Planned the day around getting my 3 year old hair cut at 230pFor the barber to ask me at 1p to come at 245p…. I get there at 240p and there’s someone already in the chair (no big deal) I assumed we were next.The barber finish up that person took a little break then put someone else in there chair.So now I have an antsy 3 year old asking to “go bye bye “ I take my nephew to go outside and run around why we are waiting.Once the barber finishes the 2nd person…. The barber goes on around break and don’t say anything to me. ( not a sorry for the delay …I’ll be right with you or nothing)So I left what a waste of a day. I understand things happen and people run behind but an HOUR. For a 3 year old hair cut !!!!!To add fuel to the fire I messaged the barber first asking were they ready… then stated nevermind I’m leaving for them to just read the message. Once again no apology. Today level of professionalism is horrible

Mike is a great barber, such a nice and friendly guy.

A nice clean barbershop with some excellent and friendly barbers that know their stuff and understand how to cut your hair. I always get Mike to cut my hair and he never fails to get me right. The wait time is not long either for walk-ins.

Best barbershop in town. Cleanest, nicest looking shop on all of Charlotte. Any barber in the shop can cut. If you happen to walk in ask for Joe, hell get you a barber that will make you look like a million bucks when its all said and done.
