Premier is excellent. Great staff and pleasant to work with. We just finished our backyard project and their quality of stone was quite phenominal. Not all stone is the same! In addition I cant thank Ruben Montes of Paversplus10 for doing a great artistic job redesigning our backyard. Premier Stone completed our master bath remodel after we had a pipe burst. We had a great experience at the onset with Joe. He was a great salesman and knew the tile options very well. He also had connections to get our shower glass and double granite counter top. All of this was fantastic but that is where it ended. He used contractors to have our tile installed - floor, shower, and wall. Within weeks of completion, small cracks began to appear in many of the grout lines. He was responsive and came out and “corrected” the issue by putting some type of putty in the lines. I knowing that this was a temporary fix, we went on but of course had the same issue crop up months down the road. Joe was unwilling to make it right. As a result, we know have awful cracks in the majority of our grout line and in our shower. The craftsmanship and response will never allow me to recommend Joe and his company. Buyer beware!Yes, the job was over five years ago and we let you know within weeks that many of the grout lines had cracked. Should a good craftsmanship tile job result in cracks within the first month of install? I think not! You did have a contractor come out and Band-Aid the job when we brought the issue to your attention within the first month (so your response that you didnt know there was an issue is false) and when the lines cracked again within another month you sent your contractor to try to band-aid the issue and smooth things over while basically telling my husband to go kick rocks in not so many words. Yes, we were remodeling our bathroom due to a busted pipe, as Im sure many homeowners do. When the pipe busted we immediately remediated the situation with a qualified remediation company and dried the subfloor fully and followed all of their protocol. If there was a problem with our surface, I would expect a good quality company to alert a customer prior to the tile installation. You never once mentioned a concern with our surface. If you would have indicated a concern with our surface, we would have certainly taken the necessary steps you recommended to have a beautiful tile job that would have lasted for many years to come. Now I just get to see the wasted money and disappointment of a remodel gone wrong.

They offer an amazing product and staff that is accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The prices were reasonable and the selection unmatched. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to working with them on future home projects!

I have to say that I was very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness, enthusiasm for my project from this company and its employees. I know its not their normal thing to do but one of their employees, Jazsmin even brought a sample of stone to Cary North Carolina on her way to a family event. I cant recommend them any more highly to any friend or family. Thank you again for everything.

We love our new outdoor kitchen! Premier Stone recommended AOG (American Outdoor Grill) appliances and were so glad they did! Unbelievable quality at an affordable price. We chose Premier Stone for our outdoor patio project. Joe and his team were just fantastic. They came out and took the entire yard and house into consideration before presenting their recommendation and design. We went with Rainbow Select for the travertine, and wow does is look beautiful! Works perfectly with the look the house and the patio layout and fire pit make the best use of our outdoor space. Thrilled!!
