Emailed them with a long list of services I was looking to get done and was responded to very quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. They did their work extremely fast and kept me up to date the entire time.I have owned BMWs all my life and periodically used shops for help throughout the years and I have never had anywhere close to this positive of an experience. You can tell the care about their customer and wants to get everything done to the satisfaction on the customer.I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

Fantastic shop! Aftermarket parts and tune made it a challenge, but Dynamic Auto Tune fixed our 435i when other shops and the local BMW Dealer could not. Super courteous every time as well. Even though we live on the north-side (Huntersville), Ill not take the car to anyone else.

I drive an 08 E92 on coilovers.ive come to dynamic three times. once for an oil change and twice for alignments.the first time i came 4 other major companies including BMW, said they couldnt align my wheels and dynamic got my bmw dialed in perfectly.i even trusted them to change my oil and of course they took care of my car again.im really picky about who i let touch my car(i actually do most of the maintenance) but i’ll definitely be back, they have another loyal customer 🏁

When all is good they are they best, but when they mess up a install they don’t want to own up or better ghost you. I’m still waiting on my call from Scott or another manager… used them twice and thought I found my m5 a shop but we pay good money for good service which the second time did not live up too

First thing I wanna say is that even though it was my first time ever coming, they immediately greeted me when I walked in as if I was a regular customer, instantly felt welcomed. Staff was kind and knew exactly what they were talking about.I came in with my 300,000+ mile 2002 bmw 325ci for a wheel alignment since Hendrick bmw couldnt help me because my car was too low (it really isnt that low). Charged me 120 dollars which seems pricey at first but it really was well worth it. Why? Well the wait room is clean and comfortable with the AC blowing cold making you forget its 90+ degrees outside, nice comfy couches with big ol TV to keep you entertained, vending machines, awesome cars, staff was very knowledgeable about their work (from the people in the shop to the guys at the front desk), and of course their quality of work.My car came in with the steering wheel off center and it pulling hard to the right when accelerating or braking, when they gave my car back it drove dead nuts and even the tires sounded quieter because they werent fighting with each other. They were relatively quick too given the circumstances. They also let me know about certain things that were wearing out which I should probably get fixed by they didnt even push the fact that they can fix it because they knew I worked on everything else on that car, its a level of respect you dont see at too many shops these days.Regardless, I think these guys well deserve as much business as you can possibly give them. Ive been to a few other euro shops and they werent like this.

Decent. My experience was not good however : brought my car in 3 times for the same issue; each time they charged me for something new, but the issue was never resolved . Left a negative review, because they told me each time the “the car is fixed.” I don’t care if you can’t fix it, but to tell me it’s fixed when it’s not is extremely irritating.The owner called and said he would “work with me” to correct my experience . “Working with me” consisted of charging me a 4th time to not fix the issue .

Weve been bringing our 2005 Audi to Dynamic Auto Tune for a few years now and we always receive such great customer service and the guys always take care of our car quickly and efficiently. Theyre quick to troubleshoot the problem, or even just take care of routine maintenance. If you have a late model Audi or BMW, this is definitely the place to take it.

As much as I want to write a lengthy paragraph about my recent experience with this place, I’ll be brief and to the point. Went in for an oil change and to have my spark plugs replaced. My car no longer works and was told the repairs would exceed $6,000. So unbelievable!!! No issues with my car up until visiting this place. Beware of bringing your car here for anything other than a wiper blade change. I’m sure I will receive a condescending reply from someone at this place, which will further establish their poor character and lack of accountability. Hope this helps others who may be thinking of visiting this place for service.

Had a front differential pinion leak which I hear is not the easiest to repair on my car. Dealerships quote was a little more than I can afford at this time. Dynamic Auto Tune provided me with a very reasonable quote, the service was top notch, and the extra knowledge that they provide their customers is excellent. They are clearly out to establish customer relationships, rather than just seeing dollar signs. I highly recommend and will be returning.

Had my check engine light come on and made an appointment with Dynamic based upon Google reviews. After a diagnostic check up, Scott let us know that what needed to be done was actually covered by BMW. He even went as far to search and print out the exact warranty related to the issue. You just cannot appreciate honesty more when it comes to your vehicle and repairs. Dynamic has earned another client and already had a referral through us today from my mom needing some things done on her BMW! Dont never go to this place If you own a mercedes benz. Supposedly they fixed my vehicle and charge me almost $1000 to change a wheel bearing and the hub(they provided the part), but when I picked up my car after the job was done, my vehicle has the same problem. They didnt fixed anything. Who knows if they change the parts they said they did. I took the car back but seems like they didnt even touch it. This place is BS!!! I dont recommend this place to no one. I just wish they can refund my money.

Dynamic Auto Tune performed an alignment on my 1998 SC400, which has been completely rebuilt. They completed it as promised, yet when I went to pick it up it wouldnt start. They jumped through hoops to help me, even providing me with an Uber ride back to work while they sorted things out. In the end, it was a simple wiring issue at the battery that they remedied at no additional charge.Thanks guys!!!

Gave Dynamic a call abt 2 weeks before I ended up getting the work done with them and not for a minute did I feel like my business was unwanted. I have always had excellent service from here until last oil change. After out last oil change we had a fluid leak. We took the vehicle back and we were quoted a Power steering leak that would cost $2500 to repair. I took to Meineke to check and they tightened up the hydraulic hose at no charge. I have carefully monitored for leaks over three months now and not a single leak. I am afraid to go back here for repairs again. I can not ever understand why such good service in the past turned into one big lie to just get $2500 dollars from us. Never will I go here again for service.

I found Dynamic a few years ago when I bought a 2001 Audi that needed cylinder work. They made the engine like new and I ran the car until I wrecked it. Since then, Dynamic has done all of our work on a BMW X-series and a BMW 5-series, including sophisticated transmission work in addition to normal maintenance. We are always pleased with the results.

I stopped in today needing an unexpected repair and everyone there, from start to finish, was so accommodating, helpful and fast! They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and how they fixed it, making sure I understood everything and leaving nothing left unanswered. I was very impressed with these guys. Highly recommend. Im really bummed that trading in my german car for a swedish car means I cant use these guys in the future. My next car after the swedish sedan will be a slightly used VW GTI, and my first stop after taking ownership will be Dynamic.

DO NOT TRUST!!!!!! I took my BMW to this horrid place for new brakes. After hearing a loud popping and clunking noise that can be felt, squealing, and 3 trips to actual BMW specialists, I found out it was the after market breaks installed by Dynamic Auto Tune. We were advised the breaks would be BMW, but NO! The owner, in an unnaturally chipper and condescending tone, advised me bring the vehicle back to let them try again. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Now I have to pay for another set of brakes due to the poor quality of parts, service, and lack of professionalism.

A + Service! Dynamic Auto Tune Serviced the transmission in my 1997 BMW E36 that was giving a check engine light. They also replace the fan clutch. I am very happy with the work that was performed and will always trust these guys to service my BMW. When I picked my vehicle up is was immaculate! They treated my car like it was one of their own.

They treat us like family. Very kind and understanding for timeline/pricing. I love them and have gone to them for years. Highly recommend.

My friend Dave recommended this crew to me. I trust him and I took my 2013 328 BMW to them. I was very impressed with the friendly service, knowledge, and customer care that was given to me. If you are down and you call to make an appointment the happy cheerful hello from Andrew or Scott automatically puts you in a better mood. I took my car in because the wheel was sounding funny and feeling funky while driving.I had experienced an accident earlier in the year where I was hit on the drivers side right in the wheelMy insurance company paid for repairs I took my car to a shop that I thought was reputable and had the needed repairs done. When they told me, that I had a busted strut on the same side where the impact from the accident was I was livid. They had no knowledge of the accident until I told them. I called the company and Ted spoke with the owner and told him that the specifications were off and that the damaged strut had only been repaired and not replaced the guys showed me what pictures to take of the strut for my insurance company. After talking to Ted The owner of the auto body shop conceded and paid me for the new strut that Dynamic Auto Tune replaced. How’s that for caring? So now I bring my 2016 328 BMW to them to give it as much love as it can stand. I love ❤️❤️❤️ these guys and so will you

Excellent service from knowledgeable technicians with a passion for their work. After overheating my e60 550i, my general mechanic diagnosed a blown head gasket. I sought a second opinion, and after reading some reviews, brought her here. The issue turned out to be a cooling fan. The staffs expertise in German engineering saved me thousands by identifying an issue my mechanic was not to find. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Dynamic Auto Tune!

Best business to work with yet. My vehicle broke down in Charlotte (an hour and a half from home) over the weekend, I asked around and was told to get it towed to Dynamic. On Monday, the called and let me know everything that went wrong in detail, and asked for my go ahead, they told me it would be ready on Wednesday. Sure enough Wednesday afternoon rolled around and my vehicle was ready to go. Ted and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone!

Had my car towed to Hendricks BMW Northlake for a busted transmission pan, Hendricks said my transmission was bad and USAA totaled my car out. Brought it to Dynamic Auto Tune and they changed the transmission pan and my car is running. Always the best and honest service here

I have been diligently searching for a repair home for my w203 Mercedes. This business is a very welcoming and positive place to be and have your car serviced. I was pleased with the quality of work and pricing that Dynamic Auto Tune offer. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended.

March 5, 2020. Just like you are doing, I looked at the awesome reviews and decided to choose Dynamic Auto Tune on Monroe Road. The hose for my coolant had a leak. Dynamic treated very well! They showed me the leaky hose, so it was clear it was just a hose replacement job. Great. They came back with a price quote that did not reflect at all the cost of replacing ONE hose... the quote was $1,800 plus $76 for diagnostics. (PLEASE SEE THE RECEIPT IMAGE BELOW). Turns out they decided to replace additional parts of the car that I did not ask to be replaced and incorporated that into the final price without even asking for my approval first. I decided to take my car up the street to Import Connection also on Monore Rd instead. After inspection, they confirmed that all the car needed was a hose replacement and there was nothing else urgent in the car that needed repairs. They completed the job for $312 the same day. You tell me whats wrong with this picture. I know I am a female, alone, with a mini cooper, so perfect a candidate for exploitation. I have come to expect it by now. I felt it my duty to share with someone else so you can decide for yourself if this is the place you want to bring your car. Specially if you happen to be someone who appears to know nothing about cars, and has an expensive one, and is also a female, visiting alone, therefore an easy target.Update Sept 1, 2020:My car ran fabulously for six months without any issues, further proving that my car only needed a hose replaced and not all the other long list of items suggested to me by Dynamic Auto Tune. Last week I needed a fuel injection pump replaced (not on the list of suggestions they had by the way). I got it replaced at a reasonable price at Import Connections within 24 hours and was on my way.Final Update: 1 year Anniversary March 2021!I just want to follow up to let everyone know that a year later my car still has not had any issues whatsoever. I just did a cross country trip AND back (over 70hrs driving) and my car is still running great with no issues and I have had no additional repairs done. This proves that the list of issues I was given by Dynamic Auto Tune a year ago was completely false.
