Have used repair services for several years for three cars, two of them foreign. ( I no longer use car dealer for routine service checks) The auto repair arm of this business is excellent. The mechanics are well trained and pay attention to details and prioritize needed repairs for discussion so that I can make an informed decision to keep my vehicles in a safe operating condition. i strongly recommend repair and maintenance service and feel that when I leave I am driving a safe vehicle. Scott and Andy both offer great customer service including good communication.

Quickly serviced even with several others also in line. Went in for an oil change and asked for help loosening my lug nuts which were tightened too tight by the last place. Loosened my lugs without changing me anything extra. Wonderful staff and service.

This is my go-to for my annual inspection. Just had my inspection a fews days ago. Usually not a long wait and satisfied. This year though I wasnt pleased that the person behind the desk allowed a young man to come inside without wearing a mask, and he said nothing. Everyone wear your mask or stay outside. Mr. Inspection, say that to the next person who doesnt have a mask on. Protect your paying customers.

I get my personal and company vehicle inspected here because service is always fast. I know what to expect, and I have never been disappointed.

I can to to get a SIMPLE break job and the moment I drive out the parking lot my breaks sounds like metal on metal. I immediately called back and was advised that is was normal and to allow more time. The sound was worst after I let them work on my car. I came back a total of three times regarding this issue, and each time I was given a different reason for the sound. I took my car to a real mechanic and they advised me that the work that was performed on my car was a complete botch job. Please dont waste your money or time with these boys, just got to a better place. I would recommend Philips1 on hovis rd.

If you don’t want to get robbed or want your car fixed properly DO NOT GO HERE,got my brakes changed an they never stopped squeaking an they are still squeaking, got a oil leak fixed at the same time which my car is still leaking all for 377.00, what a freaking rip off, these people disgust me,anI find it very hard to believe that all your reviews are good, must be deleting the bad ones, which I know is plentiful, trust me people don’t even look at these crooks, go somewhere else for real service, have a good day😊

Couldn’t be bothered to take a fast look at a tire to let me know if it could pass inspection giving me some malarkey about it being illegal to perform parking lot inspections.Went to another location and they were more than accommodating and considerably more courteous.It’s not the first time I’ve gotten that shady feeling from this place, but it’s definitely the last time I visit.

I have needed front and rear shocks for a while, but felt like I was getting the run around everywhere else. These guys not only beat everyone else’s quotes, but went the extra mile giving me multiple options, colors, etc. They answered every question I threw at them and even followed up after the service to make sure I was completely satisfied...which of course, I am. I’m never one to write reviews, but would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get some work done on their vehicles.

This place is sketchy. Do not go here. They told me they couldn’t inspect my car after I gave them my keys and registration. There are other Mr. Inspections with higher ratings and better service around town. Choose one of those. No reason to go here.

For the last couple years I’ve bought my car, my girlfriends, and parents cars here. Today I’m waiting for my girlfriend to arrive with her vehicle and I decide to throw away a grocery bag that is in my car and one of the techs rudely says that “this isn’t a community garbage”. And I get it if I wasn’t a customer it would be rude to use someone’s trash but you never know who’s there for your service. I’m very disappointed so unfortunately I will be taking my cars else where. So I ended up leaving and will be finding someone else to inspect her car.

I go here to do my oil & filter change. It is a good place to go. They are very helpful in what you need and if you have a problem with your car they will check it out and tell you exactly what the problem is. Its not expensive either.

A complete rip off who charges 220.75 for a coolant temperature sensor change on a 2007 Hyundai ? And 148 just for labor? If i hadnt already missed 2 days of work I would have taken it else where. I already told them what the issue was and they quoted me 90 but apparently because they didnt trust that I knew what the issue was they ran an 80$ test but listed it under labor. Youre better off saving your money and going else where. Forget that they give you a fair price, they rob you just like every other mechanic.

Crazy expensive. Can get the same quality work done in the surrounding area shops for 25% - 40% cheaper.

Went with my sister to get an oil change, she has the gift of gabrielle as well, we met a lady and we gabbed the whole while, and lord and behold my gabbing had me talking to an older gentleman and it was a delight to hear his wisdom.

I bought a set of tires at Mr. Inspection and was totally pleased with installation service and was amazed at how much better my Dakota pickup rode on the new set that Scott recommended.

(Location on Lawyers Rd at Albemarle Rd)First of all the entrance door has a clear sign saying they close at 530. I arrived at 5 and they wont do my oil change. I said your sign on the door shows 5:30. On Google it shows you closing at 6. Both men said they were not aware of that. How long does an oil change take?? They said their mechanic was finishing for the day. They offered to fit me in the next day at 9am. The employee I spoke with had a very sarcastic smirk the entire time. I understand getting there after business hours or at close, but really? We go here all of the time but after I saw how they treat customers- forget it. I am certain of the location I went to. My husband uses them to change the oil on our car and SUV. There is no need to adjust this review any further. I dont make reviews lightly. I truly dont understand how the 2 men just sitting in the office and the one mechanic in the shop couldnt have done a simple oil change for me. Very frustrating and leaves me wondering why a business would treat me this way. All the other reviews and experiences on here were great, but my own was truly frustrating.

I bought my car there 8:30 am an sat around for 3hrs before the manager told me he couldnt get the part for my car cause company card was compromised an all this happened after I paid him an he had me sitting there for so long then told me to bring the car back sometime during the week until he fix his credit card he suck.

Poor customer service. I wasnt ever updated about the status of my car. Supposedly, they had to order a part. I was suppose to get a call from them with a status after leaving the car. No call. I had to call them. After having my vehicle with them for 6 hours. I was told they couldnt get the part until Mon. I went back to pick up the card and apparently the part hadnt even been ordered. When asked for an estimate of the cost of the part they had to look it up and hadnt even checked. My husband went back today & wasted a day of work to be told a different part had to be ordered. He stated the mechanic was smoking & on their cell( maybe ordering a part). Very disappointed. When I called back to ask about ordering the part I was spoken in a rude tone and asked to remove my poor review. I was supposedly to blame for not leaving the vehicle over the weekend. Despite the fact that I picked up the car 20 mins to close on Saturday, they are closed Sunday, and they had the vehicle Mon. Manager said he was in constant communication with his mechanic. To bad it wasnt with the customer.
