They went the extra mile and drove up to Lake Norman to get an emergency part to complete the job. They were fast and prices beat any dealership. Even the quality of their supplies are superior to most other places in town. Highly recommend.

If taking your car to a mechanic and getting it back worse than it went in was a place this is it. Guy says his best mechanic was on my car and when I got car back he left bolts loose and are hose to suspension loose and never completed job. Go here at your own risk.

Came in with a warning light on the dashboard of my 911. The guys took care of me right away, ran the diagnostics and let me know all I needed was a reset since it was not a hard error code. The manager let me know since there was no hard labor involved it was completely free of charge! The dealership would have asked me almost $200 just to run the diagnostics.Safe to say I’ll be coming back for their other services in the near future. Thanks guys!

Went to get my fuel pump fixed they did that but then said I need a valve cover gasket which I knew I had to do but they charged me 350 extra for a service they never did, my car was still leaking oil they told me come back in the morning but I already did it myself so yeah beware they just see easy money I dont even care about the money just the fact they lied like I dont know about cars.

Called them up and they told me to come on in. They helped me install an aftermarket msport bumper with bad fitment and made the fitment perfect. Super friendly and helpful. Probably always going to get all my help done here.

Contacted to conduct a PPI since I was not physically present. Nate was responsive to request for doing the PPI and listened to my concerns via phone so they knew what to look over. Following the PPI provided absolutely no documentation for my records but had no problem charging me. Contacted multiple times asking for paperwork and got nothing. I would not use them again.

EUROFED TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WHO THEY THOUGHT WAS A NAIVE UNINFORMED CONSUMER.My son had his 2014 Mercedes C250 with 75,000 miles lose all braking power on his way to work on July 2 2020 making it unsafe to drive. I called EUROFED because of their 5.0 Google ratings. They said call their recommended Towing provider QUANTUM TOWING . I spoke to Neil and was quoted $100.00 plus a $10.00 credit card usage fee for the job a 15 mile tow from the EUROFED location. The charge some how ended up $155.00 ! Gouge #1The car arrived around 2pm at EUROFED and was told they would get right on it and diagnose the brakes for a $130 diagnostic fee...the shop closed at 6pm. with no word so called Friday July 3rd around 11am...they opened at 8am and was told they had not checked it yet and they would let me know. Got a call around 1pm told the car needed a Brake Vacuum Pump replacement.Cost $328.00 plus 4 hours labor plus the 1 hour diagnostic fee. BOSCH PUMP AVAILABLE online for $130.00 at several different retailers!I questioned the diagnostic fee charge addition since I was not taking the car somewhere else for the work...Gouge #2 No other repair shop including Mercedes Benz Dealerships adds this charge if you have the work done there!I had to go with the repair because my son needed the car back by Friday night to go out of town for the 4th. We waited till 4pm to check on the car and was told it had not been looked at yet and that it would be finished by closing time which was 6pm and that they would stay after closing to finish it around 6:30-7pm if need be.My son and I arrived there at 5:50 pm and was told it still had not been touched! So we waited and talked with Nate. Had him check the progress at 6:15 pm told just getting started on it . Finally at approximately 7pm they told us it was ready. DO THE MATH 30 minutes and CHARGED for 4 hours labor plus 1 hour diagnostic fee @ $130.00 per hour ! Said that charge was the BOOK rate for labor to replace the pump. Could not possibly be the correct repair time for the 4 cylinder C250 engine ! TOO EASY.The Pump is located on the top back area of the C250 with very easy access to the TWO bolts holding it to the engine .Any back yard amateur mechanic could remove and replace in 30-45 minutes. I found them because I own an audi and they have a great reputation for work on german cars. But they go above and beyond to serve customers, I bring my tundra here and everything else. There is no other place Ill ever go to get work done.

I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic of a noise coming from what I assumed was the rear suspension. Knowingly this is probably the hardest thing to diagnose, they were able to bring my vehicle in and fix the issue. Work was completed in the same day at a very fair price, could not be happier. Marcel took photos to show me exactly what the issue was which put my mind at ease even more

I took my X3 in for an oil change and used car inspection, but the day of it had rained and my floor was soaked. I called and told Marcel that the roof was leaking and he said they would figure it out. He was able to find a TSB related to my issue and had the interior taken apart and verified the issue wasn’t the TSB but just some drains that were disconnected. Additionally they looked the whole car over and because I was towing recommended some additional services. They allowed me to bring my own parts to save a little on the parts and overall they were able to repair my whole car and give it a clean bill of health for towing this summer. I’m very happy with the service and communication. I have a few BMW’s and will take them all here from now on. Thanks guys!

I’ve owned two AMG’s that have been brought to many shops in Charlotte over the course of the past two years and can’t confidently say I receive the BEST service at Eurofed. My E55 AMG needed many repairs and Seth worked through every one of them to make sure I was satisfied. Marcel kept me updated frequently and kept crystal clear communication throughout the process. They also didn’t hesitate to show me the faulty parts in person to reassure me on repairs before they began them. These guys are top notch and meet all my expectations!
