This was the “great” hair cut I received, did not realize how terrible it was until I came home and my wife gasped, The hair dresser let me tip her and walk out of the establishment with this hair cut. How did they fix after my wife called to complain. They invited me back, to wait 30-40 minutes after already waiting for my first hair cut. This is terrible and I advise anyone else not to go there to be butchered. I walked out I will never ever return to this location again.

I had my first haircut at this place with Montanna, it was a great experience overall. I really liked my hairstyle. I believe that because it was the first time I went there I was given the MVP service, which was pretty good, other than the hair cut you get your hair washed after the haircut and a quick back massage with a massage gun sort of thing. Ill definitely come back and suggest this place to friends and business associates

We always have a wonderful experience when we come to Sports Clips. We always schedule with Shannon because she is a great stylist! She takes time to listen to what my kids tell her about their hair and how they’d like it cut. She gets it right every time! The place is clean and we always get in and out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Shannon!

Hands down the absolute worst place to get a hair cut. After complaining I did recieve an e mail from the manager( Montana ). After reading, it made sense why it was so terrible there.Effort was there but wow how can someone not spell and yet be in charge. Save your money and go anywhere else!

Professional cut with a positive attitude. A BIT on the expensive side for a mens cut but you get what you pay for. Better than looking like you got hit in the head by a landscaping crew.

I received a haircut this afternoon and was greeted at the door by friendly employees that patiently explained the newly implemented precautions they are taking due to covid. Client masks are required and were provided at the door if needed. While I was receiving my haircut another customer entered the store refusing to wear a mask and was asked to leave the store. I was amazed at the cleanliness and the professionalism the employees showed, as I am high risk this immediately made me feel at ease in this environment. I was also extremely satisfied with the quality of my haircut and will defiantly be returning in the future! I highly recommended location 5/5!

I went in this morning after being referred by someone else. I do have a barber I like nearby, but I said lets give it a try. I only waited like 15-20 min which wasnt bad considering it was one barber in the building for most of it. Once it was my turn, I was taken care of by Tameka (I believe that was her name). She was nothing short of friendly, and was just absolutely wonderful. The haircut turned out perfect, and then the hot towel and shampoo massage were a very pleasant surprise. Knocked down my stress levels a bit. A very big thank you to Tameka for a job well done. Definitely will be back again!

I really like it when the barber/hairstylist takes their time with cutting my hair. I can usually determine if it will be a good haircut or a not so good haircut depending on whether they seem annoyed with work and cant wait to go on break. I always go to sports clips and I usually go to different locations to see if one does it better. Im not entirely picky about my hair, but theres usually some mistake. Ive had to get better at telling them to fix an issue before I get up from the chair because attention to detail isnt always a strong suit among the stylists.

They keep notes on what you like. Have never had a bad experience. And while you wait you have plenty of sports!

First time coming to a sport clips. I’ve always gone to great clips however I’ve had two bad experiences. So I wanted to try this place out. The environment of this place is awesome! The staff is very nice and welcoming. They take their time and don’t rush, that’s probably the greatest part. I’d rather pay a couple dollars more and have the stylist take more time instead of rushing. Definitely have my business from here on out.

I had an excellent experience here. Even more so than the other sports clips I’ve been to. I was helped quickly even with long lines. My stylist was super friendly and seemed very dedicated that I walk out looking amazing, which I appreciate. She even gave me some tips on how to keep my hair how I want and didn’t bombard me with sales pitches, just for one useful product for my beard that I asked about. The atmosphere was great and the employees all seemed to be having a good time at work which is nice to see. This will be my haircut place from now on.

Quality service at reasonable prices

Stylists are good, but I have never, not once in 5 tries, been seated at the time I was scheduled. Once it went 30 minutes beyond the time, and I had been waiting 10 minutes already. I gave up going because of the wait and lack of prompt service. They need to work on their time estimates and NOT seat walk ins until after an online registration time has passed

Only going to sports clips has given me some insight on the fact that not all sports clips are equal, this location takes the experience to the next level. This was our first visit to sports clips we were referred by another customer. We had the privilege of being taken care of by Rachel B as we were told by a good friend to request her. She is AMAZING! My son is a picky young man and a bit shy and she made him feel so comfortable and his cut is fantastic. We will return and I will be sure to request Rachel B!

Was a longtime customer at Great Clips bit after many issues with the result after my haircut I needed a new place. First impression was wow there are TVs everywhere! The staff was very friendly and polite and the MVP treatment was top notch. I have 0 problem paying for a good haircut and at $30.00 for a cut and beard trim I was very happy. My new hairstylist will be Daviyona at this location!!!!

I asked my husband if the place he goes tu cut his hair does cut for women.Latoya was the person who cut my hair and she realized an excellent plus job (I wanted the same cut and I was afraid she couldn’t do it). I took my son there for the first time. Montana took care of him. She spent time with him on washing his hair properly (most boys don’t) and how to use product in his hair. She also recommended cutting his hair a little shorter than he believed he wanted. Of course the hot towel and massage is a plus, but he actually said in the car on the way home,” I am never going anywhere else and I always want her. “

My 8 year old son had his first haircut here because I consistently heard how good they were .... so I decided to give them a try after many bad haircuts for my son. Little did I expect the first time treatment of massage, hot towel. and shampoo. WOW! Plus, Im happy to say, it was a good haircut.... finaly found a good place.

I should have known to walk out once I seen 3 people leave with horrible cuts. Couldnt fade or blend. Had beautiful hair on the top of my head, now im down to a half inch of hair, because I had to have them cut it all off due to it being so messed up. I was a gentleman and still paid. But I felt like going to jail over this haircut. if you cant cut hair, find a different career. DONT MESS WITH A MANS HAIR! Wish I had a picture to show you how nice it use to look... NEVER AGAIN!!!

We had made a mistake by going to a competitor and my 7 year old son walked out with hair looking like he cut it his self. (No joke!)My wife decided to try Sports Clips of Rivergate and they not only fixed his hair, they managed to gain a 7 year old fan! He loved the chair massage, shampoo, and the tattoo afterwards. I would recommend the Rivergate location anytime. Thank you Sport Clips for making his experience kid friendly.

There was a short wait for a Sunday morning. Everyone said hello and was very friendly. My stylist, Sharon, was personable and not overly chatty (which is a good thing for me). I have no complaints and I will be back!

First time there and their were 2 women working..both very nice and respectful and the cosmetologist that did my hair did a excellent job that sounds a lot from me because my hair grows in six different directions and if its not cut right it sticks up like a rooster when I wake up LOL but yeah I would recommend them tell anybody

This was the first time I have had my hair cut at this location. When I walked it I was immediately greeted and I instantly felt at home. Donna cut my hair and my wife actually liked it this time. They also give a discount to veterans. Overall I was very pleased.

Julia did a great job. Was personable and easy to talk to. Hair looks great today and the MVP experience was top notch - excellent and relaxing scalp massage.I also note that Daviyona (sp?) did an excellent job with a child next to us - she handled all his questions and constant talking with patience and energy - you could tell she cared!

I came into the shop with the intention of changing my hairstyle to something new and relevant. The stylist did a wonderful job of styling my hair and teaching me the best way to maintain the look. Plus the MVP is always SO relaxing.

Im really picky when it comes to get a haircut but Montana exceeded my expectations. Exactly what I wanted and she was very thorough explaining everything about my hair. The fort mill location gives me a good haircut while I prefer to not go to other locations due to my disappoint in my haircut being rushed. If I am going to pay for my hair to get cut, it should be a more fun experience when i am getting charged around $25 with tip.

Went to this location when Montanna transferred from the Rock Hill old York road location. Shop was extremely clean and very open which was nice. As always I received an excellent cut from Montana and look forward to coming to this location from now on. Great job!

I was around the areaI stopped in for a haircut, my hair isnt easy to cut but after you find the right stylist you always go back. I drive right at 52 miles and have no problem doing so. Liz is my stylist & she does a very professional job. ALWAYS a great cut !
