New Review -I am changing my rating to 1 star because of bad overall experience.The customer service was below average. They do not treat the customer well.I called them to check the wait time and I was told that it is 1 hour to 1.5 hour. When I reached there in 5-10 mins, they say its 2 hour.After 2 hours of continuous wait there is no update from them. Finally I decide to check with them myself just to hear that it would take one more hour, total 3 hours wait time, what? They do not even inform customer about the increase in wait time and check with us if we are okay with it. They are not apologetic about the delay either. Their gesture was rude.Not recommended at all.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Prior Review -Quality and speed of service is great. I had gone to two other places to see if the bottom cover of my car could be screwed back up. The other places would not even look at my car. I came to Precision and they got me in and I was out the door in about 40 minutes. Great customer service!
The entire experience was very good, this coming from a auto collision specialist visiting Charlotte on a trip. Matt (one of the managers who took the call) handled my concerns over a potential leak very well and when I dipped it off they gave it a full inspection with documentation. They also detecting a radiator leak I didnt know about. This all came included at the cost of less than $30 for a synthetic oil change too. Wendy at the front desk was very kind, and knowledgeable about services/pricing. I dropped my car off early morning because they said it would be a 4-5 hour wait on a Saturday (last minute booking with a lot of customers), so if youre not in a rush, you can go about your day confident that theyll do it right, and call you when its ready. Affordable, courteous, and honest.
I have been a regular customer of precisionTuning for the past 8 years, always had a great experience. But recent when I went for a service experienced really bad customer service from the front desk person . He was very rude both on the phone and in person and not helpful at all.
I went in and the manager and front desk employees were very straightforward and polite. The car only had a minor issue and they were able to fix it in 30 minutes at no charge. Very professional, would recommend.
Had to get a small leak fixed on the valve gasket. I was told itll be awhile on Monday before they could get to me. So, I agreed Id go back to the shop on Tuesday morning at 8 am once they open. I was informed itll be best to drop the car off due to the 9 appointments scheduled for 8 am. I agreed I would do just that. I arrived at 8 am to drop the vehicle off. I thought Id get the call around 4 or 5 to pick the car up. Instead I received a call at exactly 12 pm to inform me that my car was ready. So, the timely effort to get it fixed was greatly appreciated! Also, it was cheaper than the quoted price which is a plus as well! My experience with Precision has always been good.
They had me come to the store three times and I paid over $800 only to be told that they cannot read the codes. The codes are too vague. They had me wait for 5 hours to then tell me to go to the dealership or come back the next day (wouldve been 4th time) They knew they could not work on my 2005 Volvo XC90 but they deceived me to make the almighty dollar. This place has only 2 mechanics. The manager cannot even jump in and help...what a joke. I reached out to corporate and they pretty much ignored me. Listened to my experience but will not return phone calls. I would not recommend this store. Others there that day was only there out of no other choice and logistically convenient. Nothing positive was said to me about that store from the other patrons. I am disappointed that corporate would disregard a customer. I guess because we are all Black. Yes, the patrons at that store are predominately African-American.
I came to this location 6/2 at 830 they opened at 8, it is now 11:33am and I’m still waiting for just oil change is ridiculous, my whole morning is gone and they had the audacity to get lunch at the food truck while my car was supposed to be worked on, I generally like to keep the same people working on my car but I will not be returning to this location it is the absolute worst, they do not value the customers time, no sense of urgency whatsoever ever I wish I could give zero stars I’m so frustrated going on 4 hours for a oil change smh! Don’t waste your time or money they won’t get either of mine ever again!
I used to love going here. I have been a loyal customer for years. It’s hard to find a reliable and honest mechanic, and Precision Tune was one that I actually trusted. However, about a year ago, I got my car fixed there and my passenger side air bag light came on as a result. I addressed this issue with them but they said it was already on when they took it to the back. Not true at all. To this day, this light is still on.But recently I went in for an alternator replacement. My car died nearby so it was convenient for me to stop by this place and get a quote.I told the guy at the front desk that I needed an alternator replacement so I just needed them to quote me AND I told him that I was going to wait... but he must not have relayed this information to the mechanics. I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours and when I finally asked for an update on my car, they told me that they had been trying to call me (my phone died) but I was sitting in their lobby all along. They were going to charge me around $900 for the part and labor, which was too expensive. I called other mechanic shops and it wasn’t as expensive, so I decided to get my car fixed someplace else.While waiting in the lobby for 2 hours, several other customers in the lobby were not wearing masks, and some were only covering their mouths. Sometimes, some of the mechanics would walk in and not have their masks on. This business was not enforcing it and the seats were not socially distanced. I did not feel comfortable and safe. I would have just waited outside but it was too cold. The lobby probably does not get sanitized.It’s safe to say that I will no longer be returning here.

I went and paid 19.99 to get my oil changed an air filter changed 2 weeks ago. Today my service engine light came on and I took it to another mechanic and said that my air filter needed to be changed. These people are not honest an will take your money.. The mechanics were laughing and playing around when I was there..
Second time I’ve taken my car to Percision autotune I took my car there for brake inspection after having another Second opinion with Meinicke because my knee he said that I needed rotors because when I stop my car shakes really bad. When I took my car to have the service done at precision the car is still shaking really bad when I stop on brakes they told me they checked my car but I know that is a lie because the shake it is very hard to ignore had they checked it. The lady Wendy at the front counter does not seem to care much about what is going on to customers cars she tells me she is not the mechanic and very unapologetic about the misunderstanding of their mechanics. My car shakes really bad when I stop on break I will never do business with precision ever again if they wasted my time after telling me I didn’t need brakes or rotors but no one can explain the hard shaking because they never test drove my car like they said it was a complete waste of time I should’ve just taken my car to Meinicke but didn’t want to because their prices to have my brakes and rotors done Percision you wasted my time failing to inspect my car as promised Wendy you should be fired you are very unprofessional and let customer service you highly.

Oil change and transmission flush- Everything was done in a timely manner and I saved money not going to the dealership. The manager Jeff is a friendly guy and seems to run a tight ship. The waiting room is comfortable, good reading material (Creative Loafing, local,nice!) and a TV. Not very clean and no snack machine (just a drink machine) so BYOS if you have a long wait
The customer service is outstanding. I hear so many horror stories about people getting taken advantage of by mechanic shops. The Precision Tune on North Tryon in Charlotte, NC is by far the best Ive ever experienced. From the manager to the receptionist, everyone is professional, patient to explain everything that needs to be fixed and thorough. Im so glad to have found such a reliable service center for my vehicle!
I’ve visited this place plenty of times but today I was taken advantage of! I went in for an oil change and after inspection was told I needed an air filter and it $40 so I said yes but then realized I could get get an air filter for $8 somewhere else so I told him 10 minutes later not to do it and he hesitated and said it was already done but the lady who came in after me for an oil change was ready 30 minutes before me so I know that was a lie, the service hadn’t been completed yet. He lied just to make the sale on an overpriced service. I was charged $42 for something I could have bought from advance auto for $8-10.
They got me in and out quickly and Hannah was an absolute pleasure at the front desk.
I did not like the service I received. I took my car their for a transmission leak. Very small leak. They quoted me a price and I did not like the price. They kept the car almost a month trying to find out how to fix the leak. So I kanda figured they didnt know what day was doing so I told them I will pick my car up. I went to pick my car up It went about 100 and stop pulling. I went inside and question them what did they do to my car a puddle of transmission fluid was on the ground. Ofcourse they denied everything and I had to get my car towed out. My car is at another shop right now if the transmission is damage I will be taking them to court
From the pleasantries, to a upkeep of the techs keeping the shop clean, to the techs wearing gloves & protecting the car finish, to a tech giving me a quick hand... What more can I say? They are a busy shop! Which is good. It shows their customer reliance!
My last visit for an oil change took 3+ hours and I was there shortly after they opened. I stood near the counter over 5mins before the service clerk even looked up to acknowledged me. Then he asked if I had been assisted? Sir, you know good & well I have not. I was then asked to sit in my car and wait. I watched customer after customer come & leave before I was seen. I was so frustrated! Spent half of my off day waiting for a simple oil change. I could go anywhere and be in/out within 30 mins. However, I continue to come for consistency of maintenance records. Also the employees were not wearing masks when they were in customers vehicles. I told them to put a note on my paperwork to NOT get in my vehicle without a mask.
I called and was advised to come in at a certain time although appointments are not scheduled. I was greeted and did not wait too long. They took care of my car and the cost was great with all the financial issues I face. So courteous and caring. It was a short visit in contrast to other services I have used for my cars maintenance. Thank you. I will be back.
People please do not go here for oil change or anything else they will ruin your car and say it was there before and more!! But here’s what happened to me, I went to get a oil change and while they were doing that the lady in the front was saying how they messed up her car so I went up to the desk and told him not to mess up my car. He later went back there and was talking to the guy that was changing my oil and I felt very uncomfortable, then when I got my car I revved my engine a little bit and it sounded like somethings hitting against the metal underneath, that was disappointing, and they were not taking care of other peoples car driving recklessly! Made me very upset it happened to the lady that I was talking to in the rest room! I was going to go back there the next day to fix the noise but I change my mind I don’t want them touching my car ever again and when I went to see their reviews most of them are bad. AGAIN PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR FAFETY AND MONEY DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!
The people here were so friendly and nice about my issues and made sure I understood what was wrong and what was needed to be done to fix everything. I will definitely go back again if I have any other future problems and really appreciated the way I was treated here! Also, I dont know what the guy at the front desks name is, but he was so great and made my experience here so much better!!
Bait and switch....beware and avoid! I had a broken belt and lost power steering, when I was visiting someone. I managed to drive to this place, it was today the closest. I was told they will check everything completely and then give an estimate cost and time. I get a call couple hours later that they just have to replace the belt and it will be ready before 6. I was given a ridiculously low estimate. So I also went ahead and got oil change and inspection since I was happy with the price and time frame. Pick time was before 6. Then they call me around 5:45 just before closing that the pulley is also broken and it will be additional 325+ and it wont be available till next day. I had clearly told them when I dropped off my car that if they cant do it the same day then Ill take to another place as I dont live in that area and was visiting someone. This is clearly a bait and switch. Any way the next day I was waiting for the call. I was told they will fix my car first thing and it would be ready by 10 am.i did not hear anything till 1 pm and I finally called them and was told it is just getting ready I can pick it.. this large mechanic guy that acts overly friendly and acts like he really cares changed from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Jude instantly when I expressed my concern about why they did not mention anything about that pulley .. pulley and belt go hand in hand, right? Instead of trying to explain, he got extremely defensive and rude he threatened that he will pull out the parts and I can take it elsewhere. When I told him I waited more than a day and thats not an option he continued saying loudly oh yes, I can pull out the parts. I told him it is not safe to drive without power steering and with a broken belt, he replied you drove here, didnt you? He threatened at least 3 times that he will take out the parts. I have never seen such ridiculous, obnoxious service where they would threaten to put your life at risk rather than answer a simple question. All I said was I felt it was a bait and switch and would like to know what exactly is the reason they said one this first and the something different just before the closing time when I was supposed to be picking it up. I did not want to argue with this guy who had his mask on is neck and talking loudly over my face. He created such a scene. I had every intent of paying him and even had my card on the table when i asked him for an explanation. He knew I had no other option but pay and take my car, so he felt threatening his customer is the best approach to cover up this sham. If he was any honest I think he would have explained instead of threaten. All reviews that say they try to upsell, upcharge, make you wait for long times and charge you a lot more than originally quoted are all true. Dont fall for the fake overly friendly guy at the counter when you drop it off because the same guy will turn nasty if you question anything. I think his name was Matt but not 100% sure. He is this big, obnoxiously overly friendly (fake) acting looking guy. Just avoid this place and go to firestone or some other place. I have never had issues at any other car service before.I know he had no reason to act the way he did if he was being honest. I am sure if I call my credit card company they will refund me and ask them for evidence that pulley was broken when the car was dropped off. I might just do that after the long weekend if I dont hear back from their management that seem to reply to all other negative reviews.

Precision on North Tryon, has been my sole provider of oil changes for the past 2/12 -3 years, on all 3 of my new vehicles. I have never had an issue with that. Saturday 08/08, I decided to give them the go ahead on additional work they advised needed to be completed. Rear brakes and some sort of cleaning. 5 hours later .... the what I believe to be “unlicensed tech “ drove my vehicle to the front, making a squeaking noise, A noise I did not have prior to arriving. I advised the gentleman at the front desk of the noise.... he proceeded to talk to the tech who stated “ O she heard it too “. The vehicle was taken back, the tech was told what to do by another tech. I was told the tech did not tighten a bolt. At this point,I was done. I knew this would be my last time at precision. ( they can obviously care less about the safety of my vehicle) I pulled off and was on my way home. I stopped at a red light and my car started smoking. I immediately turned around and headed back to precision. When I pulled up, there was visible smoke coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken back a third time.... this time I was told he may have tightened the brakes too much. The tech brought my vehicle back up for the last time and said it was nothing. since Saturday my steering wheel has been shaking when I go over 50mph. This was not happening before I went to precision. IWill be taking my vehicle to the dealership to check the work that was done, and advising corporate of the issue. No one at the store cared about the situation at all. It was all about the money. I failed to even touch in the topic of the bill being 60 more than I was quoted. I should have just stuck to the oil change.Moral of the story. Precision is only good for oil changes.
Courteous staff and quick service. I’ve been coming here for three years now and aside from the occasional long wait I have nothing to complain about. The lady with the red hair in the front was very nice and answered my questions without being condescending.

2 words: ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!If I had the ability to give 0 stars I would. I have had 2 terrible experiences with this place. The second time was the deal breaker of never going back. They kept our car for 4 days for a simple oil change. Never gave us a call stating that the car was ready to be picked up. We called a handful of times to check on it and they company never answered. Then when we finally go in to get the car, they told us that THEY LOST OUR KEYS!! Took them 45 minutes to 1 hour to search for them.Easy to say we gave them a second chance after the first bad experience and we will never ever chose to go back there. I will gladly pay extra money to have better service than what they provided.
I recently went to get my oil change and had a great experience. I had a longer wait than I was told but other than that it was great. The guy that did my oil change name’s THOMAS and he was awesome. Took his time and he answered ever question I had for him. Very good guy. If you ever go ask for him!!
Ill start by saying. The wait time was long. Hence the 4 stars. 😕 The customer service is on point. I left more informed than when I can in. It is affordable. And I didnt feel like I was being pressured to fix extra. Just informed on things that will need to be done in the near future to better maintain my car.In closing I will take longer the longer wait time. I prefer good pricing, great customer service and information. Would 100% recommend. 👍

This was my first time at this location. My normal location on South Boulevard near Woodlawn was my favorite location at one time . The new location on North Tryon will now become my Precision Tune home due to the simple fact that the individuals were engaging informative and the personality of the senior technician or store manager was phenomenal engaging is the way to retain good customer service. There are thousands of people that can do the job of fixing your automobile but you have to have a level of confidence in the individual who is working on your second highest investment other than your home. I want to thank the district regional manager for sending me over there and exposing me to the great staff of individuals at that location.
I had an appointment. but they still let people go front of me and took a long time, after one hour and half, I went to talk to them but they were roud, they teased me and were treating me bad the they said you can take your car away and he told me you have to leave now, I don’t know why they were doing thet maybe because I’m not from US and my English is not very well, didn’t respect me and let people take my place is not professional.

Do not have choice to give lest than this ☹️ Very poor customer service answering to our questions in a very rude way. I had given my car to replace tires around 1 PM while giving to them they said it takes 1 hr and 30 min time to complete but when I went to pick my car at 3:15 pm I was told it will take one more hour again I headed down to home went back to get my car @5:20 pm still they are yet to replace and when I questioned the guy who was there in customer service she was like answering very rudely and was not sure when it will be done .they wasted my half day I recommend not to go there.

To start this location has superb customer service of epic proportions. Jeff was knowledgeable about products I needed pertaining to my vehicle and offered further assistance with any other inquiries. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by staff member, Amy. The waiting area was clean and tidy and they offer coffee in the lobby, as well as reading material and a television while you wait.The staff worked quickly and efficiently to replace my tires and change my oil. From start to end my experience was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this location. Competitive prices an excellent customer service!

Well let me tell you about something about Matt we’ll listen he’s so kindhearted I came to this precision tune from another one and Matt was very helpful in correcting my issues along with his Boss Amanda they both knew my situation and my finical situation and told me he would do what he could do to help me how about a good hearted person he did above and beyond his job description he really made it to the point I didn’t have to pay but $13 to get my car fixed God is so awesome they will always get my service and recommendations Great Job Matt, Omega and Amanda y’all made it possible for me toSee my kids again
This place is a cluster. They have cars parked everywhere so there aren’t any places available when you get there. I went in to try to get an inspection done but gave up on it because the wait was long although there were only a couple people in the waiting room and I had just called in 15 min before and they said it was a shorter wait time than when I arrived. It wasn’t worth the hassle and I won’t be back.

I do not know much about cars and I have a hard time trusting auto shops. Jeff from Precision was honest and extremely helpful after my old, piece of junk car decided that it didnt want to run anymore. I also took my new car by the shop before purchasing it to have them tell me if there were any problems with it. Dealing with car troubles is very difficult but it helps to have a shop that you can trust to do honest, quality work.
The staff was very responsive during my trip here, met me at the counter when I approached with a smile and nice greeting. Took my information/keys/etc. and proceeded to ask me to have a seat while they completed my oil change and 21 point inspection. The manager Jeff came out and spoke to me during my visit and was nothing short of awesome, he took the time to actually listen to what I had going on and communicate with me in an effective way that I could understand. The service was completed quickly, efficiently, and properly. Highly recommended spot for vehicle service!
Service is on par as far as quality of final results. The staff are friendly and not too confident to ask questions for your knowledge of your car. The wait is however, absolutely abhorrent. 5 hours without prior notice upon check in? Yikes! Slightly more than desired price for my services, however, front desk person told me where to find a coupon that helped the total. Overall, will continue to bring my Smart here.
It took over 4 hours for 4 tires and an alignment. My sick sister took the car at 12:30 pm and left after 4:00 pm. I called at 11:30 am and asked if it was a good time to bring the SUV in and was told that it was because it was a light morning. I also had scratches on my rims that were not there before. I had to pay another mechanic 90.00 to correct the misalignment.
Went there to change my oil.The guy at register was super friendly. It was my first time there, so he even informed me about the coupon which would bring my price down by 10$. I had to get to work at 11, so wished they wouldve done it a little fasterBut, since they were busy and i didnt have an appointment, I didnt mind. Overall, great customer service !!

So I am very fortunate to have a spot back home that is affordable and trustworthy. Being in Charlotte I haven’t found a spot yet that I feel very confident going to. Jeff at Precision Tune Auto Care listened to the issues going on with my car and offered to take care of even though it was close to their closing time. He gave me a very honest price and his goal was to ensure that my car was fixed and safe.

They did good work on my car. Once. And even then, when I got my car back the next day, it stank of cigarettes. Took more than a week for the smell to go away. The other three trips were a complete waste of my time... They told me they were too busy, come back the next day. I did, and they were too busy again. How about Saturday? No, I was told that theyd be busy then, too. I cant complain if your shop is too busy to take on additional work, but I sure can complain if you keep wasting my time. Id classify this place as hit-or-miss, thus the three star review. I wish I could give a better recommendation because the staff that I interacted with seemed to be decent people.
Glad I went to Precision Tune Auto Care to get my car looked at rather than going back to the dealership. They Diagnosed the problem I was having immediately and began to work on it. Although it was a long wait and I had come back the next day to because they needed to order the appropriate parts, it was well worth it. My car is running smoother than ever and, it cost a fraction of what I would have been charged at my dealership. The staff was great. It looked like they had a few loyal customers too which is always a good sign. Definitely coming back in the future.

Horrible they messed up my butterfly doors and the manager is refusing to even speak with me so Im having to involve higher management and Im also notifying my attorney of the incident in case a lawsuit is needed.

Great experience. The staff was polite and welcoming. I didnt feel pressured or talked down to. Matt and Bryan got my car caught up on all of the maintenance and repaired the other things it needed.
Took my vehicle in for alignment October 15 2019, was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait before my car would get looked at then another 30-45 minute wait for the alignment to be done. Waited 3 hours, then was told my car would need a new strut and spindle knuckle. In the invoice I was charged twice for the knuckle and twice for the strut when the alignment paperwork shows that the passenger side wheel is the only issue. drove home, next day car starts with a struggle and check engine light came on. Its a 2013 car with only 27K miles on it, this makes no sense. Got the car diagnosed elsewhere and was told the transmission fluid was ALMOST completely drained. All imma say is take your cars to trust worthy people and not someone that wants to make a quick buck from messing with peoples vehicles that took them a while to save up for and purchase on their own.
Provided great service! Got me in and out quickly. They are actually there to help and not try to swindle you out of money by recommending Services you dont really need. Definitely will be back!
I had an issue with a nail in the tire. I had gone to another repair place to get the tire checked and plugged. While trying to remove the tire, one stud broke off due to the lug being cross threaded. So, I had to return to Precision Tune Auto Care since they had completed the tire rotation. While in route, I stopped and picked up the stud and lug nut, just in they did not have them in stock. Upon arrival, they were able to quickly get me taken care of. They replaced the stud at no additional charge other than the cost of the stud and lug nut. They wouldve had to order those which would have been a longer wait time. Its really great when businesses stand behind their work and are able to provide great customer service when things happen.

I had a great experience. The receptionist Amy explained what was going on with my car and I felt as if I could truly trust her. Ive been to two different locations and each time I have been very satisfied with the service and overall experience.
Was lied to regarding the wait time. I was told when I called in that I could come in and get car serviced right away. I was told there was nobody else there and that I could walk right in. This was not the case. I was told the wait time would be 30-45 minutes when I got there....... It took 30-45 minutes for them to just pull my car under the garage. My issue is not with the wait time it’s the fact that they lie to get people in the building...... While waiting on my car to be serviced the gentleman at the front desk told someone that they could come right in and get serviced. The same lie he told to me. I’m disappointed because I made arrangements to get the oil change during my lunch and I am now being held up from getting back to work.... I will not come back.

Brung my daughters car in that she damaged the back wheel alignment and muffler for an 06 Ford. They had my car for a month. I called every week sometimes twice a week to check progress only to be told he will call you back and I wouldnt get a call. And when i finally got someone he told me how he had to wait for the junk yard to move cars around and would get back to me as soon which ended up being another couple weeks without progress calls. When I was finally quoted a price of between a 1000 to 1300 but he would try to add discounts since they had it so long (ran down a whole list of discounts that could be applied which would end up being on the lower end). I ended up paying near 1300 dollars. I go to pick up the car and the battery is dead. They told me they had been having trouble with the battery which was never expressed to me before pickup day. Now I had to wait for them to charge the battery which took some time being they were working on others cars. The back seat and frame was pulled down and left down (I dont even know why). And when they pulled the back seat down the side panel of the side window in the back was pulled up. All they had to do was put it back the way they got it. Even the rubber lining on the back drivers side door was pulled upAll in all I have been here numerous times for oil changes for my other vehicle and never had a problem. I didnt have such good luck with my daughters vehicle. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere
My experience was great! The staff there was very helpful. On Saturday. I stopped by unknowing that they were about to close. The manager Matt told me he would get my oil changed first thing on Monday. However, I work a double shift and wouldn’t make it. He said, ok how about Tuesday? I said, that will be fine. I got off work (and traffic wasn’t on my side) arrived later than expected and they had taken their last customer for the day. I spoke with Matt and he and his work crew made it happen and I received a full service oil change and was finished in no time. Their prices were the lowest aroundtown and they used quality products.While I waited, the other customers mentioned how pleased they were with the service they’d received.I work in customer service and appreciate it when you receive good customer service.Very satisfied customerPs, stop by for any of their services and they’ll take good care of you and your vehicle...... tell them Yolanda sent ya.

Best experience iv ever had with a repair shop. When it comes to knowledge, customer service, and doing a good job look no further than this location. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and literally saved me $100 of dollars. In a business where there is usually little honesty it is extremely refreshing to find an honest and skillful group of auto professionals.
All I want is my oil changed but theyre so aggressive with trying to up sell you on things you dont necessarily need, it seems like scare tactics... Makes me want to choose another location or find another company.
There quick. I got an oil change and tire rotation and I wasnt even there an hour. The price was great, 26bucks after tax. But what I loved the most, was that they didnt try and sell me a new car. They were up front with what needed to be looked at and the time frame in which it needed to be done.
Up front cost and gets the job done..Update: 7/18/2021 do not ever bring your car to this franchise!!! They robbed me out of 1700.00 doing a timing chain job. Timing was off and ruined my motor. Looking for a new motor now. 😡🤬..9/7/2021 update: small update, precision auto have reached out to me and said they would like to correct there wrongs. Keep you posted on this.
Had work here done on both mine and my husbands cars. Management is very friendly, work is done correctly and for a fair price. They are also honest so you dont have to worry about them telling you that you need work done that you dont actually need! Highly recommend.
Instead of correctly diagnosing my issue they guessed which means I wasted my money and my car is still having the same issue. I called back to express my dissatisfaction with the misdiagnosis or my brake issue and the guy at the front desk suggested I bring my car back and pay them some more money for them to resurface my rotor and that should resolve the issue. I also got work done to a compartment on my engine and they told me my car was fixed...well I woke up this morning to find that my car is still leaking oil. Now I have to take my car back to them in the morning. Hopefully my car will be fixed correctly tomorrow or Ill be going to the BBB.
