Clean, quick, really good COVID-19 safety protocols, hair dressers were nice and haircut was good

Nothing great but not bad. I was kind of surprised at the price of a haircut here as I normally go to Great Clips which is significantly cheaper. I didn’t see much of a difference in my experience to make it worth the extra $5 for a haircut. Staff is friendly and the location is convenient.

This was the absolute worst haircut ever. My mom and I had a haircut at this location. Hairdressers were very rude and they were in a rush even though the salon was empty (not surprised as to why). I understand you get what you pay for but there should be a standard. These people look like they dont know what theyre doing and look like housewives. Supercut would be better off if they just hire housewives. Also, they werent wearing masks.

No reason at all to go to any fancy salon. This place offers great cuts for a great price.

Always take good care of my kids (6 & 8) here. Super patient with my boy who is ticklish with the clippers.

Literally the absolute worst place asked for a medium skin fade and sat down and left all within 5 minutes and they had the audacity to charge me 15 dollars for an uneven cut and terrible finish.

I love this salon because of its super fun and friendly staff, who always offer a bottled water and remember me by name. Brandon not only gives a great haircut but is always professional and entertaining. He is the best stylist I’ve ever had which is why I drive all the way across town for a haircut. Also, he takes a lot of time with me and never makes me feel rushed. I would highly recommend this salon and ask for Brandon!

Brenda did an amazing job cutting my hair and she gave me advice on how to take better care. She was very gentle while doing my eyebrows as well. The salons environment is very relaxed and welcoming. I highly recommend going and seeing for yourself.Prices are pretty standard and they have a decent selection of products as well.

Terrible haircut. If you are a guy getting any type of haircut outside of a buzz cut, go spend the money somewhere else. Went here one time and it will certainly be my last. 10 minute haircut and cut and cut way too short - despite best efforts to deliver the message to simply do a trim.

I know its Supercuts, but the staff here are always super nice and Ive always gotten a good haircut. I cant speak for womens cuts, but as a guy, Ive always gotten a good haircut here and the prices are good.

Apparently if Brandon isn’t there, and you’re a fair skin guy like me.. they’re unable to cut your hair. And they’ll tell you to wait outside bc of “Covid” just to tell you they’re unable to cut your hair. Frankly bc they don’t want to mess it up. Thanks guys. Nice work.

Brandon takes his time and is one of the best in the city for fades. Dont be scared of the chain in this instance.

Ive been going to this location since they opened last year. By far the most well managed Supercuts location in Charlotte. As a guy, I like to have a guy cut my hair and Brandon has done an AMAZING job every single time. Hes great with helping you try out a new style, and gets you exactly what you want every time. Between the great cuts from Brandon and the atmosphere of the shop (you can literally have a beer while you get cut) I wont get my hair done anywhere else. Go see Brandon .. you wont regret.

I Always go here for a quick haircut. It’s definitely at a great price point and I always get what I need done. The staff are super kind and a very convenient location when I need to get other errands done.

Always check ahead of time who is working and then request Earl or Brandon. You really cant go wrong with either of them - Ive never been the least bit disappointed walking out of there after seeing one of them. Ive been going to Earl exclusively for the past year. He really takes his time and does everything right. If he ever leaves Ill have to find out where he went to because I know that no other stylist or barber would be as good.

I have been going to this salon since it opened. It is always clean and the staff are friendly. I started going to this Super Cuts when it opened because Jennifer Garrett works there. Jennifer has been my hair stylist for approximately 12 years and I recently encouraged my husband to go see her. He was very pleased with his haircut. i highly recommend her to anyone needing a hair cut or color. She is very easy going and willing to meet the needs of her customers.

Brandon is by far the best of the best. Check in online and request him; you wont regret it. If you are a male wanting a modern cut, hes your guy. Fading, lines, etc. Hes the man. Highly recommend him.

Got a great cut here! Was a little nervous going the first time because I assumed they did pretty much all mens cuts but Earl did my hair and gave me a bob based on a picture I showed him and I love it! He did such a great job- I get compliments pretty much every day! Whenever they ask me who did my hair, I tell them Earl at Supercuts!

I’ve been going to Supercuts for over 20 yrs. and always been very happy with my results. Always greeted as I walk in and very friendly atmosphere and clean work areas. Their great with children too.

Go in for a quick trim 30 minutes before closing and am told they won’t be able to get to me in time... with one guy ahead of me, getting an equally simple haircut. Open until 8pm means open until 8pm.

Naydene is amazing!! After a sour visit there 3 weeks ago,( by a stylist that shouldnt be in the industry) She gave me the haircut I ask for and went above and beyond. Her and Brandon are Rock stars!! I recommend Naydene and Brandon for A1 service and a great cut. Thank You

This Supercuts location is very efficient and conveniently located next door to Publix. If you’re in the area, even if your not, you should stop in to see Earl Dobbins. You’ll walk out with the exact style you’re looking for. The time he has put into his craft shows every time I sit in his chair. After my second time in his chair, I decided that he’ll be my permanent hairstylist. THANKS EARL!

And does a great job on my haircut. When Brandon is not in the shop I will wait for him to come in the shop because I love the way he takes his time and cuts my hair just the way that I asked him. Got a haircut here and woke up the next day with a staph bacteria infection on my scalp! This has never happened to me before. I went to the doctor, and they said the cause was probably from an improperly sanitized razor at this location. They recommended that I not go back to this Supercuts. I will never go back!

Brandon is my barber there. He has been cutting my hair for over a year. Always professional but entertaining. I have never once been less than 100% impressed with his work. He is an artist with clippers and scissors.

Recently went to Supercuts and there is a stylist there by the name of JeLisa. she is absolutely excellent with cuts, by taking the time necessary time to ensure everything is how you like it. She also does perfect fades if youre in the military!!

Ive been coming to Brandon for a few months and hes always done great work. Hes consistent and he takes his time. You dont get the feeling that hes just trying to get you out fast so he can grab another client. This location is nowhere near my house but Ill keep coming back.

Received a haircut a few days ago and was not happy with it so I called them over the weekend and asked if they could do an adjustment. They said yes and asked me to come over.I didn’t appreciate how I was treated during my visit. 1) As soon as I walked in, introduced myself and tried to explain why I was there the store manager cut me off abruptly and asked to me sit down; 2) A few minutes later when he was ready to cut my hair he signals me from one end of the room with his index finger to come over; 3) And finally when I do sit down for the haircut he starts to interrogate me by saying “if you didn’t like the haircut, why didn’t you come in sooner?”. I explained that I couldn’t come in sooner due to work. He then proceeded to say “At least you could have called and told us!”. He seemed to question my motives with every response I provided and it just got worse after that...I can’t remember the last time I had to go back to a salon for an adjustment. And if this is how I am going to be treated the one time I do need them to make it right, then I would rather not go to them at all. He did make the adjustment to my hair but had I known this is how I would be treated, I would have gone elsewhere and paid the money for a second hair cut.Very unprofessional. I will never go here again!

I got Shareena and she decided to give me a shaved part, (even after I told her to leave it all on the top, and just trim the sides). It was so CROOKED and patchy that I wound up shaving my head a week later. I will never return here.

I would not recommend this as somewhere to get womens hair cut. I went in for a simple cut and came out a nightmare. both sides of my head were uneven and cut completely differently around my face. I do not remember the girls name who cut my hair but she had red hair. I had to find another near by salon (that cost me another $70) to fix my hair which resulted in another 2 inches being cut off to make it look somewhat normal. It looked like a toddler cut my hair and I am not picky about my hair and do not do anything fancy with it! I did not say anything to the girl cutting it for fear that more would be cut off. you know its a bad haircut when you go back to work afterwards and your coworkers say it is bad!The location was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly the haircut was just horrible.

Stopped by this place after getting a terrible $200 haircut at a different salon and they ruined my hair. I have super thick hair and asked for layers, but instead came out looking like I was wearing a bad wig with long pieces hanging out of the bottom. I refused to wear anything but a pony tail. Im so sad I cant remember the name of the sweet sweet magician at Supercuts who fixed me up. He is from Fayetteville like me and we vibed on that. Now I look wonderful all thanks to his magical fairy hands, Im walking around like a super model. Thank you!!!!

First off your hours posted on line are not the hours they are open. Wasted time and gas on my part, so goes without saying I WILL NEVER TRY TO GET MY HAIR CUT HERE AGAIN!!! Nasty people working there too sweeping hair out the front door on the sidewalk ( shows lazyness of people this day and time). Rude workers just look at you and wait to say we are closed after you stand there for at least 3 minutes. Never ever will I be back!!!!!

Got my hair cut a few days ago and I am very disappointed. I got an angled bob and it is so uneven all the way around. The right side is an inch longer than the left side in the front. I cant believe that the stylist didnt check it at the end. Now I have to figure out where to find the time to get it fixed...

Male equivalent to a day spa for less than $20I saw this place when I first moved to Camden Southline and thank god I did! I came in the next day and got one of the best hair cuts Ive ever had, Brandon Locklear was pro and so smooth with the straight razor. Awesome value and I will always recommend Brandon to anyone new to Charlotte. A great experience for a guy to do while his wife/girlfriend is getting a manicure or pedicure. Cool little spot to get a haircut/trim, but the cool experience was getting the blade shave with the hot towel finish. The music is always bumpin and I love the music, the chairs. Go see Brandon Locklear, he is a great Master barber.

They dont understand the concept of phone reservation! I called and asked for the reservation and they said no need and I can walk there in 30 mins! I walked in and checked in and after 20 mins waiting I was told 4 others are before me!
