Nice gentleman to check me in. However, I was a little upset that there weren’t any cars cleaned so there was about a half-hour wait. With that being said, I also understand that there is a lack of people working due to COVID, so I understood. We were giving an upgrade as well. However, the car smelled like an old cigarette and a baby diaper. Thankfully after some spray and open windows, some of that smell was able to leave the car. All in all, I will definitely rent from them again! Just losing a star for the smell because I believe it needs a good, thorough cleaning before being put out for the next renter.

I have rented from Enterprise for quite some time, but this was my first bad experience. I was in Charlotte, NC, at the airport, and the manager refused to allow me to get an upgrade. I have never had this issue before encountering her. Let me say Enterprise is a preferred rental agency with my company, but I will not use them again. Just for clarity, I was not asking for a free upgrade, it would have been paid for. I am not sure what her issue was, but in my travels moving forward, thanks to her, Enterprise will not be a part of it.

This was a very easy process and all of the staff I came in contact with were informative, helpful and knowledgeable. The Charlotte airport is a bit intimidating driving in and out of but this process was great. If I have any negative feedback it is (and this is not the first one) that there were two keys but they were together on a cable. Also It would have been nice if they still did pick up. But overall it was a great experience.

While the employees were great the process was a little antiquated. With all the automation Enterprise has I dont expect to stand in a line to get reread my rental plan. I expect the service to be hand held at the car area for me to review and digitally sign. Some locations have this. Charlotte did not. The car was clean and the drop off was easy. That part had a service person with hand held check out. I do love Enterprise and would choose them over others in a heart beat. I would love it if they improve the arrival/pickup process.

Great experience and competitive price. Car was ready for us when we arrived at Charlotte Douglas airport. Check in was quick and easy, gas price for return was better than average gas prices in the area. Drop off was even more simple. Drive in, hand over the keys to Enterprise employee and had the email with final bill within minutes. Will definitely use Enterprise again next time I travel.

I had the absolute most personable and awesome experience with Enterprise on this occasion. As I entered the Charlotte Douglas Airport location I saw others standing in extremely long lines and anticipated the same. To my surprise my Enterprise counter was moving smoothly and I had the MOST PLEASANT AND WELCOMING COUNTER AGENT. I do not remember her name but I will never forget her smile :) Thank you again for making this experience stressfree, very pleasant and seamless!Thanks again!

#767268425 This location has the absolute audacity. I rented from this location a week ago and they overcharged me two times. I have requested to speak with management over 6 times. No one has yet to reach out other than a generic email responding to the email I sent to customer service. This location charged me over $1400 initially on a rental that should have totaled $258.00 - I had a rental for 4 days at $60 and the original reservation was through ALAMO.. I was instructed by Enterprise management to change my reservation due to ALAMO (The sister company) not clearly advertising a promotion and not having a car for my travel. After I moved the reservation as instructed, I was told they would honor my original reservation rate. They did not do that and instead, even charged me for a full week. My bank called and they reversed one of the charges but the other remains. Also, the manager(s) at this location must be managing all the enterprises on the universe, including galaxies beyond, because I have yet to hear from them. You know they are not about it, anytime you request to speak with them and they clearly know the issue is on-going but cant find a few moments to just call and sort it out. Why are you even the manager with no understanding of how to communicate or be organized ? Ill just keep updating these reviews. I have time everyday.

Troy was more than helpful in getting us situated in a vehicle that could accommodate my family. He was very insightful and understanding. The gentleman who took us to the vehicle was very personable and had a great attitude. Upon returning the vehicle Mike (i believe was his name) was helpful as we did have an incident along our travels. The staff here are very kind, excellent customer service across the board!

Flew into Charlotte NC where I picked up my rental for 5 days. The first car had a problem and i went to Enterprise about 2 hours away from the airport where I was told to take it to a mechanic shop and they would fix it. They would not give me another car! The next day I had to make a 4 hour trip to the airport to get another car. The 2 stars is because I was happy with that one. My rental bill was over $600.00 and I feel like they should have better service. Thats why I rented from a reputable company in the first place.

Fast counter service. I didn’t have to wait long in line at the counter in the Airport. Once arriving in the parking garage I was greeted by an attendant that took me to my car. The return process was quick and simple. Very pleased with the service.

My wife traveled to Charlotte which she does every two weeks for work. Upon arrival the desk person said there was a hold on the account and they refused to rent a vehicle. My wife had already been in contact prior to arrival with a Enterprise rep and the counter person and her manager Connor would not acknowledge her request to call the rep who she was in contact with. She had to go to Avis and unfortunately her company wont be using this company anymore. I would expect more from a supposed reputable company like Enterprise!

We was so RUSHED! The rep didnt follow us around the car in case there was any damage. Normally we can upgrade if we see something else we like better. The service used to be awesome but I was very disappointed this time.The deposit went up $400.00. Thats INSANE!!! I have never considered another rental car company but that changed my mind. I will be searching elsewhere from now on. I was a loyal customer but I guess that doesnt mean much anymore!

Rented a car when we were in town for a soccer tournament. First off, I am grateful that we had a reservation and that a car was available. I have been hearing nightmare stories about cars not being available or hours long wait for cars to be delivered. Unfortunately the condition of the car was very poor. There was still trash left over from the previous renter under the seats. The car was not washed, which is not a big deal, but the windows were filthy! Smeared hand prints all over the back seat windows and of course the interior wind shield was very dirty, in fact that seems to be the most common complaint I can give about any rental car I have ever received…no one ever cleans the wind shield. I understand that everyone is short staffed and trying to find help and this last renal experience proves just that.In the future I will also know not to rent a Nissan. Very loose and uncomfortable driving, bad brakes at 40k miles and the rear back up light was being held on by duct tape. Not a Nissan fan at all.

Renting from Charlotte-Douglas Airport, specifically Enterprise has been a very negative experience.1. The folks at the desk were rude and rushed. I dont appreciate having to give my drivers license so it can be photographed. Enterprises computer systems are cable of seeing if someone doesnt have a valid license. Its an unnecessary collection of personal identifying information. I will be reviewing this with my attorney for any future rentals.2. The vehicle that was provided was dirty, had not been cleaned by the staff, let alone run through a car-wash. I had several grievances which were annotated on the rental contract and also provided a copy to the individual responsible for releasing the vehicle at departure. The only individual I would commend, is the individual at the gate who took the time to annotate and record the issues with the vehicle.3. The only process which appeared seamless, was the return. I recommend when renting from this location, you bring attitude, because thats all you get at this location. Wish I could give it ZERO STARS!

My spouse and I have been trying to pay our bill for two days but nobody seems to work at that location? The number on the website is dead, the number my local location gave me went to the exotic car place at CLT, which was by far and away the closest weve gotten, and the number the exotic location gave us rings forever with no answer. Corporate hasnt been helpful, they gave us the dead number from the website.Before you rent from this location, consider walking.Update: I emailed them the information they asked for within five minutes of this response and they havent gotten back to me. Go figure.Update 2: Its been a full week since weve returned the car and this is still not resolved.

For the most part my experience was good! Easy pick up and easy drop off. The only issue I faced was when I tried to extend our reservation, and change drop off locations (due to colonial pipeline issue changing our plans last minute), customer service kept telling me I would receive a call from enterprise to confirm updated reservation but I never received that call. After a few days of waiting for the call, we ended up cancelling that request and sticking to original reservation plans. Not ideal but obviously the whole southeast was dealing with a major issue so understandable. Just wish a call would have been given to at-least deny the request and explain why so we weren’t last minute trying to resolve our travel plans.

Its what I call push button service.As my flight was cancelled and I was a day late getting in to pick up the car, I called Enterprise. No answer, and it does not answer, ever. It didnt matter, they did not care. I guess Im getting old, I think, what if there is a problem? Figure it out, just get the car back I guess. So Enterprise is now part of Alamo and National? Nobody at the Enterprise desk in Charlotte at pickup, the guy sitting behind the Alamo sign checked me in. Out to the cars, nobody there. Girl comes over, says pick a car in this row, and go out thataway. Back in olden times we used to walk around the car together, check it out, any questions. Drive to the exit, check out lady none to happy when I say what about those small dents. She explains if its smaller than a dollar bill... The only thing I care about is not having an issue at return. At return, lots of people at that point, instantly a total$ pops up on his machine, does that look right? goodbye. Its a push button world, everywhere. Go to Avis, go to Hertz, (at least while theyre around), go to Alamo, go to National all the same. I think the problem is with me, not Enterprise. I will rent with Enterprise in the future, there is no difference.

The checking in and out process was very speedy. Enterprise employees were professional, courteous, and very pleasant. The car had been well cleaned and was in good working order.The renter before me had smoked in the car. I did not realize this until I turned the air conditioner on and didn’t circulate outside air. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and had a terrible attack of hay-fever. I would like to have been told about the previous renter and warned about the cigarette smoke.

Too much bad stuff to say. Drove 1.5 hours to pick up a car after I was told by roadside assistance it would be ready. Then was told when I got there that they didnt have a trade-out for me and would not have one until the next morning. Nobody cared. I had to drive another 1.5 hours home and go back the next morning, another 1.5 hours. Thats not counting all the phone calls I had to make to roadside assistance to get the mess straightened out. I could add more, but I think you get the point. Really poor service. I wouldnt even rate it 1 star if I didnt need to only to leave a review.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car just made sure I had an awesome vacation and visit to my family for a high school graduation!! I was misinformed about certain details for my rental, but they were still able to get me the vehicle that I really really wanted!! I had a blast visiting my family and enjoying my Ford Mustang convertible!!! Next time, I definitely know what to do to be prepared, but Im so happy they were understanding and made sure I had a GREAT VACATION!!! THANKS :-)

I have had many good experience with Enterprise and no regrets but recently I rented the Mazda cx5 car for a week and the car supposed to be smoke free but it is not. After started driving I was able to sense the smoking smell which is intolerable. I would have expected Enterprise always do the quality check and provide the smoke free cars to the customers.

I had an issue with Alamo when I was unable to call and renew my car rental on the assigned date. Alamo told me there was no other option than to take the car directly to an airport Alamo counter, any of which were hours out of our way. I tried a Hail Mary and stopped by the Enterprise counter at Charlottesville and lucked onto the manager, Donnie. He went out of his way to call Alamo and do his best to sort it out for us. My deepest gratitude to Donnie for saving us what would have been a horrendous waste of one of the final days of our vacation!!

Enterprise is usually far better than my most recent experience. I booked a car through Alamo (sister company) because my enterprise account was locked out but being it’s the same company I assumed, it wouldn’t be an issue. When I went to pick up the car, they did not have the class that was advertised and that I paid for. So that reservation was cancelled and I used my Enterprise reservation.Since I had trouble with the original agreement, adjustments were suppose to be made. No adjustments were made to the 729.00 bill that I was charged in which enterprise authorized x 2.I have requested to speak with management at this location for over 4 days. No one has contacted me. I even reached out to the “Area Manager” Andrew, and no response. So I’ll just keep leaving bad reviews until I feel thy respect my business and properly close my rental.How can you allow an issue to go on for almost a week and not have communication with the customer ? I don’t know what area this guy is managing but it must be Charlotte plus Pluto and Neptune.

My experience with checking in and obtaining my vehicle at an airport was the fastest Ive ever had. I appreciated the option to choose the vehicle I wanted from the class I paid for. 4 stars because the vehicle was damaged; i.e. rubber hanging off window and the brake light taped up in the window. This, of course, didnt really affect my experience but I wouldnt expect to receive a rental from Enterprise that looked like this because their quality of service regarding their vehicles is usually top notch.

Used Enterprise flying in Charolette. That was a great experience. My first time giving them a try instead of the place Ive been brand loyal to. Then I tried them again in small town called Aiken SC. They didnt have the car I reserved and then offered me a pickup truck. I told them I needed more inside room traveling with family. They offered me a 4 Runner instead of the full size car but at a cost of $60 extra a day.First time Ive ever been charged for an alternate vehicle when the car I reserved was unavailable. Guess I wasnt missing anything being brand loyal. Disappointing.

I rented a car at the Charlotte international airport, the rental process was very fast (I arrived close to midnight). When I got to the car pick up area I was offered a nice 2020 Toyota Corolla, the car was clean and didnt have any damage. The car didnt smell inside and all equipment was in good working condition, except there was an alert message to take the car for service. Upon return I was ale to deliver the car in less than 5 min, I got my invoice and i was on my way to the terminal. Excellent service, clean, fast, honest, I recommend them.

The car was very expensive. That is fine. Supply and demand. However the person checking us in at the counter in Charlotte gave the hardest sell for the extra insurance I have ever had. She was getting mad at me for not taking the extra insurance. She asked me no less than 3 times until I told her that I didnt appreciate the hard sell. If this is how enterprise is going to try to make up for lost revenue due to covid, I will use another car rental company.

On Saturday 04/24/2021 The first car I was given smelled like cigarettes and even had a big whole from a cigarette burn in the driver seat. Didn’t even put the key in the ignition and asked a staff member to help me address the issue and he just said “talk to that guy over there” had to wait 20 min for Mr Manager Rude to say what you want and not acknowledge anything but just ask one of his staff “go swap him”. Then I was given a car with the rear right tire about to blow up on me. See the picture. I am making sure my employer who has 50k + employees uses more Hertz.

The whole process was beyond easy. I made reservations online. I printed my reservation and flight information. So make your life easier and avoid looking through emails and walk-up with your information. The only thing that bothered me is that I would call the number given to me on the reservation, and it didnt work, and come to find out, they use a 1-800 number that wasnt provided on any of my papers. But besides that slight annoyance of not being able to call and verify everything was great.

My family just landed here and went to get a car that was reserved a month in advance. I am a enterprise plus member have been one all through out my military career. I arrived to the counter and had the worst experience ever, My wife showed The reservation and the return flight ticket as requested. And was asked to put a $400 dollar deposit on top of the rental price. I returned my contact that was emailed and it quotes Below. I was prepared to pay the 20% of the cost. Not the $400 deposit plus29%. Now we have to take shuttle and suck with no car for a week.RENTAL AUTHORIZATION AND DEPOSIT AMOUNT -Disembarking passengers will be asked to provide a credit card or debit card with funds to cover the cost of the rental plus 20%. Renters without a ticketed return travel itinerary will need to provide a credit card to cover the cost of rental plus 20% and an additional $400. Debit cards are only accepted at the time of rental if accompanied by a ticketed return flight itinerary.Money orders and prepaid cards are not acceptable forms of security deposit but may be used to pay any balance due at the end of the rental.  Cash is not accepted.

I reserved a car on-line at the Charlotte, North Carolina airport. As I was visiting N.C. and looking for homes, I needed to be sure that I had navigation, which I also reserved as part of my reservation. Upon getting to N.C. and the Enterprise desk, I was informed that they did not have any navigation systems. I asked what I thought was an obvious question: so, why did the Enterprise site list navigation as an option and allow me to book this service/option? The gentleman then explained that they really only have a couple of adjunct plug in systems and they dont have any now. This was disappointing as I an navigationally challenged and I have a cell phone service which is largely unreliable. The gentleman also explained that my phone would connect to the car without any issues and I did not need to program anything. So. . . off I went to retrieve a car.When out in the garage, a woman assisted me by pointing to a row of cars and telling me to enter any one that I wanted; check it out for defects; and drive it to the kiosk. I thoroughly inspected one car; got my luggage all situated; and when I went to start the car the SERVICE light came on. I had to unpack the car and hunt-down the Enterprise employee who pointed me to a row of cars (not the finest customer service to say the least. I would like to know what one gets paid to point people to rows of cars all day). So, the same woman pointed me to another car indicating that it had just been washed so, it should be fine. (Ummmm, call me silly, but a car being wet does not mean that it is fine).This second car was o.k.; however when I drove to the exit kiosk I had to ask the gal in that booth to assist in connecting my cell phone to the car as it indeed did not magically connect as the first gentleman assured me it would. To this gals credit she spent a fare amount of time trying to assist, but ended up saying that she would need to call someone who should be able to help. (Note: this gal made the 3rd Enterprise employee with whom I had to interact and yet I still was no closer to receiving the navigational services that I needed prior to the month before when I booked everything with Enterprise). As I already had people waiting for me at the location to which I needed to arrive, I had to get on the road. Long/Short, I managed to get where I needed to be; however, it was challenging and a lot of stress when I had already spent the time to make sure that I reserved the goods and services that I knew I would need, ahead of time.1) Enterprise really needs to update the internet to reflect the goods/services that are/are not available.2) A little more customer service training would go a long way to helping people feel better about entering a strange vehicle and getting on the road with a company asset.

We rented a vehicle in Boston, Ma and were pleased with it. We rented a vehicle in Charlotte, NC and we were less than pleased with it. We rented a midsize SUV and only after we drove several miles did we discover a strong cigarette odor and that the car interior was dirty. When we picked up the car it was in a dark garage and the lack of cleanliness was not observed. When we got to Lexington, NC, I called the local Enterprise office and told them my concerns. They offered to scrub the air and clean the vehicle but I would have to go to High Point, NC to get a similar vehicle. I went to High Point but they did not have a similar vehicle available and they also offered to scrub the air and clean the vehicle. Because we had a family commitment, we elected to take the vehicle to the Lexington office the following morning. When the Lexington office observed the vehicle they immediately told us that we could not drive the car because it had bald tires. They replaced the vehicle with a minivan. When we returned to Charlotte and I told them what had happened they canceled all charges for both vehicles from Charlotte and Lexington. I appreciate their action, but Enterprise needs to improve the condition and checking of all their vehicles before putting someone in possibly a dangerous situation especially with worn tires and a car with a terrible odor.

The worst customer service. I rented a car and the tire exploded on the highway going 65 mph. After installing the donut in the 95 degree weather. The corporate office stated that I needed to take the vehicle to the airport location Charlotte Douglas International to get switched out for a similar vehicle. When arriving at the airport location I was told by the Manager Mr. Stoner that I would be downgraded to a older car and that he would not switch me out for something that I reserved and paid for He didnt want to loose any of his good inventory and he had 400 reservations waiting for SUVs. He said my best bet was to take it to Firestone to get a new tire installed. I called all the Firestones in the area and they didnt have a open slot to repair a tire. I was supposed to be on vacation but instead I was taking a rental car to get repaired. This was such a inconvenience to me and my family. I will never forget this occurrence and how I was treated. Thank you Firestone Tire.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 4601 Lassen Ln, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 have some employees who give poor customer service. Some of the employees are so quick to tell you, what they can not do, instead of assisting the customer to resolve the issue. The employee at the 4601 Lassen Lane location, told me she cant accept the return. However, Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 3455 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 gave me excellent customer service by accepting the rental.

Reserved a vehicle with Sirius and a GPS system. Upon arrival, the specific model requested was not available and they had to scramble to find something to meet what we requested and paid for, which took an hour. Ended up with a less preferable vehicle and a plug-in GPS system, plus Sirius took some additional remote access from customer support to activate. Overall, quite disappointing compared to earlier experiences wit Enterprise and very expensive for what it was. To the credit of the Charlotte rep, she worked really hard to help us under the circumstances. I realize there is a shortage of rental vehicles these days, but this could have been better managed given how far in advance the reservation was made. I the future, Ill probably just bring along my own portable GPS system or use the cell phone (which I prefer not to as the screen is small and needs some effort to place where it can be readily seen). Otherwise, the vehicle ran fine the entire time and the return procedure went quickly and smoothly, hence 3 instead of just 2 stars.

I had reservations at another car rental chain (Avis/Budget) which did not have my car available when I arrived. I went to Enterprise and they took care of me right away. At first they said they didnt have any vehicles available being the weekend, but the manager worked his magic and I had the vehicle I needed for the week, less than a half hour. I would have given 3 stars, but we were upgraded to a nicer vehicle after initial issues.We were originally supposed to get a normal sized suv. We had the pick of the litter, and chose the Ford Flex. My wife and I opened the doors to load our items, and discovered that the vehicle was filthy inside. There were crumbs everywhere, all over the dash, on the floor, and on the seats. There was gunk caked onto the center screen and large pieces of peanuts in the trunk. There was also sand everywhere. The seats also looked like they had been sat in for 200k+ miles, they were so worn.We asked for the vehicle to be cleaned, and we’re told the vehicles should not look this bad and we can either pick another vehicle or wait for this one to be cleaned. We looked at the other GMC Acadia next to this Ford and it looked just about as filthy.We said that we would wait until someone could clean, and with a little hesitation, the gentleman helping us said, take the Land Rover next to the Ford. We gladly accepted. But, I will say that once we started driving away, we noticed just how dirty this vehicle was as well. We used the 1 single Lysol wipe that we were given to clean to dash.This location has got to work on cleaning the vehicles At least a little more.

I rented a car at the Charlotte Airport and they only had two clerks working and they were each helping customers. There were three other parties in line in front of me. I waited about 30 minutes in line before I got to the counter. I was off to get my car in about 5 minutes. I was told were my car would be, got in and adjusted everything. There were two open exit and a bit of a traffic jam of cars wanting to get out. Finally another agent opened another line. I was able to get in that line and soon on my way.Checking in the car was a breeze. Everyone was polite.

This place 2 years ago was a great place to conduct business with. They used to take care of you in minutes and get you going fast. This past rental! It took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to get me going on my car. Is not the first time this happens. I rent from them very periodically when traveling the Southeast and the problem is apparently with this location only. Other locations haves me on my rental in minutes.

The car was dirty when I picked it up. Enterprise says they have enhanced sanitation practices & they leave a Clorox wipe and notice in the car noting these practices. I used their wipe to wipe down the steering wheel and it was filthy. I then used another wipe to wipe down other “high touch” areas and they were also dirty. The carpet had crumbs and car smelled as if it had been smoked in. The car had some pretty noticeable damage (missing reflector, dents, scratches) so I had to call customer service to ensure damage was annotated. Customer service was good, pick up/drop off easy. Mostly dissatisfied with the overall cleanliness of vehicle.

Vehicle was really dirty on the inside. Cup holders were gunky, interior windows had finger streaks everywhere, navigation screen wasn’t even wiped down, it was sticky. We had to stop by and buy an air freshener because the car smelled a little weird.

While attempting to return my car at the CLT Airport, a broken down vehicle was blocking the car rental return. While other companies, like Hertz, had staff assisting customers, there were no enterprise staff to help. Calling their Hotline, I was told they couldnt direct me to the local office and there was no help they could provide. Attempting to call the local office resulted in a busy signal and then abrupt disconnection.

Poor customer service. Picked car up from the CLT airport location at 7am. Employee did not walk around the car with me to assess for any damages, just told me do a quick walk around and keys are in the car and he walked away. The cars are parked in a dark garage, so I did a quick walk around and didn’t see any significant damages and went on my way. Return the car and then received a damage recovery claim for a scratch on the front panel that looks like someone keyed the car. Called to dispute and I’m told the scratch was not there when I picked it up. So, it’s dark, in a garage, no one walked around the car with me and I’m just stuck with a damage bill. They are going to say the damage was there to cover their employee who chose not to walk around the car to assess for damages. I have no proof, nor do I have any options but to pay the claim. Terrible customer service on their part!!!! I have been renting cars for years as a PLUS member and the first time no one walk around the car with me, I’m hit with a damage claim. Lesson learned!

The Chevy Malibu that they gave us was awful. It clearly had not been cleaned. The windshield had a round dirty circle from where someone had apparently attached something to hold their cell phone. There were water bottles both empty and half full under the seats. Although pick up and return was easy and painless, the cost for 6 days for this car was not a fair and just price. In the future, we will be sure to request something other than a Malibu.

I am a long time Enterprise customer. I recently rented a car at Charlotte Douglas Airport. The whole experience was not what I expected. No one walked with us to the car, they just pointed to the one we should take. It was filthy inside so we looked at other similar cars on the lot and took a different one, no one seemed to notice or care. The car we took was also filthy, inside and out. Food crumbs and stains on the seats, scratches on the exterior. I have another trip coming up and I will probably not use Enterprise this time.

Great experience with Enterprise ! Quick and easy pickup from destination airport. Received a really nice truck to drive for the week. Was told at pick-up there was a 750 limit on this vehicle. I explained this was a corporate account and Ive never encountered this issue before. She said they would waive the mileage restriction upon return. The best part at the weeks end I really needed to drop the truck at ATL so Enterprise really came thru. Made my res one way and waived the mileage restriction as I was told would happen. They went above and beyond to work with me. THANKS ENTERPRISE !!

I must say that this has been the least favorable experience Ive ever had with Enterprise Rental a Car ever. I usually rent from the Rock Hill, SC location but I had to use the CLT airport this time for the specific vehicle type I needed. The employees were polite and professional but the vehicle was TERRIBLE. I was told I was going to get to choose my vehicle (SUV) but was walked directly to the Nissan Armada. I was told repeatedly that it was new and I didnt get to see any other choices. There was an Expedition next to it but it was considered premium and didnt fall under my category apparently.The Armada bounced all over the road, the seats were very uncomfortable, which made my lower back and my gfs lower back sore. I did a little investigating the tire pressures were 42-43 psi on all 4 tires!! The suggested psi on the door and on the screen is 35 psi. I lowered it as best I could at a gas station on our 8.5 hour drive and it helped a little. Ive always liked Nissan but this was very disappointing. I give 3 stars because I was able to fit everyone in once we got to where we were going and also was able to squeeze all the stuff I picked up back in it on the return trip.I will say next time I will be more insistent on my available choices and I definitely wont rent that particular vehicle again. Prices are too high to just settle and deal with mess like that.

My last experience was bad. I had accidently left my planner in my rental vehicle at the Detroit Metro Airport facility. It is extremely important to me. I completed the lost and found process, have my referral number. However, I am not able to actually talk to anyone at the location. Everytime I call to check my status I get a corp number. I just want to actually talk with someone who works at the facility so that they can check the lost and found bucket and see if my planner is there !! The whole automated phone process is horrible. What happened to real people offer customer service ?

Rented a minivan for a week for over $1000 and I was not impressed. The van was dirty inside and out. Even had a spider web in the corner of the front window that had clearly been there for a long time with many dead bugs in it. So much for extra covid cleaning. As soon as I crunk the van, the change pill warning came on but the attendant told me not to worry about it and it would be ok. Overall it was over priced and dirty and we wont be renting from the airport enterprise again!

I have been trying to contact this rental agency at this specific location for 2 days. The phone is off the hook and is unable to complete the call. I have even went as far as trying to contact corporate finding specific details on drop off of rental which they had none. As well as contacting Alamo a partnered company of Enterprise holding corporation. The number listed and the number the customer service rep Rose gave me was automatically rerouted to corporate. From a customer service standpoint and a traveler this is absolutely unacceptable.

I have been using Enterprise Rent-A-Car for many years and will continue to use them. I recently used them back on July 9th, 2021-July 12, 2021 when I traveled to Charlotte, NC. Ive traveled to Charlotte a total of five times using Enterprise Rent-A-Car each time. That trip was the first that Ive done since the coronavirus pandemic and I was not happy with the rates to rent a car. Im assuming the coronavirus pandemic has a lot to do with it since this country was in a lock down months ago but the rates were 3X what they usually are when Ive used Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I wasnt happy about that. The price was so high that it was even higher than the times that I have added full cad insurance coverage at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I declined all car insurance this time.

We found ourselves in a spot at the airport recently, and needed to rent a car at the last minute. Some plans got cancelled at the very last minute before boarding a flight, and we needed a way to get home five hours away. The gentleman at the counter gave us a van for the price of a sedan, but when we got to it, it hadnt been cleaned. The service here was great, but the product was just not clean. It was comfortable and had a device for automatically paying tolls, so that was neat. I understand there was probably a quick turn around with the agent trying to help us out, so I dont want to ding then for a little dirt. The operation seemed to be efficient and smooth.

I recently rented a minivan from the Charlotte North Carolina airport. I saw that the vehicle le was dirty in the outside and commented the representative that it was dirty.. She said that their car washes are very good.. When I left the shaded parking area, I drove into the sun and realized that the front windshield was dirty inside/out making it extremely different to see.. I had to find a gas station so I could wipe down the window.. This is unacceptable. I usually have pretty good service and received clean vehicles from enterprise but not this time. These are times of COVID so I fully expect the cats to be extremely clean especially inside.. I think that there needs to be some quality control ..

Booked the rental online and pd for the insurance and flew into CLT from Las Vegas and they wouldn’t take my debit card even though the sign says debit cards accepted with proof of incoming and outgoing flight from CLT. Asked why I couldn’t use my debit card even though sign says you do. They said can’t do it if a North Carolina or South Carolina resident. Was so upset change the dang sign. And why it I could show I was flying out from Vegas and back to Vegas for work. And have been in Nevada since feb. seems like you should be able to use a card. Very disappointed .

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I booked a cargo van using the online system four days before pick up. I did the early online check in the day before. When I arrived the day of, they said they did not have cargo vans in this location and did not understand how I got around the system. I then asked them to help me find a cargo van at a different location and they were not able to help me because they did not have access to the National database. Poor customer service in correcting their mistake. They could have called their 1-800 number at least. I wasted time and gas and ultimately used a different rental company.

Very friendly people and efficient reservation system at this airport. Car was very clean and new as well. The only issue I have as both a National and Enterprise customer is cost. It seems Enterprise has boosted Nationals pricing, who they own, by 10 to 25% so more customers rent from Enterprise instead. Very strange, I like Nationals Emerald Isle setup so if thats the end goal just get rid of the National brand. I do look at other car rental companies now because of this.

I rented a premium car with enterprise and that is completely worst lots of sound coming from break pads and routers. I came here to switch out and they insisted to take me compact car. They can’t help me for a switch out and return even I did not use the car they charged me for one day. Even it is there fault.

Ive been an enterprise customer for the last 10 years and have always received great service. Unfortunately, when looking for my last rental I was informed by the enterprise agent that it was going to be $450 MORE if I rented from the airport (than the same span rental, with the same class vehicle that Ive made at other non-airport locations). When I asked why there was such a rate discrepancy, I was told that there are some rate differences. The airport is more of a tourist location so thats why they may be more expensive. Im sorry enterprise, not cool.Im sure the customer service at this location is great but their corporate policies are taking you for a ride. Im not sorry Ill be looking at another location for my next rental.

I am at the highest level of loyalty with Enterprise because I stick with a company when they reward me. But this franchise is terrible. NO need for Enterprise Corp..to follow up with me as they are useless. Lucky some franchises shine...this one does not.And as of course Enterprise Corp. responded but will do absolutely nothing as always. #enterprisefail
