The issue at hand is I am an out of state buyer and I am trying to get everything situated with my tags and I need some information sent from them to the state that I live in. I don’t know why they have a number listed on their site because they NEVER answer the phone. I’ve literally been trying to reach them for two days now. Great customer service shouldn’t stop once a car leaves the lot.

I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass in July with my husband. This car has had to be serviced TWICE. The battery was dead and had to be replaced in august it was also missing some sort of cap. Now my suspension and the automatic transmission turn off thing isn’t working. We did a FULL inspection of the car before purchasing and everything was good. Also I got the platinum coverage because it sounded good and NONE of that is covered. If you are looking to get the package don’t. The exclusion list is pretty much everything that you need coverage for. They have good deals here but I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again. It has been hell dealing with this Jeep it’s literally falling apart and it’s a 2018 car. It’s ridiculous. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE that actually maintains there cars and makes sure the car is 100%. Before letting it be driven off the lot. And I only use my car to go to school and work. All these problems shouldn’t be happening after 2 months. Everyone that works there don’t even look like they know anything about cars. If you do get a car here please ask about every detail and let them show you that they are functioning properly. Also the warranty coverage is not worth the 3,000-4,000 dollars 🤷‍♀️

Great detail into the vehicles on the site, chat support was helpful in getting me some basic questions answered and after I quick phone call I was able to place a deposit to hold the car I wanted while it was transferred to my local pickup location. I shared some details via text with the agent that was helping me out and completed 90% of the paperwork the morning of my scheduled pickup from home, which made the process to complete the purchase super quick.Great price (compared to other locations in my area) for the car I was looking for, really good service and communication, and a simple buying process. Not very helpful was looking for a car that I seen on line no one could tell me anything about the car or where I could find it 🤔 no one even ask can they help me after walking their entire lot .I had to stop 2 people that worked their and then went inside to ask more questions about the car that I was looking for. EchoPark does not care about their customers. I purchased a vehicle in May and here it is August and already I need to put break pads, break fluid and oil in it....a BMW, which is not cheap. I know, I should have bought my vehicle from a dealership where they provide good service and know how to treat people. Lesson learned...The business model is such that they purchase vehicles and apparently dont run it through any maintenance checks and make repairs before they turn around and sell them off! I tried contacting them to see if they would foot the bill but got transferred to some other department where it just rang and rang. I called back in hopes of getting assistance and this time there was no answer and instead I got voicemail. Apparently, these folks are too busy selling faulty vehicles to pick up the phone. With all of that, I have 2 nice things to say about the Charlotte location. 1. The sales guy, George, was nice.However, as a car salesman, thats his job...to be nice and sale used cars. 2. They purchased my car for more than any other lot was willing to pay for it. Other than that, I will never purchase another vehicle from EchoPark. I purchased a premium service plan from them that of course doesnt cover the work that Im coming out of pocket for.I may just trade the car in that I bought before it has any major issues that arent covered.Dont buy from EchoPark. Youll be disappointed 😞.

I came and was greeted by Kim El Cora which at first she was more than willing to help until u didnt want to give more money now she needs to remove this and that... Finally we get to an agreement tells me to come down and she does the wrong car!!! The car that was decided was the one SHE picked out had better features with the SAME PRICE now that she has to run everything again NOW I have to pay more!! HOW when its the same exact price of not cheaper bc its a year older. As I leave she comes outside offering to take off more but thats not we agreed on she started to over talk me and raise hey voice bc I decided to change my mind. When it came to pick up she didn’t even call me she called my co signer saying she didn’t have my number LIES I have our text message threads which I will be forwarding to BBB. The worse customer service ever and I been in customer service for over 15 yrs so you know thats crucial to me. Do not recommend I shouldve just went to CarMax they dont try to hide cost from you!

From being able to make an appointment over the phone to test drive the car I wanted, the salesman being completely understanding and allowing me some time to think about the purchase before I bought it, and the car being clean with a full tank of gas driving it off the lot, I couldnt recommend this place any more!

I had a great experience here. I drove an hour and a half from Columbia for a specific car I saw online the day before, but it sold that night (they sell fast, now I see why lol). Visiting echo park was the most unusual experience I’ve ever had at a car lot. It was so simple and amazing. Salmon “sal” was the rep who helped us and man he deserves a raise. I purchased a Acura tlx from this company August 23 and everything was great and I was very satisfied. I was so satisfied that my daughter purchased a car from the same company a week after my purchase off of my recommendation. A week after I purchased my vehicle they gave me a phone call and stated that they forgot to give us more paperwork to sign and that they would fed ex and that we return the paperwork. Please note that they never stated that the paperwork needed to be sent ASAP. So I just sent the paper back last week making all paperwork expired ( we never knew it was time limit) To make a long story short, When they received the paperwork they ran me an my husband CREDIT again without any consent. Our payments are now higher because our score was already low. They never gave us a 2nd option if we wanted to purchase with them the 2nd time around. They just ran our credit and gave us the option to keep the car with the higher payment or they can pick the car up. This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON SO MANY LEVELS !!! I only gave 3 stars because at first everything was going well but I’m very disappointed
