We have been going to Precision Automotive for nearly 10 years now and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The people there are honest and aren’t looking to swindle their customers. They don’t up charge for services and parts like dealerships and many other mechanics do. They do their best to fit you in as soon as they can so you can get back on the road. Originally we took our 2002 Thunderbird into the dealership and they gave us an out rages price and we knew that we could find somebody that was more professional and reasonable.After a little research I decided to call Percision Automotive and I was so pleased I did. Precision Automotive Services is an amazing mechanic shop. They perform great honest work, have a fair price and very friendly. I recently had an issue that some mechanics said would cost thousands to fix (dealers, chain shops and small shops), and it would have because no one could pinpoint what was wrong and why my car and why the check engine light stayed on. When I took it to Precision Automotive they were very willing to help me and really wanted to find and fix the problem. It took several visits to pinpoint the issue because of the vague engine code that the car was giving, but when they did find the source of the issue they showed me what was wrong and fixed the issue immediately. The issue ended up being a $80 dollar issue instead of a multiple thousand dollar issue and I have been check engine light free since! This is the best mechanic that you would ever want to deal with and I will continue to take any issue I have to them to diagnose and fix. I am so appreciative for the time and effort that they took to fix my car.

Got my oil changed and tire pressure adjusted on my lunch break - everyone was very helpful and friendly. They did a great job and got everything done quickly and affordably!

If I could give below 1 star I would. The mechanics customer service was rude. Also I went for a simple oil change and they overfilled my oil halfway up the dipstick, way pass the limit. Never again.

Brought my car in for State Inspection. Very polite, timely and accurate with the wait time they told me. Shop also had wifi while I waited, another plus!
