to make customers satisfied was out standing.The problem at Charlotte Airport is the physucal location of car rental companies. There is a great amount of walking to ones car rental company to pick up your car and an even greater amount of walking when returning ones car and getting to ones airline counter.I will think twice about using this airport.

Use the app and settle everything online before picking up your car. Itll be a much more seamless experience. The staff was very polite and courteous and returning the car was so quick and easy if you return it within the scheduled return time.

The service staff were incredibly nice and very efficient. Upon returning my car, I had forgotten my wallet in the car but did not realize it until I had gone to check my luggage. I went back to the drop off location and they had already sent the car around for cleaning. The lady (I wish I could remember her name) went above and beyond to help me and I had my wallet back within 30 minutes and still had plenty of time to make my flight!

Tried use my corporate account number and the gentle would not honor it. Due to the fact i didnt make a reservation. Also was charged $380.00 for a one way trip. Now what really upsets me, is that one of our other employees rented a car at the same airport a week later and had no trouble and was cheaper.

Booked on Expedia, paid in full, then when we upgraded they charged us again with no explanation that what we were paying was In Addition To what wed already paid. Instead they slyly made it seem like we were getting a great deal. Buyer Beware.
I have always had superior service with Enterprise! This trip was amazing. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a brand new Jeep upon arrival in Charlotte. Plans changed and I needed to return the car in Boone. This was done and the fee to return the car to Charlotte instead of continuing the trip to Atlanta as scheduled was also waived. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I will only rent from Enterprise. Worst car rental experience Ive had.. Employees tried to strong-arm me in to a car that didnt fit the Enterprise classifications for my reservation (tried to place me in a Hyundai Veloster, a Hyundai-listed compact 4 seat car, when the reservation was for an intermediate 5+ seat vehicle), and forced me to either pay for an upgrade or leave. The manager on-site directly lied to me about the cars capacity and classification when asked for details. Outside of this interaction, the rental process went as normal, but I highly recommend having a backup option when using this location, and I will avoid using them in the future.
Our flight got cancelled and we needed to get home. Enterprise came through! Ive rented from Enterprise before, in my home town, and alway encounterd a friendly, helpful staff. And gotten a clean, reliable car. This time, I was away from home. I found that the staff was as friendly, and helpful, and the car was again, clean and reliable. We were given a car that didnt have a working radio. We tried to have a replacement brought to us in Columbia SC. They would not bring us a car and we were busy with a wedding. I have been trying to get a hold of some one in Charlotte I keep getting cut off. I have been an Enterprise customer for years, I have never had so many problems with a reservation! Please have someone get in contact with me from Enterprise!!
+A Even at one of the busier airports. CLT (Charlotte) being under construction added to the typical chaos, but Enterprise was fluid in it all. Proper vehicle was ready even though I changed requirements only three days prior.
As a young driver I dread paying the extra fee, but the assistant manager helped me so much and she even waived it considering there were some extra steps that had to be done because I was a renting with a debit card and out of am airport. All in all they made it so seamless and put me in a bigger can than I needed or wanted free of charge.
Note this was regular Enterprise, not the Exotic Cars. As usual, very reliable. Car was good and what I had expected. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I have been renting with Enterprise for three years now but this time when I rented I had a really bad experience. I rented at Charlotte Douglas International. The guy at the counter when I returned the car was so arrogant. Even though I had extended my rental calling enterprise customer care he told me that it is not valid to extend that way and I had over kept the car and was charging me a bomb.I am seriously considering changing over to budget from now on.

My last rental experience was excellent. Upon returning from a weekend getaway, I needed to change my rental car from an existing reservation to a new reservation (through my companies reservation portal) and the manager at CLT handled it promptly so I could quickly be on my way home after a long day of travel.
From counter personnel to check in, everything was expeditious, professional and very customer friendly. My vehicle choice was spot on and ready. Couldnt ask for better
The customer service was great, they got me in and out very fast. Only problem I had was the car. I found McDonalds cups in the back, I found food crumb all under the seat, Red Solo cups under the seat as well as paper plates.
The staff were very helpful, attentive to our needs, and pleasant to work with. A very good experience. The BMW was new, and a pleasure to drive.

I arrived at CLT pretty late/early just before closing ~1:30am, was upgraded from a minivan to Fullsize SUV. Return was easy even though it was before Opening (4am), dropped keys in dropbox. Rental agreement was emailed to me, Receipt was emailed to me. Suburban was clean and comfortable. Was a great experience for July 4 holiday.

Worst customer service, the agent tricked me to get insurance cover even though i had my personal cover as well as cover from credit card. Even though he said it will cost me 20 $ for insurance it came to about 35 $ in the bill. Its worst they just want to make money

Wanted standard car and had gotten discount but when I got to airport was told only online. Was tired and had already waited 20 min. in line. Fairly last minute trip. Told id have to get out of line and when i found the email id have to wait again. No good customer service - really? Returned car at 3am, 3 days later but no one there and sign said to use drop off key box but myself and someone else couldnt even find it. Waited till opening - 4am and NO one came in. Waited till 4:25am still no one on 4/21 at charlotte, nc. Next time will go to one of competitors. Very greedy enterprise - very disappointed. Spent more on car rental for 3 days than my roundtrip airfare!!!!

The staff at the airport was less than helpful I only ever rent from enterprise and the rates are so expensive especially at the airport . The car brakes were. Not safe I was sliding in the rain . Tire traction was poor quality !

We arrived at about 7:00pm and there was only one staff member on, and a line of about 10 people waiting to get cars. I really wish that Enterprise would allow you to go straight to the car like other rental companies. Luckily we were the business members so we could skip the line for the most part. We rented a midsize car, and there was only one left. It was a Nissan Sentra - in what world is that a midsize car? Having rented with Enterprise many times before, we asked about an upgrade. Without doubling or tripling the charge we werent able to upgrade. So we left with the Sentra. This was especially frustrating as we knew the next set of people renting a midsize would be getting an upgrade as there were none left. Youd think you want your return customers to get an upgrade? Apparently not.Leaving was fairly quick and easy though.The rental we had, made strange noises every time it started, it did get better when we drove a bit. This was concerning as it sounded way louder than it should.Returning the car was also pretty easy, many others returned their cars at the same time, so the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. We left without getting our receipt, as we knew it would be emailed to us later.Overall it was an OK experience - why do you need to visit the counter every time you rent, even if your info doesnt change? Other car rental companies dont make you do that.

Car was awful. It had been smoked in, but whatever was used to cover it up made it smell worse, especially after baking in the sun. Both front tires had a bad wear pattern that caused them to whine at speed and ride rough. Not this companys proudest moment.
