The team was awesome!! There was a bump or two in the road and those issues where handled accordingly. I’ve rented from them a few times and will do it again.

The worst car rental place i ever dealt with..Please be careful with these people...They will find reasons to keep your deposit like, the car doesnt smell the same way it did when you left here...

We highly recommend Prestige and will tell all our friends about their excellent service!We cant thank Rich & Tim enough for going above and beyond their normal duties! We didnt arrive until late in the evening and Rich picked us up at the airport with his personal car to take us to their office then get us our vehicle. The following Sunday at 6:00 am, well before their normal hours, Tim met us at the office to take us to the airport!That is what we call superb service. - Thanks again

This was by far the most terrible experience Ive ever had with a rental car company. The customer experience is absolutely atrocious. The lady I worked with was extremely rude and seemed very bitter. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE or it will probably be your biggest regret ever with a rental car company. I luckily decided not to go through with renting from them after witnessing someone ahead of me experience an even worst customer service experience. Once they swipe your card there is NO RETURNS.

Do not use this company! They rented me a car for 2 weeks. After breaking down on day 2, they had only one replacement car available, which was not comparable. They refused to refund the remaining portion, and told my husband to come fight them!!! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. These people are scam artists and should not be in business! Buyer beware....

Please do not rent from here.The staff are VERY nice and professional, and they DO go above and beyond, but we the experience soured after returning our rental.We booked a van for five days to travel to MD. With fees, taxes, and a package for unlimited miles, I paid over $750 (which I felt was already extremely steep), including a $150 deposit. Promised to return the vehicle with a quarter of a tank of gas, etc.The vehicle had over 164K of miles and several lights came on during the trip (brake lights, tire pressure light, check engine light, etc.) and I didnt complain. I did report the issues this morning as a show of good measure.Upon returning the vehicle this afternoon (with 75% tank of gas), I was told that I would NOT be getting my $150 deposit back AND would be billed $99 for allegedly going over my mileage. This makes zero sense to me since I was under the assumption that I was granted unlimited miles.In the end, paying $850 here for using a van for five days isnt worth it at all. And their mileage policy is garbage. I was VERY Much in support of this company last week but now, I am AGGRESSIVELY warning everybody to please avoid this place at all costs.

They are very unprofessional here they tried to charge me for a ticket from someone who previously rented the car than on top of that they kept my deposit of $151.00 talking about the car was extremely dirty than when i called to try to speak to a manager she said she couldnt give me his last name will be contacting my lawyer about this and making sure i get my deposit back...... never rent from here

Don’t not rent from this place. When we were picked up from the airport we needed to circle around multiple times due to the horrible organization of the company. The employees then blamed it on the airport being busy, which it wasn’t. When we got to the location the car we reserved was not there or available. When we told them the car they gave us was listed for less money per day than the car original booked they refused to honor the less expensive price. The car was not cleaned prior to showing up. They had an employee cleaning while we were waiting for the car only making our wait longer. Any time we told the staff about our poor experience they just made excuses about the airport being busy, etc. they never once took ownership of the situation.

I enjoyed my experiance renting fro these people.. everyone go and get you a rental at prestige thy got better deals then enterprise and budget and hertz... And if u want laughter doing ur experience the light skin girl at the counter is hilarious...
