Best auto repair in Charlotte! Took my LR3 2008 to them multiple times and they have done quality work for the best price. They are also incredibly fast, usually have my car repaired in less than a day.

So far this is the one place I can go thats affordable and works on mini cooper, bmw and Volkswagens this place is perfect

Had a very unpleasant experience with a Service Advisor at MP Motorwerks. Upon walking into the facility employee immediately took a call doesnt acknowledge may presence walks back into shop area looks at a vehicle Im assume talking with a customer. I rang the customer service button after 5 min finally comes to the counter stating he will be with me in a moment. Very Poor Customer Support and Bad first impression especially as Im a car enthusiast and have ownership in Motorsports industry in another state.

Very pleased with the work at MP Autowerks. They not only gave me the lowest estimate for new brakes/rotors for my Porsche Macan GTS, but were very prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

Had an awesome experience with MP Motorwerks! After 137k miles the clutch finally gave out on my 2010 MINI Cooper and after reading great reviews I decided to choose MP Motorwerks to complete the job. They were AWESOME! J was friendly, down to earth and helpful the entire time. I was also grateful that I didnt get any bad vibes which, as a female, tends to happen when calling around for quotes. Haven’t had many problems with my Bimmer but when I do J and the guys are who I call on. They handle all my preventative maintenance with very reasonable prices unlike the dealership. Affordable and very honest. I vouch for MP.

They dont do any major repair, on German cars, they refer me to the dealer every time. If I wanted to call the dealer, I know how.

HONEST & great customer service from Mike & his staff at MP Motorwerks!! I have a 2005 BMW 325i that needed new breaks/rotors and several leaks repaired. In the past, I usually would have taken it into the dealership but I wanted to find a local mechanic that wouldnt charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. Im SO glad I found this place. I got all the repairs done along with the breaks/rotors replaced for 1/2 the cost at the dealership. Also, Mike informed me that one of leaks that the dealership recommended me to fix wasnt leaking after all. I was thrilled to find such an honest mechanic! I just recently bought a Certified 2012 BMW X3 & immediately took it to Mike to get it checked out. He was able to find two leaks that the dealership overlooked when I purchased the car. You can imagine how furious I was to buy a Certified BMW with two engine leaks. I am taking it back to the dealership asap to have them repair. Thank goodness for Mike & his amazing customer service. Ill continue to take both cars to MP Motorwerks to get serviced go forward! Thank you Mike & staff!

Went there at about 3:40 1 day and the Asian guy behind the computer was sleep and no mechanics in the building

They kept my partners Benz for 1 1/2 weeks before telling him that they cant perform the repairs. At least they didnt charge anything - this time.

They will never try to sell you a service that you dont need like other shops that Ive experienced with. They do all import cars from Acuras and Lexus, up to higher end Europeans like Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, and specializing in Mercedes Benz and of course BMWs. Brought e36 in for 1300 work.They broke my alternator and i had to buy a new one out of pocket.NO, they didnt call before they broke it because they desperately wanted my money for their fix.Mike called AFTER he broke it, told me me they broke it, now claims it was internally broken when i brought it in.Its disheartening after paying 1278.00 for work to the car, these guys refused to offer any help for breaking my alternator, which i had to pay 190 out of pocket for on top of the shop work.I went here because of the reviews and paid the extra compared to shops close to me.Bad decision on my part, you call before you break a part, not after you break it just to do your overpriced work.Lesson learned more expensive is not always good.
