I went to this dealership because I received a letter stating they were interested in buying my vehicle. My first thought was this must be a scam. I scheduled an appointment with Kaleb Thomas, and to my surprise I was greeted at the door by a professional and polite young salesman. His customer service skills and knowledge of the business hes in was excellent. He truly put my mind at ease and assured me that he had my best interest at heart. In this world where customer service is a thing of the past, it was a pleasure and a privilege to meet him. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. The professionalism is nonexistent. I bought my car 2 months ago and since then, with the multiple amount of concerns and questions I have had, no one seemed to care. I am out of state and overall, I feel ripped off, and I regret buying from this dealership. Every time I asked to speak to a specific person, the complete opposite was done. The only thing my salesman (Ahmad Hassan) was worried about was his commission, and even asked me to my face when I went back in the next day with questions… what time did I buy my vehicle, only so he could figure out why it wasn’t on his check that day. Until this day, nothing has been taken care of for me, and when I expressed that, I was told “all we do is sell cars, and that’s all we are supposed to do.” So reading the comments from this dealership that they’re willing to make it right, and to give them a call, is all BOGUS to me. Because I’ve given them multiple chances to make things right, and they haven’t. They’ve put such a bad taste in my mouth, I’ll number one… never buy from them again, and two.. I’ll never buy another car out of state again.

Went to East Charlotte Nissan last Saturday to return my lease, and ended up purchasing two vehicles. My salesperson was Bacon, and he made sure the process was as painless as possible. He also made sure that we were as close to our budget as possible, which was difficult since we were purchasing two vehicles. All in all, we left there happy. My experience at East Nissan is always the same, perfect. Ron Travers is the best service representative at that site, I recommend him to all of my family and friends. Hes polite, friendly and very professional. He has been servicing my 3 vehicles for the last 10 years plus. When I call to make an appointment, he responds fast and schedules me in for the next day. Cammie (the cashier) is also an important part of East Nissan. She too is always polite and professional.
Terrible service. Went to have my car serviced for over heating and they keep giving me the run around and lying about how the situation unfolded, to where I told them I wanted a refund for the work they claimed was sufficient to what I paid $1000 for. When I asked for the Director, Harpers superior, he told me that his superior was someone Ive already spoke to. Lies and unprofessional practices. Sam, Lee, Carl and Harper are all con artist. Theyve even blocked my number.

It was a great no fuss no muss experience, I had at East Charlotte Nissan...I had some major work done on my 2010 Nissan Titan, like front driver side wheel bearing, transmission fluid flushed, tune up, wheel alignment and tire rotation...The staff was polite and courteous and all that work that was done on my Titan... was done in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with East Charlotte Nissan..

Every time I go there I feel like Im being ripped off. I have had to bring my car there multiple times for the same issue. Ive taken my car there and clearly stated what my issue was and I wanted done and then they do something else. No one should have to take off of work multiple times because a shop didnt fix the issue the first time you brought the car to them. I bought my car from this dealership and regret that decision.

Convertible top would not lock. I have an extended warranty and they would have given me a one time good will for 100.00. Very honest. I was convinced that with 70,000 miles on my car, they could put me in a new car. So yea! I got a 2020 Z with 4,000 miles. Been coming here for over 10 years. Never disappointed.

I came for oil change and tire rotation and my battery had been dying. They did a great job on oil change and rotation but couldn’t find a battery which is understandable but I told them I was out of gas completely and that if I turned my car off to get gas to open the gas tank then it would cut off and not cut back on. They offered no help and the man shrugged his shoulders at me to figure it out myself. The battery was supposed to be delivered the next day but they couldn’t offer to help me get gas to get home or to get a rental or anything. Super unprofessional considering I was coming for help for a car from them.

Kaleb is a young man but hes very professional and answered all my questions. He showed great patience with us ( my daughter was with me), and He listened to all I had to say and went out of his way to help me in any way he could. I came in on Saturday, July 17. 2021 for an alignment. Sales person Brandon called me about 2 hours after I dropped off my Nissan Frontier. Brandon told me my truck was ready.Upon my arrival, Brandon said that I needed suspension repair work done. I asked him if the suggested repairs were written on my bill, his reply was no. I wrote down what he said on a piece of paper. After driving less than a block I realized that the alignment was still not accurate.I drove back to ask why my truck was still pulling to the left? Brandon again mentioned that I needed suspension work done thats why the alignment didnt take. I asked why charge me for a job you knew couldnt be completed? He just stood there with a blank look in his eyes.I would have preferred Brandon telling me about the suggested suspension work on the phone, so that my truck could be fixed in a timely matter.
I bought a car almost a week ago but I have a issue Ive called about my issue more then once. Its the lack of communication and professionalism for me! I guess after you purchase a car you no longer matter! Its sad that I had to write a negative review but I know for sure after this someone will return my call businesses hate negative reviews!! We go in to look at a used car priced well for the year and milage. Sit down and theres an additional $3K fee on the price of the car for cleaning it and looking it over. Yeah okay sure. Have been to several dealerships that dont do this. And when I pressed them to get the price down, they were able to take $2,500 off the car so that $3K is obviously some nonsense for them to make more money, because they wouldnt have taken anything off if they couldnt afford to take that off.
Yasmin was an awesome salesperson. After trading my 2019 Maxima in for a 2021 Maxima I left my Coach sunglasses in my old car. I live more than an hour away and she sent them to me via UPS. The entire process was great and all the staff treated me well including ones that were not part of my car buying process. Yasmin even called me the next day to make sure everything was good with the car. Great car buying experience.
I went in with a noise and jerk movements when turning left. This Nissan service was horrible. No clear answers to my questions and they wanted to take the lets try this and see approach, while the diagnostic is $158. I think for that much money they are supposed to be experts working on their cars, you should know what the diagnosis is. I felt like they were going to try to double their paychecks on me. I followed my gut went to another mechanic and he not only gave me the diagnosis he also guided me with other items as well. I will not return to change my oil. ☹

Do not go here for service!!! I just paid $83 to get my OIL changed…nothing special. Just moved here from Atlanta and NEVER paid that at my previous Nissan dealership. Oh and no car wash which is not a big deal but with an $83 oil change that is the LEAST that could have been done.
My Rep took great care of me. He told me about these care points that I was accumulating that I had no idea about, which in turn made my service less expensive than I had expected. And I was in and out within an hour. Cant get better service than that for a Saturday. Ugh I just wish I would remember his name! East Independence Nissan for the win!
