I have used them for years and year for my customer that need to be towed to our shop. Great customer service. If you get your car or truck impounded, and come in there with a bad attitude, you will find that they do not put up with it. just remember you are the one that parked it were it did not belong.

Worst service I’ve ever receive from any place in my life. I wish I can tell y’all how their appointments are booked on how they feel...this is not a 9am-6pm operation. I am not sure who the woman I was speaking with but clearly she is not qualified to do customer service. Maybe she is miserable (just how everybody is stating) but that has nothing to do with the people that are coming to you. I took pictures just in case something shady would happen. *TAKE PICTURES* Clearly I get that every customer that comes into this place will be upset...still professionalism gets your far in this “business” she speaks of. UNPROFESSIONAL. I pray no one has to deal with what I had to deal with today.

I was ticketed and towed within 25 minutes of parking in a lot. I had an expired parking pass (my fault). I call and they said I was towed for overdue parking fines of 150 dollars...exactly the fine that they slapped on my truck before they towed it. Not much time to see or pay the fine! I get out of my class at 10:00pm and the towing lot is closed. I have to get a ride 30 minutes home. S and R doesnt open until 8am so I take time off work in the morning to pick my truck up. I call first and Im told the truck is there and can be picked up. I get a 30 minutes ride there and the building is empty. I call again and someone says they will be at the office in 15 minutes. What?!? Guy arrives and says credit card machine is down, no problem because I brought a check too. They dont accept personal checks. He points me to a bank down the road, but warns me that he cant provide change. Goodness! Despite all the struggles, the people were polite and it was my fault for having an expired pass.

Absolute worst towing company out there, they charge out the butt for their prices! And the customer service is horrible, don’t know who raised these people to talk to other people the way they do. Good luck if your car gets towed by them! Also the lady that answers the phone won’t help or meet you to get the car unless it’s on her time!! STAY AWAY FROMTHIS COMPANY!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!

Car towed? It could end up here but that is a good thing

The lady that answers the phone at this business named “Lisa” is unavailably disrespectful and rude in the way that she communicates with people. I understand that this is a towning company and often they have people’s cars hostage but that shouldn’t give her the right to treat people this way. After I got possession of my vehicle I called Lisa to discuss why she was being this way. She proceeded to tell me how old she was and how many years she had been in the business as if this was excuse for her attitude problem. Lisa must be unbelievably miserable in life for her to be running her business and talking to her customers the way that she does.

What can I say other than they illegally towed my car and then made me jump through hurdles to get it back. Crazy, man.

Worst company, the lady that runs it is a complete miserable old woman. They over charge for no reason what so ever. She has some sort of power issue with her. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
